A fejlesztés átfogó célja: Az egész életen át tartó tanulást támogató nem formális és informális tanulásra alkalmas tanulási, képzési, oktató helyiségek, alkotóművészeti szakköri helyiségek, audiovizuális ismeretek tanulására alkalmas helyiségek, művelődő közösségek önképző köreinek, klubjainak klubhelyiségeinek kialakítása, bővítése. A fejlesztés konkrét célja: Az intézmény jelenleg nem rendelkezik olyan megfelelő térrel, ahol az egész életen át tartó tanulást támogató nem formális és informális tanulásra alkalmas oktatási tevékenységet lehet végezni. Folyamatosan problémát jelent a csoportok elhelyezése az intézményben. Nem rendelkezik az épület megfelelő foglalkoztató, oktató térrel, ezekhez kapcsolódó kiszolgáló helyiségekkel (mosdókkal). A fejlesztés eredménye: Olyan oktató tér jön létre, ahol megfelelő körülmények között lehet megtartani az egész életen át tartó tanulást elősegítő foglalkozásokat. Az intézmény jelen állapotában nem képes minden igényt kielégíteni a községben, ezért nem tud hatékonyan hozzájárulni a versenyképes tudásalapú társadalom megerősítéséhez, mivel nem áll rendelkezésre elegendő tér a csoportok befogadására. Az új csoportszoba kialakításával a művelődési ház zsúfoltsága nagymértékben visszaszorul. Az épület helyiségeit a továbbiakban az eredeti elképzeléseknek megfelelően lehetne használni. Az új csoportszoba lehetővé teszi, hogy több csoport, illetve kulturális program is egyidejűleg vegye igénybe az intézmény épületét. Nem utolsó sorban pedig a csoportok számára magasabb szakmai minőséget jelent, ha – több próbaterem rendelkezésére állásával – gyakrabban tartják az összejöveteleiket. Rózsaszentmárton azon ritka magyarországi kistelepülések közé tartozik, ahol a lakosság számához mérten meglehetősen magas a közművelődési, kulturális, hagyományőrző és a szabadidő hasznos eltöltésére, az egészség megőrzéséért megalakult lakossági kezdeményezésű csoport. Ez a helyzet számos pozitív hatással bír a rózsaszentmártoniak életére nézve, a nehézséget azonban a művelődési ház épületének végessége adja: a legoptimálisabb kihasználtság mellett is kevés a hely az aktív közösségi élet számára. A kialakítandó új terem nagymértékben hozzájárul az újabb kezdeményezések megvalósításához, a meglévő csoportok rendszeres foglalkozásainak zökkenőmentes lebonyolításához, lehetőséget biztosít a foglalkozások számának emelésére, ezáltal elősegítve a szakmai színvonal emelkedését, közvetve pedig egy teljesebb, minőségibb életvitel elérését. Jelen pályázat célja a gyermek- és ifjúsági korosztály, a köznevelési intézményekben dolgozók, a lakosság, a tanulás iránt érdeklődők bevonása a formális oktatást támogató és kiegészítő új tanulási formákba, nem formális, informális tanulási programokba, szolgáltatásokba. Kiemelt cél a hátrányos helyzetű csoportok bekapcsolása az egész életen át tartó tanulás folyamatába. A tervezéssel érintett épület funkciója Művelődési Ház. Az év során épületet 11 közművelődési, hagyományörző és az egészségmegőrzés céljára alakult csoport használja próbateremként, előadóteremként, valamint helyi civil szervezetek közgyűléseinek szolgál helyszínül. Ezeken felül kultúrális programoknak, kiállításoknak, koncerteknek ad otthont. Az épület funkciója, a bővítéssel nem változik. A beruházással érintett épület 1929-ben már eredetileg is Művelődési Háznak épült. Azóta többször átépítésre, és felújításra került. Az épület egy észak-déli irányban hosszan elnyúló telek északi részén helyezkedik el szabadonálló beépítéssel. Az épülethez tartózó telek zöldfelülete nincs lehatárolva a közterületről, kis közparkként húzódik a Kossuth Lajos utca mentén. TERVEZETT FELÚJÍTÁS Az épületben jelenleg egy nagyobb terem, egy könyvtár és az azokat kiszolgáló szociális funkciók (mosdók, tárolók) vannak. A tervezett felújítás és átalakítás egyik célja, hogy a nagy közösségi tértől leválasztottan egy külön teremben lehetőség legyen kis csoportos foglalkozások megtartására. Az épület meglévő tömegformálását kihasználva a nyugati homlokzaton közrefogott kis - jelenleg lebetonozott - udvar kínál kedvező lehetőséget az új foglalkoztató kialakítására. Ahhoz, hogy az épület a mai elvárásoknak megfelelően az akadálymentes használat követelményét is teljesítse, elengedhetetlen egy akadálymentes mosdó kialakítása az épületben. A meglévő vizesblokk oly módon kerül átalakításra, hogy abban egy akadálymentes mosdó, valamint az OTÉK előírásainak megfelelő méretű női és férfi mosdó is készül, 50-50%-os nemek szerinti eloszlást figyelembe véve. Az átalakítással érintett épületrész padló- és falburkolata felújításra kerül, valamint új belső festés is készül. Az épületgépészeti és épületvillamossági rendszerek a tervezett átalakítással érintett új helyiségekben kerülnek átalakításra. (Hungarian)

Last but not least, it is a higher professional quality for groups to hold their meetings more frequently with the availability of more rehearsal rooms. Rózsaszentmárton is one of the rare small settlements in Hungary, where the public initiative group set up for the benefit of public education, cultural, traditional and leisure time is quite high compared to the number of inhabitants. This situation has a number of positive effects on the life of the people of Szszentmárton, but the difficulty is caused by the finiteness of the building of the cultural house: even with the most optimal utilisation, there is little room for active community life. The new room will greatly contribute to the implementation of new initiatives, the smooth running of regular sessions of existing groups, the possibility of increasing the number of occupations, thus helping to raise professional standards and indirectly achieving a more complete, quality lifestyle. The aim of this call is to involve children and young people, those working in public education institutions, the general public and those interested in learning, in new forms of learning, non-formal, informal learning programmes and services supporting and complementing formal education. The inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the lifelong learning process is a priority. The function of the building concerned by the design is a House of Culture. During the year, the building is used by 11 groups of public education, tradition and health promotion as a rehearsal room, a lecture room and a venue for local civil society organisations’ assemblies. In addition, it hosts cultural programs, exhibitions and concerts. The function of the building does not change with the extension. Das übergeordnete Ziel der Entwicklung besteht darin, Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Lern-, Ausbildungs-, Ausbildungs-, Ausbildungsräumen, kreativen Kunsträumen für nichtformales und informelles Lernen zur Unterstützung des lebenslangen Lernens, Raum für audiovisuelles Lernen, Selbstbildungskreise und Vereine kultivierter Gemeinschaften. Das spezifische Ziel der Entwicklung besteht darin, Die Einrichtung verfügt derzeit nicht über einen ausreichenden Raum, um Bildungsaktivitäten durchzuführen, die für nichtformales und informelles Lernen zur Unterstützung des lebenslangen Lernens geeignet sind. Es gibt ein anhaltendes Problem mit der Platzierung von Gruppen in der Institution. Das Gebäude verfügt nicht über angemessene Arbeitsplätze, Schulungsräume und damit verbundene Serviceräume (Waschräume). Das Ergebnis der Entwicklung: Es wird ein Bildungsraum geschaffen, in dem Aktivitäten des lebenslangen Lernens unter angemessenen Bedingungen durchgeführt werden können. In der jetzigen Form ist die Institution nicht in der Lage, alle Bedürfnisse in der Gemeinde zu befriedigen und ist daher nicht in der Lage, wirksam zur Stärkung einer wettbewerbsfähigen wissensbasierten Gesellschaft beizutragen, da es nicht genügend Raum für die Einbeziehung von Gruppen gibt. Mit der Gestaltung des neuen Gruppenraumes wird die Verdrängung des Kulturhauses stark reduziert. Die Räumlichkeiten des Gebäudes könnten weiterhin in Übereinstimmung mit den ursprünglichen Ideen genutzt werden. Der neue Gruppenraum ermöglicht es mehreren Gruppen und kulturellen Programmen, das Gebäude der Institution gleichzeitig zu nutzen. Nicht zuletzt ist es eine höhere professionelle Qualität für Gruppen, ihre Sitzungen häufiger mit der Verfügbarkeit von mehr Proberäumen abzuhalten. Rózsaszentmárton ist eine der seltenen kleinen Siedlungen in Ungarn, wo die für öffentliche Bildung, Kultur, Tradition und Freizeit gegründete öffentliche Initiative im Vergleich zur Einwohnerzahl recht hoch ist. Diese Situation hat eine Reihe von positiven Auswirkungen auf das Leben der Menschen von Szszentmárton, aber die Schwierigkeit wird durch die Endlichkeit des Gebäudes des Kulturhauses verursacht: selbst bei optimaler Nutzung gibt es wenig Raum für aktives Gemeinschaftsleben. Der neue Raum wird erheblich zur Umsetzung neuer Initiativen, zum reibungslosen Ablauf der regelmäßigen Sitzungen bestehender Gruppen, zur Erhöhung der Zahl der Berufe beitragen und somit zur Anhebung der beruflichen Standards und indirekt zu einem umfassenderen, qualitativ hochwertigen Lebensstil beitragen. Ziel dieser Aufforderung ist es, Kinder und Jugendliche, Personen, die in öffentlichen Bildungseinrichtungen tätig sind, die Öffentlichkeit und die am Lernen interessierten Personen in neue Formen des Lernens, nichtformale, informelle Lernprogramme und Dienste einzubeziehen, die die formale Bildung unterstützen und ergänzen. Die Einbeziehung benachteiligter Gruppen in den Prozess des lebenslangen Lernens ist eine Priorität. Die Funktion des Gebäudes, das von der Gestaltung betroffen ist, ist ein Haus der Kultur. Im Laufe des Jahres wird das Gebäude von 11 Gruppen öffentlicher Bildung, Tradition und Gesundheitsförderung als Proberaum, als Vortragsraum und als Veranstaltungsort für Versammlungen lokaler zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen genutzt. Darüber hinaus beherbergt es kulturelle Programme, Ausstellungen und Konzerte. Die Funktion des Gebäudes ändert sich nicht mit der Erweiterung. Das Gebäude, das von der Investition betroffen war, wurde 1929 als Haus der Kultur errichtet. Seitdem wurde es mehrmals umgebaut und saniert. Das Gebäude befindet sich auf dem nördlichen Teil eines langen Grundstücks, das Nord-Süd mit einer freistehenden Installation ausdehnt. Die grüne Fläche des Grundstücks, das an das Gebäude grenzt, ist nicht vom öffentlichen Bereich abgegrenzt, sondern erstreckt sich als kleiner öffentlicher Park entlang der Kossuth Lajos Street. Das Gebäude verfügt derzeit über einen größeren Raum, eine Bibliothek und die sozialen Funktionen, die ihnen dienen (Waschanlagen, Lagereinrichtungen). Eines der Ziele der geplanten Renovierung und Renovierung ist es, kleine Gruppensitzungen in einem separaten, vom großen Gemeinschaftsraum getrennten Raum abzuhalten. L’objectif général du développement est de: Développement et extension de l’apprentissage, de la formation, de la formation, des salles de formation, des espaces artistiques créatifs adaptés à l’apprentissage non formel et informel à l’appui de l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie, de l’espace pour l’apprentissage audiovisuel, des cercles d’auto-éducation et des clubs de communautés cultivées. L’objectif spécifique du développement est de: L’institution ne dispose actuellement pas d’un espace suffisant pour mener des activités éducatives adaptées à l’apprentissage non formel et informel à l’appui de l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie. Le placement de groupes dans l’établissement pose un problème permanent. Le bâtiment ne dispose pas d’un emploi adéquat, d’un espace de formation et de salles de service connexes (salles de bains). Le résultat du développement: Un espace éducatif sera créé où des activités d’éducation et de formation tout au long de la vie pourront être organisées dans des conditions appropriées. En l’état actuel, l’institution n’est pas en mesure de répondre à tous les besoins de la municipalité et n’est donc pas en mesure de contribuer efficacement au renforcement d’une société de la connaissance compétitive, car il n’y a pas assez d’espace pour l’inclusion des groupes. Avec la conception de la nouvelle salle de groupe, le surpeuplement de la maison culturelle est considérablement réduit. Les locaux du bâtiment pourraient continuer à être utilisés conformément aux idées originales. La nouvelle salle de groupe permet à plusieurs groupes et programmes culturels d’utiliser le bâtiment de l’institution en même temps. Enfin, il est d’une qualité professionnelle supérieure pour les groupes de tenir leurs réunions plus fréquemment avec la disponibilité de salles de répétition plus nombreuses. Rózsaszentmárton est l’une des rares petites localités en Hongrie, où le groupe d’initiative publique mis en place au profit de l’éducation publique, culturelle, traditionnelle et de loisirs est assez élevé par rapport au nombre d’habitants. Cette situation a un certain nombre d’effets positifs sur la vie des habitants de Szszentmárton, mais la difficulté est due à la finesse de la construction de la maison culturelle: même avec l’utilisation la plus optimale, il y a peu de place pour une vie communautaire active. La nouvelle salle contribuera grandement à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles initiatives, au bon déroulement des sessions ordinaires des groupes existants, à la possibilité d’augmenter le nombre d’emplois, contribuant ainsi à relever les normes professionnelles et à parvenir indirectement à un mode de vie plus complet et de qualité. L’objectif de cet appel est d’associer les enfants et les jeunes, ceux qui travaillent dans les établissements d’enseignement public, le grand public et ceux qui s’intéressent à l’apprentissage, aux nouvelles formes d’apprentissage, aux programmes et services d’apprentissage non formels et informels qui soutiennent et complètent l’éducation formelle. L’inclusion des groupes défavorisés dans le processus d’éducation et de formation tout au long de la vie est une priorité. La fonction du bâtiment concerné par la conception est une Maison de la Culture. Au cours de l’année, le bâtiment est utilisé par 11 groupes d’éducation publique, de tradition et de promotion de la santé comme salle de répétition, salle de conférences et lieu d’assemblées locales d’organisations de la société civile. En outre, il accueille des programmes culturels, des expositions et des concerts. La fonction du bâtiment ne change pas avec l’extension. Le bâtiment concerné par l’investissement a été construit à l’origine comme maison de la culture en 1929. Depuis lors, il a été reconstruit et rénové plusieurs fois. Le bâtiment est situé sur la partie nord d’une longue parcelle s’étendant nord-sud avec une installation autonome. La surface verte de la parcelle qui est adjacente au bâtiment n’est pas délimitée de la zone publique, elle s’étend comme un petit parc public le long de la rue Kossuth Lajos. Le bâtiment dispose actuellement d’une salle plus grande, d’une bibliothèque et des fonctions sociales qui les desservent (installations de lavage, installations de stockage). L’un des objectifs du projet de rénovation et de rénovation est de permettre la tenue de séances en petits groupes dans une salle séparée du grand espace communautaire. Profitant de la formation de masse existante du bâtiment, la petite cour de la façade ouest, actuellement pavée, offre une occasion positive de développer un nouvel employeur.
