GRUNDWERKE Nonprofit Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (4400 Nyíregyháza, Rózsa utca 49/A) Eszközbeszerzése és munkahelyteremtése a Társadalmi célú vállalkozások ösztönzése című pályázatban: építőipari gép beszerzése a földmunkák kiszolgálására illetve 7 ember építőipari foglalkoztatása. Szolgáltatásaink: földkitermelés, közművesítés, hidegburkolás. Erre a hiányra 7 új munkavállaló foglalkoztatásával nyújtunk megoldást, viszont, hogy ezt a 7 embert foglalkoztassuk a piacion eladhatóvá kell tenni a szervezetünk szolgáltatásait amihez elengedhetetlen a tervezett fejlesztés keretében vásárolni kívánt építőipari munkagépek. A fejlesztéssel immár ki tudjuk szolgálni a gépesített földmunkákat, közművesítési és burkolási piaci keresletet. A nagy tömegű mennyiségi földmunkát a gép végzi, kisebb inkább minőségi, precíziós munkát az emberek. Burkolást abban az esetben végezünk ha a földkitermelés és közművesítés nem teszi ki a kapacitást. Hidegburkolás nem csak beltérben történő munkát jelent, hanem a járólap burkolást, manapság divatos fahatású burkolatok díszkövek felrakása stb. végezzük igény szerinti fővel. Nyáron kint is végezhető burkolást végez a csapat felszabadult emberei télen pedig a benti burkolást lehet végezni. Szolgáltatási területünk Észak-Alföld. Kapacitásunk hozzávetőlegesen évi több ezer köbméter. Jövőbeni sikerességünket a 2019-ben Magyarországon az építőipari piacon látható kapacitás igényre, továbbá az építőipart húzó CSOK-ra alapozzuk. A tervezett fejlesztéshez a jelenlegi hatályos magyar jogszabályok útmutatása szerint nem szükséges engedély. A munkavállalóink a kötelező munka és tűzvédelmi oktatásban részesülnek. A szervezet a mindenkori szabályok szerint jár el és működik, folyamatosan követi azok változásait. A tevékenység TEÁOR számával a szervezetünk rendelkezik. A szolgáltatásfejlesztéshez elengedhetetlenül szükséges gépek beszerzése: forgó-kotró munkagép és mini-kotró munkagép. A szervezet projektmenedzsere: Krizán Sándorné közgazdász szakmérnök, minőségügyi szakmérnök, gépészmérnök-épületgépész végzettségű projektmenedzser releváns szakmai tapasztalai: Több mint két évig a Magyar Államkincstár, Szabolcs Sz.Sz.B. megyei Igazgatóság EU támogatások osztályán EU támogatás referensként TOP-Kérelmek monitoringozása, kezelése EUPR rendszerben Nyíregyháza megyei jogú város kérelmek befogadása/kezelése 800M- 4 Milliárd értékben. A Kriko Kft-nél 7 évig Projekt Menedzserként nyertes GOP pályázat adminisztrációja fenntartási időszak alatt- 33M Ft és 8M Ft értékben IT infrastruktúra beruházás és kereskedelmi fejlesztés vezetése. A szervezet pénzügyi menedzsere: Lőrincz Tamás mérlegképes könyvelő, adótanácsadó, közbeszerzési referens képesítésű pénzügyi vezető 8 éves főbb releváns szakmai tapasztaltai: A Sz.-Sz.-B. Megyei Egészségügyi NP Közhasznú Zrt.-nél pénzügyi és Számviteli Főosztályvezető. A Sátroaljaújhelyi Erzsébet Kórházban Gazdasági Igazgató Helyettes ahol pályázati, pénzügyi és számviteli feladatokat látott el. SPL Kft-nél mint főkönyvelő a vállakozás teljeskörű könyvviteli tevékenységének ellátása. Szakmai megvalósító Szikszay Zoltán építőmérnök. 25 éves építőipari tapasztalattal rendelkezik. 1994-2001-ig a Magyar Közút Nonprofit zRt.-nél üzemeltetési mérnöki feladatokat látott el az egész országra kiterjedő úthálózat vonatkozásában. 11 évig főmérnük a NYÍRVV Nonprofit KFT.-nél. 2012 óta a Viasys-Plan KFT-nél közlekedési létesítmények tervezése, műszaki ellenőrzés feladatokat látja el. A piacra jutás érdekében marketingeszközök elkészítése, beszerzése 350 000 Ft+áfa értékben: Kiállításokon használatos molinó 3*2-es nyomtatva, roll up tábla nyomva, szublimációs nyomással saját szervezetünk nevével kabát/póló/sapka. Piacra jutás támogatása érdekében marketing tevékenység, hirdetés igénybevétele 450 000 Ft+áfa értékben: hírlevélben hirdetés építőipari médiában, offline hirdetés helyi hirdetési újságokban. A szemléletformálást segítő helyi akciók a társadalmi felelősségvállalás keretein belül a helyi közösségi cél megvalósítása érdekében szemléletformáló megjelenéseket terveztünk a Mátészalkai Kistérségi Társulás egyik település lakossági kulturális fesztiválján és Mátészalka kulturális fesztiválján. Ahol a fő téma érzékenyítés illetve szemléletformálás.A költségtételben szereplő programjaink célja a célcsoporttagok és munkavállalók kompetenciájának fejlesztése, érzékenyítés egy arra szakosodott szakember vezetésével. GRUNDWERKE Non-profit Limited Liability Company (4400 Nyíregyháza, Rózsa utca 49/A) acquisition of equipment and job creation in the tender entitled Promoting Social Entrepreneurship: the purchase of construction machinery to serve the earthworks and the employment of 7 people in the construction industry. Our services: excavation, civil engineering, cold cover. We provide a solution to this shortage by employing 7 new employees, but in order to employ these 7 people on the market we need to make the services of our organisation available for sale, which is essential for the construction equipment to be purchased as part of the planned development. With the development we can now serve the mechanised earthwork, the demand for public utilities and paving markets. The heavy mass of quantitative earthwork is done by the machine, less quality, precision work is done by people. We carry out wrapping in the event that the extraction and improvement of land does not represent capacity. Cold covering means not only work indoors, but also tiles, nowadays fashionable wood coverings are made with ornamental stones etc. In the summer, the freed-up people of the team are also able to carry out an outdoor wrapping in the winter. Our service area is Northern Great Plain. Our capacity is approximately thousands of cubic meters a year. Our future success will be based on the demand for capacity on the construction market in Hungary in 2019, as well as on the CSOK driving the construction industry. According to the current Hungarian legislation, no authorisation is required for the planned development. Our employees receive compulsory work and fire protection education. Nos services: excavation, génie civil, couverture froide. Nous fournissons une solution à cette pénurie en employant 7 nouveaux employés, mais pour employer ces 7 personnes sur le marché, nous devons mettre à la vente les services de notre organisation, ce qui est essentiel pour l’achat des équipements de construction dans le cadre du développement prévu. Avec le développement, nous pouvons maintenant servir les travaux de terrassement mécanisés, la demande de services publics et le pavage des marchés. La masse lourde de terrassement quantitatif est faite par la machine, moins de qualité, le travail de précision est fait par les gens.
