1. Az Egyházmegye és az egyházközség célul tűzte ki a kisgyermekes családok munkaerőpiacra történő visszajutását oly módon, hogy az óvodai intézményt egy olyan kellemes, hangulatos és jövőbe tekintő légkörré kívánja alakítani, úgy, hogy ezáltal még több szülő a gyermekét már egészen kicsi (2-3 éves) korától jó szívvel az óvoda intézményébe írassa. További fejlesztési cél, hogy olyan környezetet alakítsunk ki a telephelyen a szolgáltatást igénybevevők számára, ahol a napi testmozgásigényük, maximálisan, minden körülmények között kielégíthetővé váljon egy modern és komfortos környezetben, ezáltal is elősegítve a szülők munkavállalását, hiszen mindkét szülő nyugodtabban vállal úgy munkát, sokkal koncentráltabban tud saját munkavégzésére összpontosítani, ha tisztában van azzal, hogy gyermeke egészségére, igényeire a lehető legalaposabb módon odafigyel a nevelőtestület. 2. Az épület üzemeltetési költségei a tulajdonos éves költségeinek egy igen jelentős részét teszik ki. A magas üzemeltetési költségeket főleg a fűtési hőigényből származó magas gázenergia-költség teszi ki. Az épületet folyamatosan, és rendeltetésszerűen használják. A fentiek alapján javasolt a fűtési energiaigény csökkentése. Ez az épület külső határoló felületeinek hőszigetelésével, nyílászáróinak cseréjével érhető el. A beruházás tartalmazza a külső hőszigetelést, a teljes fűtési rendszer korszerűsítését, a nyílászárók cseréjét, a vizesblokk és az udvar felújítását. Az önállóan támogatható tevékenységek közül eszközbeszerzés keretein belül a csoportszobák bútorzatának cseréje, a a külső játszótéri eszközök beszerzése, a készség- és képességfejlesztő játékok, eszközök beszerzése valósul meg. Az önállóan nem támogatható, kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységek közül az akadálymentesítés és a nyilvánosság tájékoztatása valósul meg az elvártaknak megfelelően. Szórt azbeszt jelen épület esetén nem található, így a mentesítés a projekt esetén nem releváns. 3. A projekt illeszkedik a felhívás 3.2-es pontjához. 4. A tervezett beruházás hozzájárul a kisgyermeket nevelő szülők munkaerőpiacra történő visszatéréséhez, ezáltal a foglalkoztatás növeléséhez, és/vagy az óvodai ellátáshoz való jobb hozzáféréshez. A fejlesztés összhangban van a felhívás céljaival, a felhívásban szereplő célokat teljesíti, illetve azokhoz hozzájárul. A projektben elszámolni tervezett tevékenységek megfelelnek a támogatható tevékenységeknek és nem tartalmaznak a Felhívás 3.1.4. pontjában felsorolt nem támogatható tevékenységeket. A fejlesztési elképzelés kivitelezhetősége, megvalósíthatósága a rendelkezésre álló információk alapján megítélhető. A betervezett mérföldkövek reálisak és a felhívásban rögzített ütemezéssel összhangban vannak. A projekt infastrukturális fejlesztést és eszközbeszerzést tartalmaz. A fejlesztés eredményeként a szolgáltatások hozzáférhetővé válnak, kiegyenlítődnek vagy javulnak a területi különbségek, különösen a szegény családok és a hátrányos helyzetű gyermekek számára. A beruházás költséghatékony módon, reális és takarékos költségvetéssel tervezett. 5. A tervezett fejlesztési projekt hozzájárul a megyei területfejlesztési programban nevesített stratégiai célok teljesüléséhez. 6. A projekt az akadálymentesítés munkanembe un. rehabilitációs környezettervező szakmérnököt/szakértőt von be, aki részt vesz a tervezés és műszaki előkészítés, megvalósítás munkálatokba valamint a megvalósulásról a projekt végén nyilatozatot tesz. 7. Az épület szerkezetét tekintve hőtechnikai szempontból elavultnak tekinthető, hőszigeteltetlen, így energiahatékonysága nem mondható jónak. A projekt keretein belül a homlokzati, padlásfödém szigetelés és nyílászáró csere megtörténik, csökkentve az épület hőveszteségét. Ez kihatással lesz a fenntartási költségekre is, melyek a fejlesztések hatására csökkenni fognak, ezáltal pénzt és energiát fog az üzemeltető megtakarítani. A projekt magában foglalja az épületgépészeti rendszerek korszerűsítését is. Az eszközök célja jellemzően az felújított óvoda eszközigényének megújítása, azaz a korábbi elavult infrastruktúra pótlása és kiegészítése. A beszerezni tervezett eszközöket az alábbi csoportokba lehet sorolni: 1. Mozgásfejlesztő eszközök 2. Fejlesztő játékok 3. Szerepjátékok 4. Bútorok 5. Információs és kommunikációs technológiai (IKT) eszközök A mozgásfejlesztő játékok célja a gyermekek mozgáskedvének kielégítése, valamint mozgáskoordinációjuk javítása. Emiatt is szerepel az eszközlistában több roller, bicikli, illetve egyensúlyozást fejlesztő eszköz. Ezeken túl találhatók még a csoportban tornaórákon alkalmazható eszközök. Az igényelt tárgyak már a 21. századi igényeket is kielégítik. A fejlesztő játékok lehetővé teszik a gyermekek mentális képességeinek fejlesztését. Elsősorban olyan tárgyakról van szó, amelyek fejlesztik a gondolkodást, a vizuális érzéket és térlátást, az anyanyelvi képességeket, kreativitási intelligencia fejlesztését és lehetővé teszik a játszva tanulást. Among the self-eligible activities, the replacement of furniture for group rooms, the purchase of external playground equipment, the acquisition of skills and skills-enhancing games and equipment are carried out within the framework of the purchase of equipment. Among the activities that cannot be independently supported and implemented on a mandatory basis, accessibility and information to the public will be implemented as expected. Scattered asbestos is not found in this building, so the exemption is not relevant for the project. 3. The project is in line with point 3.2 of the call. 4. The planned investment will contribute to the return of parents with young children to the labour market, thereby increasing employment and/or improving access to kindergarten care. Le diocèse et la paroisse se sont fixé pour objectif de retourner sur le marché du travail pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, de telle sorte qu’ils souhaitent transformer l’institution maternelle en une atmosphère si agréable, confortable et tournée vers l’avenir, de sorte que encore plus de parents de l’âge très jeune (2-3 ans) puissent écrire leurs enfants à l’institution de la maternelle avec un bon cœur.
