A projekt keretében az alábbi tevékenységek kerültek betervezésre, illetve kerülnek megvalósításra: A projekt előkészítési szakaszában létrejött a klímastratégiai terv elkészítését és a platformok működését körülhatároló Megvalósíthatósági Tanulmány, valamint felállításra került a projekt megvalósításában közreműködő projektmenedzsment és titkársági feladatokat ellátó szervezeti egység. A projekt megvalósítási szakaszában elkészül egy széles ismertségen valamint közös probléma- és célmeghatározáson alapuló klímastratégiai terv. A klímastratégiai terv elkészítésének folyamata mellett klímavédelmi platform kerül felállításra, mely a folyamatos társadalmasítást, és a folyamatos információ visszacsatolást szolgálja 18 hónapon keresztül. A klímaterv elkészítésének folyamatát rendezvények támogatják, ennek keretében 2 db egésznapos konferencia kerül megszervezésre az érintett megyei szereplők részére, 4 db személyes részvételű, egy-egy napos workshop, és több figyelemfelkeltő akció a járásszékhely településeken. A helyszínek úgy kerültek kiválasztásra, hogy a rendezvények a megye teljes területét lefedjék. Az akciókban több népszerű rendezvényhez csatlakozik a projekt, mint a Föld Napja vagy a Homokháti Sokadalom, Szegedi Ifjúsági Napok. A projekt keretében minden csongrád megyei településen faültetési akciót is szervezünk. A projekt kötelező nyilvánosság és kommunikációs tevékenységén túl egyéb kommunikációs tevékenységek is megvalósulnak, mint klímavédelemmel foglalkozó promóciós rövidfilm elkészítése, Facebookprofil és honlap aloldal elkészítése, valamint 18 hónapon keresztül történő üzemeltetése. A Csongrád megyei hírfogyasztók által kedvelt és napi szinten olvasott és hallgatott tartalomszolgáltatás szponzorációja, melyeknél jól látható és hallható módon megjelenik a projekt logója és szlogenje, Facebook kapcsolata valamint a klímavédelem fontossága. A projekt kezdését 2016. 11. 01-re a projekt zárását 2018. 05. 30-ra tervezzük. A projekt támogatható tevékenységeinek illetve elszámolható költségeinek összege Bruttó 30.000.000 Ft. El nem számolható költséget a projekt nem tartalmaz. A projektet a felhívás útmutatója alapján 6 mérföldkőre tagoltuk. (Hungarian)

The following activities have been planned and implemented within the framework of the project: In the preparation phase of the project, a feasibility study was established to define the preparation of the Climate Strategy Plan and the operation of the platforms, as well as the establishment of a project management and secretarial department involved in the implementation of the project. During the implementation phase of the project, a Climate Strategy Plan will be prepared, based on a broad visibility and common problem and target definition. In addition to the process of preparing the Climate Strategy Plan, a climate protection platform will be set up to support continuous socialisation and continuous information feedback for 18 months. The process of preparing the climate plan is supported by events, in the framework of which 2 full-day conferences will be organised for the relevant county actors, 4 face-to-face workshops, one-day workshops, and more awareness-raising actions in the district-seat settlements. The locations were selected in such a way that the events cover the entire territory of the county. In the actions, the project joins more popular events, such as Earth Day or Homokháti Sokadalom, Szeged Youth Days. Within the framework of the project, we organise tree planting action in every settlement in Csongrád County. In addition to the mandatory publicity and communication activities of the project, other communication activities are carried out, such as the production of a short film on climate protection, the production of a Facebook profile and website subpage, and its operation for 18 months. The sponsorship of the daily read and listened content service, which is popular with news consumers in Csongrád County, where the project logo and slogan, Facebook connection and the importance of climate protection are displayed in a visible and audible way. Les activités suivantes ont été planifiées et mises en œuvre dans le cadre du projet: Au cours de la phase de préparation du projet, une étude de faisabilité a été réalisée pour définir la préparation du plan stratégique pour le climat et le fonctionnement des plateformes, ainsi que la mise en place d’un service de gestion et de secrétariat du projet participant à la mise en œuvre du projet. Au cours de la phase de mise en œuvre du projet, un plan stratégique pour le climat sera élaboré sur la base d’une large visibilité et d’une définition commune des problèmes et des objectifs. Outre le processus d’élaboration du plan stratégique pour le climat, une plateforme de protection du climat sera mise en place pour soutenir la socialisation continue et le retour d’information continu pendant 18 mois. Le processus d’élaboration du plan climatique est soutenu par des manifestations, dans le cadre desquelles deux conférences d’une journée seront organisées à l’intention des acteurs concernés des comtés, 4 ateliers en personne, des ateliers d’une journée et des actions de sensibilisation accrues dans les zones de district. Les lieux ont été choisis de telle sorte que les événements couvrent l’ensemble du territoire du comté. Dans les actions, le projet se joint à des événements plus populaires, tels que le Jour de la Terre ou Homokháti Sokadalom, Szeged Youth Days.
