Cégünk elkötelezett a folyamatos fejlesztések mellett ezért egy Epson SC-F9200 digitális szublimációs nyomtató, valamint egy S8000-3 inkjet szublimációs nyomtató is beszerzésre kerülne a projekt során. Az üzem információs technológiájának fejlesztésére is kiemelt figyelmet fordítunk. Erre nem csak a grafikai tervezés innovatív megvalósítása miatt van szükség, hanem az ehhez szükséges programok megfelelő futtatása miatt is. Nem utolsó sorban a készletek figyelése és a megrendelések követése is kiemelt fontosságú. Ezek megvalósításához elengedhetetlen egy számítógép beszerzése, mely megfelelő specifikációkkal rendelkeznek a fenti feladatok megvalósításához. Az Adobe Creative Clouddal lehetőségünk van az össes Adobe kreatív desktop alkalmazás elérésére (Photoshop, stb), melyek a gyártás előtti tervezés munkamenetében elengedhetetlenek. A nyomtatószoftvert professzionális asztali-, széles formátumú - és óriásnyomtatók felhasználóinak fejlesztették ki, s kielégít minden nyomtatási feladatot, mellyel fokozható a valósághű színek elérése. A fenti 3 költségtétel, valamint a szublimációs nyomtatók tehát a hozzáadott értéknövekedést képviselik, melyekkel kimagasló minőségben mehet végbe a gyártás, egészen a tervezéstől az anyag létrejöttéig (nyomtatás). A gyártás teljes körű kivitelezésére több olyan eszközt is szeretnénk megvásárolni melyek lehetővé teszik a komplett termékek elkészítését. Ez a gyártási folyamat 3. része, amikor az elkészült anyagokból a varrógépekkel még magasabb hozzáadott értéket képviselő ruhaneműk készülnek. Az eszközök hatékonyabbak a kézi munkaerőnél, azonban nem helyettesítik azt, felügyeletük, üzemeltetésük felkészült alkalmazottaink segítségével valósul meg. A projekt keretében tehát az alábbi gyártó eszközök beszerzése valósul meg a gyártott mennyiség növelése érdekében: egy fejes patentozó gép, a szegecsek, karikák gyors anyagba juttatásához, egy flatlock varrógép, amivel lapos varratokat tudunk készíteni, egy micro összevarró gép, gyorsvarrógép, szálas interlock varrógép, microlock, fedőző és kéttűs gép, valamint egy közbeöltős cikkcakk gép. A varrás gyártási folyamatának kiegészítésére szükségünk van egy szalagkéses szabászgépre, egy reteszelőgépre, egy spagetti gépre, zsákvarrógépre valamint egy gumifeszítőre. A teljesen digitálisan vezérelt szabászgép pontosabb és gyorsabb munkavégzést tesz lehetővé, míg a szövetellenőrző a textilek tekercselését tudja elvégezni. A fenti eszközökkel telephelyünkön jelentős kapacitásbővülés fog megvalósulni, hiszen a gyártás mennyiségi növelését szolgálják, valamint automatizálását, amivel a termékek elkészítésének idejét is csökkenteni tudjuk. Az üzem teljes felszereltségéhez nagyban hozzájárulna egy hidraulikus raklapemelő, ami megkönnyítené a szállítást megelőző logisztikai folyamatokat, továbbá egy Hyundai kompresszort is megvásárolni kívánunk, mivel néhány varrógép és a patentozó gép működéséhez is sűrített levegőre van szükség. This is necessary not only for the innovative implementation of graphic design, but also for the proper running of the necessary programs. Last but not least, stock monitoring and tracking of orders are also of paramount importance. In order to achieve these, it is essential to purchase a computer, which has appropriate specifications for the above tasks. With Adobe Creative Cloud, we have the opportunity to access the Össes Adobe creative desktop application (Photoshop, etc.), which are essential in the pre-production planning session. The printing software has been developed for users of professional desktop, wide-format and giant printers, and meets all printing tasks to enhance the achievement of realistic colours. The above 3 cost items, as well as sublimation printers, therefore represent an added value increase, which can lead to high quality production, from design to material creation (printing). For the full implementation of the production we would like to purchase several tools that allow complete products to be made. This is part 3 of the production process, when the finished materials are made with sewing machines into even higher added value garments. The tools are more efficient than manual labour, but they do not replace it, they are supervised and operated with the help of our prepared employees. As part of the project, the following production equipment will therefore be purchased in order to increase the production volume: a head patenting machine, for quick transfer of rivets, rings, a flatlock sewing machine to make flat seams, a micro stitching machine, quick sewing machine, fiber interlock sewing machine, microlock, lid and two pin machine, and a interlock zigzag machine. To complete the production process of sewing, we need a tape knife tailor, a locker, a spaghetti machine, a bag sewing machine and a rubber tensioner. The fully digitally controlled tailoring machine allows you to work more accurately and faster, while the fabric inspector can carry out the winding of textiles. With the above tools there will be a significant increase in capacity at our site, as they serve to increase the volume of production and to automate, thereby reducing the time of the preparation of the products. A hydraulic pallet lift would greatly contribute to the entire equipment of the plant, which would facilitate the logistics processes prior to transportation, and we also want to buy a Hyundai compressor, as some sewing machines and press presses require compressed air. Dans le cadre du projet, les équipements de production suivants seront donc achetés afin d’augmenter le volume de production: une machine à breveter la tête, pour le transfert rapide des rivets, des anneaux, une machine à coudre flatlock pour faire des coutures plates, une micro machine à coudre, une machine à coudre rapide, une machine à coudre à fibre interlock, un microlock, un couvercle et une machine à deux broches, et une machine de zigzag interlock. Pour compléter le processus de fabrication de la couture, nous avons besoin d’un tailleur de couteau à ruban, d’un casier, d’une machine à spaghetti, d’une machine à coudre de sac et d’un tendeur en caoutchouc. La machine à tailler entièrement à commande numérique vous permet de travailler plus précisément et plus rapidement, tandis que l’inspecteur du tissu peut effectuer l’enroulement des textiles. Avec les outils ci-dessus, il y aura une augmentation significative de la capacité sur notre site, car ils servent à augmenter le volume de production et à automatiser, réduisant ainsi le temps de préparation des produits. Un élévateur de palettes hydraulique contribuerait grandement à l’ensemble de l’équipement de l’usine, ce qui faciliterait les processus logistiques avant le transport, et nous voulons également acheter un compresseur Hyundai, car certaines machines à coudre et presses ont besoin d’air comprimé. Unser Unternehmen ist der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung verpflichtet, so dass ein Epson SC-F9200 Digital Sublimation Drucker und ein S8000-3 Inkjet Sublimationsdrucker während des Projekts beschafft werden. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit widmen wir auch der Entwicklung der Informationstechnologie der Anlage. Dies ist nicht nur für die innovative Umsetzung von Grafikdesign, sondern auch für den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf der notwendigen Programme notwendig. Nicht zuletzt sind auch die Bestandsüberwachung und -verfolgung von Aufträgen von größter Bedeutung. Um dies zu erreichen, ist es wichtig, einen Computer zu erwerben, der über geeignete Spezifikationen für die oben genannten Aufgaben verfügt. Mit Adobe Creative Cloud haben wir die Möglichkeit, auf die kreative Desktop-Anwendung von Össes Adobe (Photoshop, etc.) zuzugreifen, die in der Vorproduktionsplanungssitzung unerlässlich ist. Die Drucksoftware wurde für Anwender von professionellen Desktop-, Breitformat- und Riesendruckern entwickelt und erfüllt alle Druckaufgaben, um die Leistung realistischer Farben zu verbessern. Die oben genannten 3 Kostenpositionen sowie Sublimationsdrucker stellen daher einen Mehrwert dar, der zu einer qualitativ hochwertigen Produktion führen kann, von der Konstruktion bis zur Materialerstellung (Drucken). Für die vollständige Umsetzung der Produktion möchten wir mehrere Werkzeuge kaufen, mit denen komplette Produkte hergestellt werden können. Dies ist Teil 3 des Produktionsprozesses, wenn die fertigen Materialien mit Nähmaschinen in noch höhere Wertschöpfungskleidung hergestellt werden. Die Werkzeuge sind effizienter als manuelle Arbeit, aber sie ersetzen sie nicht, sie werden mit Hilfe unserer vorbereiteten Mitarbeiter beaufsichtigt und betrieben. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden daher folgende Produktionsanlagen gekauft, um das Produktionsvolumen zu erhöhen: eine Kopfpatentmaschine, für den schnellen Transfer von Nieten, Ringen, eine Flatlock Nähmaschine, um Flachnähte zu machen, eine Mikro Nähmaschine, schnelle Nähmaschine, Faser-Interlock Nähmaschine, Microlock, Deckel und zwei Pin Maschine, und eine Zickzack-Maschine. Um den Produktionsprozess des Nähens abzuschließen, benötigen wir ein Bandmesser Schneider, einen Schließfach, eine Spaghettimaschine, eine Beutel Nähmaschine und einen Gummispanner. Die voll digital gesteuerte Schneidermaschine ermöglicht es Ihnen, genauer und schneller zu arbeiten, während der Stoffinspektor das Wickeln von Textilien durchführen kann. Mit den oben genannten Werkzeugen wird es eine deutliche Kapazitätssteigerung an unserem Standort geben, da sie dazu dienen, das Produktionsvolumen zu erhöhen und zu automatisieren und so die Zeit der Herstellung der Produkte zu verkürzen. Ein hydraulischer Palettenlift würde erheblich zur gesamten Ausrüstung der Anlage beitragen, was die Logistikprozesse vor dem Transport erleichtern würde, und wir wollen auch einen Hyundai-Kompressor kaufen, da einige Nähmaschinen und Pressen Druckluft benötigen.
