A projekt során új termelő eszközök beszerzése történik meg. Az új termelő eszközök beszerzése a gyártókapacitást növeli, a késztermék előállítás minőségi és mennyiségi fejlesztését jelentik. A kontakt csiszoló a termelési sor végén helyezkedik el, a a termékek csiszolását és végzi el, a műveletet követően azonnal kezdhető a felületkezelés. Az optimalizáló berendezés a szálas alapanyag optimális darabolását végzi el a megadott program szerint (a kívánt hosszértékek megadásával számolja az optimális darabolást az adott munkadarabon). Infrastrukturális beruházást a termelő kapacitás létrehozása nem igényel. A projekt keretében elvégzendő tevékenységek: eszközbeszerzés, a társaság ezekhez kíván támogatást igényelni. A beszerzésre kerülő technológia CE minősítéssel rendelkezik. A termelési technológia működtetése a dolgozók feladata. A jelenlegi alkalmazotti kör jelentős szakmai tapasztalattal és képzettséggel rendelkezik a gyártó részleg és az ehhez kapcsolódó termelési infrastruktúra működtetésében, a magas szakmai színvonal biztosított. A menedzsment az alapítás óta eltelt közel két évtizedben irányította a társsaságot. Új profil nem jön létre a beruházással, új, korszerű kapacitás valósul meg, aminek a működtetésére a menedzsment felkészült mind tapasztalata, mind képzettsége alapján. A projekt eredményeként előállításra kerülő termék többlet értéket képvisel, az új eszközökkel korszerűbb, magasabb feldolgozottságú termék állítható elő, illetve a termékminőség is javul. Emellett a saját, korszerű mosóval a kiszállított anyagminőség állandóvá válik. Projektelemek bemutatása: Eszközbeszerzés: VIET OPERA 5 3.3 CRS: munkaszélesség: 1350 mm, munkamagasság: 200 mm, hegesztett gépház, állítható gumírozott leszorító görgők. A kontakt csiszoló automata a kész megmunkált fa alkatrészek illetve táblák utólagos csiszolását végzi, a megmunkálás után a termék felületkezelhető, nincs szükség további megmunkálásra. CCS optimalizáló daraboló: hasítvány méretek hossz: 325-850 mm, keresztmetszet 20x150 mm - 80x120mm. Késztermék méret hossz 150 mm-2400mm. A hossz optimallizáló a felhasított szál alapanyag optimalizálás történik meg. (Hungarian)

The technology to be procured is CE certified. It is the task of the workers to operate the production technology. The current staff has considerable professional experience and training in the operation of the manufacturing department and the related production infrastructure, with a high level of professionalism. Management has managed the partnership for nearly two decades since its foundation. A new profile will not be created with the investment, new, up-to-date capacity will be realised, based on both the experience and the training of the management. The product to be produced as a result of the project has added value, the new tools can produce a more modern product with higher processing, and the quality of the product is improved. In addition, with its own modern wash, the delivered material quality becomes constant. De nouveaux équipements de production seront achetés pendant le projet. L’acquisition de nouveaux équipements de production augmente la capacité de production et représente une amélioration qualitative et quantitative de la production du produit fini. La meuleuse de contact est située à la fin de la chaîne de production, les produits sont broyés et effectués, le traitement de surface peut être commencé immédiatement après l’opération. L’équipement d’optimisation effectue la coupe optimale de la base de fibres selon le programme spécifié (calcule la coupe optimale sur la pièce en spécifiant les valeurs de longueur souhaitées). La création de capacités productives n’exige pas d’investissements dans les infrastructures. Activités à réaliser dans le cadre du projet: achat d’équipements, l’entreprise a l’intention de demander une aide. La technologie à acquérir est certifiée CE. Il incombe aux travailleurs de faire fonctionner la technologie de production. Le personnel actuel dispose d’une expérience professionnelle et d’une formation considérables dans le fonctionnement du département manufacturier et de l’infrastructure de production connexe, avec un haut niveau de professionnalisme. La direction gère le partenariat depuis près de deux décennies depuis sa fondation. Un nouveau profil ne sera pas créé avec l’investissement, de nouvelles capacités actualisées seront réalisées, sur la base à la fois de l’expérience et de la formation de la direction. Le produit à produire à la suite du projet a une valeur ajoutée, les nouveaux outils peuvent produire un produit plus moderne avec un traitement plus élevé, et la qualité du produit est améliorée. En outre, avec son propre lavage moderne, la qualité du matériau livré devient constante. Während des Projekts werden neue Produktionsanlagen erworben. Der Erwerb neuer Produktionsanlagen erhöht die Produktionskapazität und stellt eine qualitative und quantitative Verbesserung der Produktion des Endprodukts dar. Der Kontaktschleifer befindet sich am Ende der Produktionslinie, die Produkte werden geschliffen und durchgeführt, die Oberflächenbehandlung kann unmittelbar nach dem Betrieb begonnen werden. Die Optimierungsausrüstung führt das optimale Schneiden der Faserbasis nach dem angegebenen Programm durch (berechnet das optimale Schneiden am Werkstück durch Angabe der gewünschten Längenwerte). Investitionen in die Infrastruktur sind durch die Schaffung von Produktionskapazitäten nicht erforderlich. Im Rahmen des Projekts durchzuführende Maßnahmen: Kauf von Ausrüstung, das Unternehmen beabsichtigt, Beihilfe zu beantragen. Die zu beschaffende Technologie ist CE-zertifiziert. Es ist die Aufgabe der Arbeiter, die Produktionstechnologie zu betreiben. Das derzeitige Personal verfügt über umfangreiche Berufserfahrung und Ausbildung im Betrieb der Fertigungsabteilung und der damit verbundenen Produktionsinfrastruktur mit einem hohen Maß an Professionalität. Seit der Gründung führt das Management die Partnerschaft seit fast zwei Jahrzehnten. Ein neues Profil wird nicht mit der Investition erstellt, neue, aktuelle Kapazitäten werden sowohl auf der Grundlage der Erfahrung als auch der Ausbildung des Managements realisiert. Das als Ergebnis des Projekts zu produzierende Produkt hat einen Mehrwert, die neuen Werkzeuge können ein moderneres Produkt mit höherer Verarbeitung produzieren und die Qualität des Produkts verbessert. Darüber hinaus wird mit einer eigenen modernen Wäsche die gelieferte Materialqualität konstant. Präsentation der Projektelemente: Kauf von Ausrüstung: VIET OPERA 5 3.3 CRS: Arbeitsbreite: 1 350 mm, Arbeitshöhe: 200 mm, geschweißter Maschinenraum, verstellbare gummierte Verzögerungswalzen. Die Kontaktschleifmaschine führt das anschließende Schleifen von fertigen Holzteilen und -platten durch, nachdem das Produkt oberflächenbehandelt werden kann, ist keine weitere Bearbeitung erforderlich. CCS-Optimierungsschneider: gespaltene Abmessungen Länge: 325-850 mm, Querschnitt 20x150 mm – 80x120mm. Fertige Produktgröße 150 mm-2 400 mm.
