Computerizált, interaktív (részben robottal végzett) rehabilitációs módszertani központ létrehozása az OORI-ban című projekt szakmai tartalmának megvalósítása kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységeket és a választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységeket is tartalmaz. A cseh külföldi partnerintézmény (Military Rehabilitation Facility Slapy - Vojenský rehabilitační ústav Slapy) már hosszú idő óta alkalmazza a fejlett technológiákat a rehabilitáció területén, tapasztalatta rendelkezik, hogy az egyes eszközök alkalmazása hogyan építhető be hatékonyan a rehabilitációs programba és működtethető közfinanszírozott ellátás keretében. A nemzetközi együttműködés során, cseh partnernél megismerni és az OORI-ban bevezetni tervezett új, fejlett technológia szakmai tartalma 4 csoport köré koncentrálódik, melyhez szükséges eszközbeszerzés megvalósul a projekt keretében. Az 1. csoport a felső végtagi funkció javítását, a 2. csoport az alsó végtagi, a járás újratanulását segítő eszközök alkalmazásával történő ellátást takar. A 3. csoportot a funkcionális elektromos stimulációt (FES) nyújtó műszerekre épített technológia jelenti. A 4. csoport a diagnosztikához kapcsolódik, amely ez esetben a mozgáselemzést jelenti, és szükséges a terápiás terv elkészítéséhez. A szakmai megvalósítás keretében 5 db tanulmányutat terveztünk, 20 fő részvételével. A tanulmányutak célja a fejleszteni kívánt egészségügyi szolgáltatáshoz kapcsolódó fejlett technológiák szakmai, infrastrukturális eszközparkjának megismerése, a terápiás lehetőségek gyakorlati megismerése, az ellátás során alkalmazott újszerű jó gyakorlatok, módszerek azonosítása, megismerése és adaptációja a hazai ellátási viszonyokra. Az ellátási terület mellett elengedhetetlen az ellátásszervezés kérdéskörének részletese megismerése, hazai bevezetést elősegítő szakmai javaslatok beszerzése, finanszírozási lehetőségek számbavétele. A projekt keretében tervezzük olyan magyarországi képzés megvalósítását, amikor a cseh partnerintézmény képviselői jönnek az OORI-ba (4 fő). Az OORI-ban megvalósuló képzés célja, hogy a projekt helyszínén, a hazai ellátó környezetben is megvalósuljon az új ismeretek elsajátítása. Az ide érkező cseh szakemberek átadják saját intézményük tapasztalatait a projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő eszközök praktikus elhelyezésével kapcsolatban, a működési renddel, az eljárások rehabilitációs programba történő beépítésével kapcsolatban. Ezeken a rendszerszintű tanácsokon kívül az egyes eszközök működtetésével kapcsolatos tapasztalataikról is beszámolnak, a hazai eszközök éles kipróbálása megtörténik. A képzések formája igazodik az ismeretátadás leghatékonyabb módszeréhez: részben kisebb csoportban történő beszélgetés, részben tantermi előadás formájában valósulnak meg a képzések. Ezen részt vesz az a 20 fő, aki a tanulmányúton + 10 további munkatárs. Az OORI országos gyógyintézetként a kevésbé fejlett régiókban élők egészségügyi ellátásában részt vesz, a rehabilitáció területén módszertani központként elősegíti, hogy a kevésbé fejlett régiókban működő közfinanszírozott egészségügyi ellátók is megismerhessék a projekt szakmai tartalmát, eredményeit. OORI-ban bevezetésre került új módszert hazai intézmények számára disszeminálja (formái: disszeminációs kiadvány és rendezvény), ezáltal segítve országos szinten a hozzáférésben és a szolgáltatások minőségében meglévő különbségek csökkentésével a társadalmi egészség-egyenlőtlenségek felszámolását. A 6 konvergencia régióból érkező szakemberek – régiónként 1 fő orvossal és 1 fő gyógytornásszal (összesen 12 fővel) - esetében Szegedi helyszínen tervezzük megismertetni az új technológia hazai működését. A részt vevő szakemberek az ellátottak állapotának elő-, felkészítésében kiemelt szerepet játszanának, a képzés tematikája és célja az egészségügyi szolgáltatók hatékony együttműködésére koncentrál, elősegítve a kezelések eredményességét és hatékonyságát. A projekt megvalósulása hozzájárul Magyarországon a fejlett és a kevésbé fejlett régiókban élő betegek korszerű és fejlett technológiákkal történő rehabilitációs ellátásához. A fejlett technológia alkalmazása a rehabilitációs lehetőségek szélesedését jelenti. Cél, hogy egy adott funkciójavulást előbb érjenek el a páciensek, a rehabilitációs program végére pedig jobb funkcionális állapotba jussanak el. Ezzel csökkenthető a kórházi kezelés ideje, és javítható a későbbi munkaképesség. A projekt szakmai tartalmának összeállítása (előkészítés), hatékony és gördülékeny megvalósítása érdekében az OORI biztosítja a projekt teljes hossza alatt a menedzsment feladatok, tevékenységek megfelelő ellátását, a horizontális tevékenységek (esélyegyenlőségi és környezetvédelmi szempontok) érvényesítését, a kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítását. The implementation of the professional content of the project entitled 'Establishment of a computerised, interactive (partly with robot) rehabilitation methodological centre in OORI includes activities to be carried out on an obligatory basis and activities that are not eligible for support on its own. The Czech foreign partner institution (Military Rehabilitation Facility Slapy — Vojenský rehabilitační ústav Slapy) has been using advanced technologies in the field of rehabilitation for a long time, and has experience on how to effectively integrate the use of individual tools into the rehabilitation programme and operate in public-funded care. In the course of international cooperation, the professional content of the new advanced technology planned to be introduced at the Czech partner and introduced in OORI is concentrated around 4 groups, for which the necessary equipment acquisition will be realised within the framework of the project. Group 1 refers to the improvement of the upper limb function, group 2 to the lower extremities and the use of tools to help retrain walking. Group 3 is a technology built on instruments providing functional electrical stimulation (FES). Group 4 is related to diagnostics, which in this case means motion analysis and is necessary for the preparation of the therapeutic plan. In the framework of the technical implementation, we planned 5 study trips with the participation of 20 people. The aim of the study visits is to learn about the professional and infrastructural asset pool of advanced technologies related to the health service to be developed, to learn about therapeutic opportunities in practice, to identify, familiarise and adapt the novel best practices and methods used in the course of care to the domestic care conditions. In addition to the supply area, it is essential to get acquainted with the issue of the organisation of care in detail, to obtain professional proposals to facilitate domestic introduction, and to take stock of financing opportunities. As part of the project, we plan to implement a training course in Hungary when representatives of the Czech partner institution come to OORI (4 people). The aim of the training in OORI is to achieve the acquisition of new knowledge at the site of the project, in the domestic supply environment. The Czech experts who come here will present the experience of their own institution in relation to the practical placement of the equipment to be procured in the framework of the project, in relation to the operational system and the integration of the procedures into the rehabilitation programme. In addition to these systemic advice, they also report on their experience with the operation of each device, and the domestic tools are tested sharply. The form of training is adapted to the most effective method of knowledge transfer: in part, the training takes the form of a discussion in a smaller group, partly in the form of classroom lectures. The 20 participants will participate in the study visit + 10 additional staff. As a national medical institution, OORI participates in health care for people living in less developed regions, as a methodological centre in the field of rehabilitation, it helps public healthcare providers operating in less developed regions to get acquainted with the professional content and results of the project. Disseminates the new method introduced in OORI to domestic institutions (forms: dissemination publication and event), thereby helping to tackle social health inequalities by reducing differences in access and quality of services at national level. In the case of professionals from the 6 convergence regions — 1 doctor per region and 1 physiotherapist (total of 12) — we plan to introduce the operation of the new technology in Hungary in Szeged. The participating professionals would play a key role in preparing and preparing the condition of the beneficiaries, the subject of the training and the aim of the training focus on the effective cooperation of healthcare providers, promoting the effectiveness and efficiency of treatments. The realisation of the project contributes to the rehabilitation of patients in advanced and less developed regions with modern and advanced technologies in Hungary. The use of advanced technology means a widening of rehabilitation opportunities. The aim is to achieve a specific improvement in function first and to achieve a better functional state by the end of the rehabilitation program. This will reduce the duration of hospitalisation and improve the ability to work later. La mise en œuvre du contenu professionnel du projet intitulé "Établissement d’un centre méthodologique de réhabilitation informatisé et interactif (en partie avec robot) à Oori comprend des activités à réaliser sur une base obligatoire et des activités qui ne sont pas éligibles à l’aide à elle seule. L’institution tchèque partenaire (Facilité de réadaptation militaire Slapy — Vojenský Rehabilitační ústav Slapy) utilise depuis longtemps des technologies de pointe dans le domaine de la réhabilitation et possède une expérience sur la manière d’intégrer efficacement l’utilisation d’outils individuels dans le programme de réadaptation et de fonctionner dans les soins financés par l’État. Dans le cadre de la coopération internationale, le contenu professionnel de la nouvelle technologie de pointe prévue pour être introduite chez le partenaire tchèque et introduite à Oori est concentré autour de 4 groupes, pour lesquels l’acquisition nécessaire d’équipements sera réalisée dans le cadre du projet. Le groupe 1 fait référence à l’amélioration de la fonction des membres supérieurs, du groupe 2 aux extrémités inférieures et à l’utilisation d’outils pour aider à la marche. Le groupe 3 est une technologie construite sur des instruments assurant une stimulation électrique fonctionnelle (FES). Le groupe 4 est lié au diagnostic, ce qui signifie dans ce cas une analyse de mouvement et est nécessaire à la préparation du plan thérapeutique. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre technique, nous avons planifié 5 voyages d’étude avec la participation de 20 personnes. L’objectif des visites d’étude est d’en apprendre davantage sur les ressources professionnelles et infrastructurelles des technologies de pointe liées au service de santé à développer, d’en apprendre davantage sur les possibilités thérapeutiques dans la pratique, d’identifier, de familiariser et d’adapter les meilleures pratiques et méthodes utilisées dans le cadre des soins aux conditions de soins domestiques. En plus de la zone d’approvisionnement, il est essentiel de se familiariser avec la question de l’organisation des soins en détail, d’obtenir des propositions professionnelles pour faciliter l’introduction au pays, et de faire le point sur les possibilités de financement. Dans le cadre du projet, nous prévoyons de mettre en œuvre un cours de formation en Hongrie lorsque des représentants de l’institution partenaire tchèque viennent à Oori (4 personnes). L’objectif de la formation à Oori est de parvenir à l’acquisition de nouvelles connaissances sur le site du projet, dans l’environnement d’approvisionnement national. Les experts tchèques qui viennent ici présenteront l’expérience de leur propre institution en ce qui concerne le placement pratique des équipements à acquérir dans le cadre du projet, en ce qui concerne le système opérationnel et l’intégration des procédures dans le programme de réhabilitation. En plus de ces conseils systémiques, ils rendent également compte de leur expérience avec le fonctionnement de chaque appareil, et les outils domestiques sont testés avec précision. La forme de formation est adaptée à la méthode de transfert de connaissances la plus efficace: en partie, la formation prend la forme d’une discussion dans un groupe plus restreint, en partie sous la forme de conférences en classe. Les 20 participants participeront à la visite d’étude + 10 personnes supplémentaires. En tant qu’institution médicale nationale, Oori participe aux soins de santé pour les personnes vivant dans des régions moins développées, en tant que centre méthodologique dans le domaine de la réadaptation, elle aide les prestataires de soins de santé publics opérant dans les régions moins développées à se familiariser avec le contenu professionnel et les résultats du projet. Diffuse la nouvelle méthode introduite à Oori auprès des institutions nationales (formulaires: publication et manifestation de diffusion), contribuant ainsi à lutter contre les inégalités sociales en matière de santé en réduisant les différences d’accès et de qualité des services au niveau national. Dans le cas des professionnels des 6 régions de convergence — 1 médecin par région et 1 physiothérapeute (total de 12) — nous prévoyons d’introduire le fonctionnement de la nouvelle technologie en Hongrie à Szeged. Les professionnels participants joueraient un rôle clé dans la préparation et la préparation de l’état des bénéficiaires, le sujet de la formation et l’objectif de la formation se concentrerait sur la coopération efficace des prestataires de soins de santé, en promouvant l’efficacité et l’efficience des traitements. Die Umsetzung des fachlichen Inhalts des Projekts "Einrichtung eines computergestützten, interaktiven Rehabilitationszentrums (teilweise mit Robotern) in Oori umfasst Tätigkeiten, die obligatorisch durchgeführt werden müssen, sowie Tätigkeiten, die für sich allein nicht förderfähig sind. Die tschechische ausländische Partnereinrichtung (Military Rehabilitation Facility Slapy – Vojenský Rehabilitační ústav Slapy) nutzt seit langem fortschrittliche Technologien im Bereich der Rehabilitation und verfügt über Erfahrung, wie die Verwendung einzelner Instrumente effektiv in das Rehabilitationsprogramm integriert und in der öffentlichen Pflege betrieben werden kann. Im Rahmen der internationalen Zusammenarbeit konzentriert sich der professionelle Inhalt der neuen fortschrittlichen Technologie, die beim tschechischen Partner eingeführt und in Oori eingeführt werden soll, auf 4 Gruppen, für die im Rahmen des Projekts die notwendige Ausrüstungsbeschaffung realisiert wird. Gruppe 1 bezieht sich auf die Verbesserung der Funktion der oberen Gliedmaßen, die Gruppe 2 auf die unteren Extremitäten und den Einsatz von Werkzeugen, um das Gehen zu erleichtern. Gruppe 3 ist eine Technologie, die auf Instrumenten zur funktionalen elektrischen Stimulation (FES) basiert. Gruppe 4 bezieht sich auf die Diagnostik, was in diesem Fall eine Bewegungsanalyse bedeutet und für die Vorbereitung des therapeutischen Plans notwendig ist. Im Rahmen der technischen Umsetzung haben wir 5 Studienreisen mit 20 Personen geplant. Ziel der Studienbesuche ist es, über den professionellen und infrastrukturellen Vermögenspool fortschrittlicher Technologien im Zusammenhang mit dem zu entwickelnden Gesundheitsdienst zu erfahren, sich über therapeutische Möglichkeiten in der Praxis zu informieren, die neuartigen bewährten Verfahren und Methoden im Rahmen der Pflege an die häuslichen Pflegebedingungen zu identifizieren, vertraut zu machen und anzupassen. Neben dem Versorgungsbereich ist es wichtig, sich mit der Frage der Organisation der Pflege im Detail vertraut zu machen, professionelle Vorschläge zur Erleichterung der Einführung in den Haushalt zu erhalten und eine Bilanz der Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten zu ziehen. Im Rahmen des Projekts planen wir, in Ungarn eine Schulung durchzuführen, wenn Vertreter der tschechischen Partnerinstitution nach Oori (4 Personen) kommen. Ziel der Ausbildung in Oori ist der Erwerb neuer Kenntnisse am Standort des Projekts, im häuslichen Versorgungsumfeld. Die tschechischen Experten, die hierher kommen, werden die Erfahrungen ihrer eigenen Institution in Bezug auf die praktische Platzierung der im Rahmen des Projekts zu beschaffenden Ausrüstung in Bezug auf das operationelle System und die Einbeziehung der Verfahren in das Rehabilitationsprogramm vorstellen. Zusätzlich zu diesen systemischen Ratschlägen berichten sie auch über ihre Erfahrungen mit dem Betrieb jedes Geräts und die Haushaltswerkzeuge werden scharf getestet. Die Form der Ausbildung ist an die effektivste Methode des Wissenstransfers angepasst: die Ausbildung erfolgt teilweise in Form einer Diskussion in einer kleineren Gruppe, teils in Form von Unterrichtsvorträgen. Die 20 Teilnehmer werden an der Fachexkursion teilnehmen + 10 zusätzliche Mitarbeiter. Als nationale medizinische Einrichtung beteiligt sich Oori als methodisches Zentrum im Bereich Rehabilitation an der Gesundheitsversorgung für Menschen, die in weniger entwickelten Regionen leben, und hilft öffentlichen Gesundheitsdienstleistern, die in weniger entwickelten Regionen tätig sind, sich mit den fachlichen Inhalten und Ergebnissen des Projekts vertraut zu machen. Verbreitet die neue Methode, die in Oori eingeführt wurde, an inländische Einrichtungen (Formulare: Veröffentlichung und Veranstaltung der Verbreitung), wodurch dazu beigetragen wird, Ungleichheiten im Bereich der sozialen Gesundheit zu bekämpfen, indem Unterschiede beim Zugang und der Qualität der Dienstleistungen auf nationaler Ebene verringert werden. Im Falle von Fachleuten aus den 6 Konvergenzregionen – 1 Arzt pro Region und 1 Physiotherapeut (insgesamt 12) – planen wir, den Betrieb der neuen Technologie in Ungarn in Szeged einzuführen. Die teilnehmenden Fachkräfte würden eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Vorbereitung und Vorbereitung des Zustands der Begünstigten, des Themas der Ausbildung und des Ziels der Ausbildung spielen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der wirksamen Zusammenarbeit der Gesundheitsdienstleister liegt und die Wirksamkeit und Effizienz der Behandlungen gefördert wird. Die Realisierung des Projekts trägt zur Rehabilitation von Patienten in fortgeschrittenen und weniger entwickelten Regionen mit modernen und fortschrittlichen Technologien in Ungarn bei.
