37. alkalommal kerül megrendezésre Mozdulj Gyarmat a városban, ami a város és környékének egészségügyi és sport napja. Lehetőséget adunk mozgásformákra, sportokra, játékokra, különféle egészségügyi méréseket biztosítunk (vérnyomás, cukor, testzsír és idén HRV terhelés mérésre) Külön figyelmet forditunk a táplálkozásra ilyenkor nem csak osztogatunk gyümölcsöt, hanem előadást is tartunk a helyes táplálkozásról. Igyekszünk minden évben más-más sportág köré csoportosítani a megmozdulást így volt már tájfutás, triatlon atlétika kosárlabda asztalitenisz. Az idei évben pedig a teqball-t szeretnénk népszerűsíteni. Ennek keretén belül a teqball szövetséggel partnerségben 8 asztalon biztosítunk lehetőséget a sportág kipróbálására alkalmi csapatok számára meccsek játszására és ennek keretében érkezik két világsztár vendég városunkba. A teqball és a mozgás népszerűsítésére Puyol és Cafu. Ehhez kívánunk megfelelő infrastruktúrát biztosítani Várhatóan 1000 fő körüli résztvevője lesz a rendezvénynek. (Hungarian)

Within this framework, in partnership with the teqball Association, we offer 8 tables to try the sport for casual teams to play matches, and within this framework two world stars come to our guest city. Il se tiendra pour la 37ème fois Move Colony dans la ville, qui est la journée de la santé et du sport de la ville et de ses environs. Nous offrons des possibilités pour les formes de mouvement, sports, jeux, diverses mesures de santé (pression sanguine, sucre, graisse corporelle et mesure de charge HRV cette année) Nous prêtons une attention particulière à la nutrition dans ce cas non seulement nous distribuons des fruits, nous donnons également une conférence sur la nutrition correcte.
