A fejlesztés során csak új termelőeszköz beszerzése valósul meg. A beszerzésre kerülő gépek: 1. ALPHATECH APL-D 20/60 PHR260XD plazmavágó és fúrógép 2. KS1202 NC típusú fűrészgép 3. SB 6,3 t/16,5 m típusú, 6,3 tonna teherbírású híddaru 4. Lorch Micor-Mig 500 Basic - Plus típusú inverteres hegesztőgép 5. ZR100/20/20 típusú profil hengersor, CM200-250/43 típusú profil hengersor 6. Graco típusú festékszóró berendezés 7. Terex-Bendini RC45 típusú önjáró emelőgép 8. Automata dróthúzómű 1. ALPHATECH APL-D 20/60 PHR260XD plazmavágó és fúrógép: A termelési kapacitás bővítését eredményezi, növeli a termelés hatékonyságát, egyszerűsíti a termékek előállítását, CNC vezérlésének köszönhetően nagyfokú méretpontosság és mérettűrés tartható. Több különböző gyártási folyamatot egyesít egyetlen egységgé. 2. KS1202 NC típusú fűrészgép: Az alapanyagok darabolási kapacitásának bővítését eredményezi. Jelentősen növelhető a méretpontosság. Nagy keresztmetszetű alapanyagok darabolása válik lehetővé, forgatás nélkül, szögvágásokkal. 3. SB 6,3 t/16,5 m típusú, 6,3 tonna teherbírású híddaru: Nagyméretű és tömegű szerkezetek mozgatását, forgatását teszi lehetővé, növelve a termelés hatékonyságát és új nagy tömegű termékek gyártását biztosítja. 4. Lorch Micor-Mig 500 Basic - Plus típusú inverteres hegesztőgép: Termelési kapacitás bővítését eredményező gépcsoport. Nagy pontosságú hegesztési folyamat hajtható végre, változtatható hegesztési keresztmetszettel. Csökkenthető energiafelvétel és ipari gáz felhasználás, extrém hegesztési előírásoknak való megfelelőség, különösen technológiai acélszerkezetek vonatkozásában. Ezáltal új termékkör gyártásának biztosítása. 5. ZR100/20/20 típusú profil hengersor, CM200-250/43 típusú profil hengersor: Új hidegen alakított darabolt és lyukasztott profilok előállításának lehetősége. Új termékcsoport létrehozása. 6. Graco típusú festékszóró berendezés: Termelési kapacitás bővítését eredményező gép, új környezetvédelmi előírásoknak megfelelően működtethető berendezés, mely által csökkenthető a környezeti terhelés. Új felületbevonási rendszer megvalósíthatósága. 7. Terex-Bendini RC45 típusú önjáró emelőgép: Exportpiacokon és beszállítói piacokon igényelt gyártás közbeni installálás és összeszerelés lehetőségének biztosítása. Megrendelőink távoli exportpiaci szállítás esetén elvárják, hogy az előállított terméket a gyártelepen teljes egészében összeszereljük és beüzemeljük, majd ezután kerüljenek szétszerelésre, felületkezelésre és csomagolásra. Az összeállított termékek mérete és tömege elérheti a 10-100 tonnát, illetve 20-45 méter magasságot. 8. Automata dróthúzómű: Teljesen új termelési technológia jön létre, mely során egy magas feldolgozási szintű 1-től 2,2 mm átmérőjű szénacél dróthuzal gyártható. A dróthuzal széles palettával és méretszortinenttel rendelkezik, így egy teljes termékcsalád állítható elő vele. (Hungarian)
