A vállalat jelenleg nem rendelkezik integrált vállalatirányítási rendszerrel, így az elképzelt fejlesztés a korszerűtlen papír alapú dokumentációt hivatott leváltani egy modern kor igényeinek megfelelő, komplex vállalatirányítási rendszerrel. Felgyorsult világunkban elengedhetetlen a gyors, pontos és bármikor visszakereshető és ellenőrizhető ügyintézés, különösen, ha növelni szeretnénk a vevői elégedettséget. A bevezetésre szánt szoftver 9 db modulja, a vállalati CRM és értékesítés, humán erőforrásmenedzsment és bérszámfejtés, kontrolling és döntéstámogatás, beszerzés és logisztika, táv- és csoportmunka támogatás, pénzügy, számvitel, mobil technikát használó rendszer és elektronikus iratkezelés a cég 3 db telephelyén, valamint mobil eszközökön kerül telepítésre. Ennek köszönhetően az adatáramlás biztosított lesz a telephelyek között és bármikor bárhonnan elérhetőek lesznek a céges adatok. A projekt keretében 2 db notebook kerül beszerzésre, hogy az értékesítés során az ország barmely pontján elérhetőek legyenek a tárgyalásokhoz szükséges adatok, valamint rögzíteni lehessen az ajánlatkéréseket illetve megrendeléseket, kezelni lehessen a vevői adatbázist. Az elektronikus iratkezelés megfelelő ellátásához egy A3+ méretű multifunkciós nyomtató is beszerzésre kerül a projekt keretén belül, mellyel könnyen kezelhető a megnövekedett iratállomány. At present, the company does not have an integrated management system, so the envisaged development is intended to replace the outdated paper-based documentation with a complex corporate governance system that meets the needs of the modern age. In our accelerated world, fast, accurate and retrievable and verifiable administration is essential, especially if you want to increase customer satisfaction. 9 modules of the software intended for implementation, enterprise CRM and sales, human resource management and payroll, controlling and decision support, procurement and logistics, remote and group work support, finance, accounting, mobile technology system and electronic document management are installed on the company’s 3 premises and mobile devices. Thanks to this, the data flow will be ensured between sites and company data will be available from anywhere at any time. Within the framework of the project, 2 notebooks will be purchased in order to make the necessary data available for the negotiations at any point in the country, as well as to record the requests for offers and orders, and to manage the customer database. An A3+ multifunctional printer is also procured for the proper provision of electronic document management within the framework of the project, which makes it easy to manage the increased file. À l’heure actuelle, l’entreprise ne dispose pas d’un système de gestion intégré, de sorte que le développement envisagé vise à remplacer la documentation papier obsolète par un système complexe de gouvernance d’entreprise qui répond aux besoins de l’ère moderne. Dans notre monde accéléré, une administration rapide, précise, récupérable et vérifiable est essentielle, surtout si vous voulez augmenter la satisfaction des clients. 9 modules du logiciel destiné à la mise en œuvre, CRM et ventes d’entreprise, gestion des ressources humaines et des états de paie, contrôle et soutien à la décision, achats et logistique, support de travail à distance et de groupe, finances, comptabilité, système de technologie mobile et gestion électronique des documents sont installés sur les 3 locaux de l’entreprise et les appareils mobiles. Grâce à cela, le flux de données sera assuré entre les sites et les données de l’entreprise seront disponibles de n’importe où et à tout moment. Dans le cadre du projet, 2 ordinateurs portables seront achetés afin de mettre à disposition les données nécessaires aux négociations à tout moment du pays, ainsi que d’enregistrer les demandes d’offres et de commandes, et de gérer la base de données client. Une imprimante multifonction A3+ est également achetée pour la bonne fourniture de la gestion électronique des documents dans le cadre du projet, ce qui facilite la gestion du fichier augmenté.
