A pályázó társaság jelenleg villanyszereléssel foglalkozik, mely tevékenységét a mostani projekt keretében kíván kiegészíteni gyártói tevékenységgel. A projekt keretében kialakításra kerülő gyártó kapacitás keretében olyan elektronikai alkatrészeket fog gyártani, melyekre megrendeléseket kapott. Jelen beruházás célja a társaság komplex technológiai fejlesztésének megvalósítása és új gyártókapacitás kialakítása. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő gépek mellett szükség van a gépek működtetéséhez és üzemeltetéséhez szükséges hardverek és szoftver beszerzésére, továbbá a beszerzésre kerülő gépek működtetéséhez szükséges napelemes rendszer kiépítésére. A vállalkozásnak megvan jelenleg is a humán erőforrása, hogy a gyártó tevékenységet elkezdje, azonban a későbbiekben valószínű újabb munkavállalók felvételére lesz szükség. Az infrastruktúra is rendelkezésre áll a gépek beüzemelésére, mivel a meglévő csarnokban el fognak férni a gépek, továbbá az áramforrás is biztosítva van. Tartalmi értékelési szempontok kifejtése: A vállalkozás nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező KKV-nak minősül. A vállalkozásnak korábban nem volt K+F+I tevékenysége illetve nem rendelkezik iparjog védelmi oltalommal. A termelési hatékonyság érdekében azonban szeretné az ELEX-UNIVILL Kft. bevezetni az IPAR 4.0 megoldások alkalmazásával egy termelésirányítási rendszert mely képes lesz a selejt képződést visszafogni illetve folyamatosan olyan termelési információkkal látja el a céget mely segítségével a gyártás hatékonysága növelhető. Korábbi projektekkel kapcsolatban szabálytalansággal nem érintett a társaság. A projekt keretében fejlesztendő tevékenység a 26.11 - Elektronikai alkatrész gyártása, mely szerepel az Irinyi Tervben kiemelt fejlesztendő ágazatok listáján. A tevékenység elindítására az adta a motivációt, hogy a vállalkozás 2016 évben több megkeresést is kapott különböző (korábban részletezett) alkatrészek, USB kábelek gyártására. A gyártókapacitás kialakításához szüksége van jelen támogatási kérelemben igényelt vissza nem térítendő támogatásra. A projekt megvalósítási helyszíne Tiszavasvári, mely szabad vállalkozási zónának minősülő település. A bevezetésre kerülő termelésirányítási rendszer az Europroof termelésirányítási rendszer, melynek bemutatását a csatolt árajánlat részletesen tartalmazza. A rendszer megfelel a Felhívás 10 számú mellékletében meghatározott követelményeknek: A rendszer segíti az alacsony alapanyag és/vagy félkész termék, illetve áru raktárkészlet-szint tartását; segíti az átfutási idők csökkentését; Alacsonyabb munkaerő ráfordítással optimalizálja a szükséges emberi erőforrások mennyiségét. Explanation of content assessment criteria: The enterprise is considered to be an SME with a high growth potential. The company did not previously have any R & D & I activities or has no industrial property protection. However, for the sake of production efficiency, ELEX-UNIVILL Ltd. would like to introduce a production management system using IPAR 4.0 solutions that will be able to contain scrap formation and continuously provide the company with production information to increase the efficiency of production. The company was not affected by irregularities in relation to previous projects. The activity to be developed under the project is 26.11 — Production of electronic components, which is included in the list of sectors to be developed under the Irinyi Plan. The motivation to start the activity was that the company received several requests in 2016 for the production of various (previously detailed) parts, USB cables. To establish the production capacity, you need the grant requested in this aid application. The implementation site of the project is Tiszavasvári, which is a free enterprise zone. The production management system to be introduced is the Europroof production management system, the description of which is set out in detail in the attached quotation.
