PROJEKT EGYÉB ELEMEI A Projekt átfogó tartalmát tekintve egy zöldmezős beruházás megvalósítása, amely révén a társaság beléphet a magas hozzáadott értékű, és jelenleg legnagyobb profitrátával kecsegtető formázott csokoládépiaci szegmensbe (mely lehet üreges figura, formázott desszert, de akár prémium minőségű szaloncukor is.) A Projekt lelke a hatékony, és rugalmas formázósor valamint a legjobb minőséget produkálni tudó csomagolástechnika. Ugyanakkor a két gépsor mellé, mely jelen támogatási kérelem tárgyát képezi, számos további beszerzés és fejlesztés szükséges, hogy a tervezett termékeket a kor technológiájának megfelelő színvonalon és versenyképesen tudjuk gyártani. Így egyéb elemekként nevezzük meg: megfelelő méretű, infrastruktúrájú gyártócsarnokot, a hőmérsékletre érzékeny termékek tárolásához szükséges raktárhelyiségeket, mindazon egyéb technológiai eszközüket, melyeket a két beszerezni kívánt vonal nem foglal magába, de ide sorolható még a különböző általános ügyviteli rendszerek, valamint speciális élelmiszeripari nyomonkövetést biztosító, vagy gyártási információkat rögzítő informatikai rendszerek kiépítése. De jelentős beruházást igényel például a gyártósorokhoz szükséges termék / designfüggő formázó forma készletek beszerzése is. ALAPSOR TECHNOLÓGIÁJÁRÓL A formázósorok tekintetében jelenleg több elterjedt technológia is létezik: • hagyományos bolygató technológia • hüvelyformázás hagyományos technológiával • hüvelyformázás „cold-press” vagy „frozen cone” technológiával A végleges technológia kiválasztása az alábbi tényezők együttes mérlegelése alapján történik: • rugalmasság új termékekre • nyersanyag-takarékosság (minél pontosabb öntőfej, a minimum súly miatti túltöltést elkerülendő) • lehetőség szerint az üreges figurák esetében is kétrétegű terméklehetőség • üreges figurák nyithatósága, (ajándékkapszulákhoz) A BERUHÁZÁS SEGÍTSÉGÉVEL GYÁRTHATÓ TERMÉKCSOPORTOK • üreges figurák • desszertek • szalondesszertek. In view of the overall content of the project, the realisation of a greenfield investment, which allows the company to enter the chocolate market segment with high added value and currently with the highest profit rate (which can be hollow figure, moulded dessert, or even premium-quality salon sugar.) The heart of the project is the efficient and flexible molding line and packaging technology capable of producing the best quality. However, in addition to the two production lines, which are the subject of the present aid application, a number of additional procurements and improvements are required in order to be able to produce the planned products at the same level and competitively as the technology of the age. Thus, we name it as other elements: a production hall of sufficient size, infrastructure, storage facilities for temperature-sensitive products, all other technological tools not included in the two lines to be purchased, but also the construction of various general management systems, as well as IT systems providing specific food industry tracking or recording production information. But significant investment is also required, for example, in the purchase of product/design-dependent moulds for production lines. There are currently a number of prevalent technologies for forming lines: • traditional tampering technology • vaginal shaping with traditional technology • vaginal forming with “cold-press” or “frozen cone” technology The final technology is selected based on a combination of the following factors: • flexibility for new products • saving raw materials (the more precise molding head to avoid overloading due to the minimum weight) • dual layer product possibility for hollow figurines • openability of hollow figures, (for gift capsules) PRODUCTS GROUPs that can be produced with HEALTHING • hollow figurines • desserts • salons. Compte tenu du contenu global du projet, la réalisation d’un investissement nouveau, qui permet à l’entreprise d’entrer sur le segment du marché du chocolat à forte valeur ajoutée et actuellement avec le taux de profit le plus élevé (qui peut être une figure creuse, un dessert moulé, voire du sucre de salon de qualité supérieure). Le cœur du projet est la ligne de moulage et la technologie d’emballage efficaces et flexibles capables de produire la meilleure qualité. Toutefois, outre les deux lignes de production qui font l’objet de la présente demande d’aide, un certain nombre de marchés et d’améliorations supplémentaires sont nécessaires pour pouvoir produire les produits prévus au même niveau et de manière concurrentielle que la technologie de l’époque. Ainsi, nous l’appelons comme d’autres éléments: une salle de production d’une taille suffisante, une infrastructure, des installations de stockage pour les produits sensibles à la température, tous les autres outils technologiques non inclus dans les deux lignes à acheter, mais aussi la construction de divers systèmes de gestion générale, ainsi que des systèmes informatiques fournissant un suivi spécifique de l’industrie alimentaire ou l’enregistrement de l’information sur la production. Mais des investissements importants sont également nécessaires, par exemple, dans l’achat de moules dépendant du produit ou de la conception pour les lignes de production. Il existe actuellement un certain nombre de technologies courantes pour former des lignes: • technologie d’altération traditionnelle • mise en forme vaginale avec technologie traditionnelle • formage vaginal à l’aide de la technologie «presse froide» ou «cône gelé» La technologie finale est choisie en fonction de la combinaison des facteurs suivants: • flexibilité pour les nouveaux produits • économie de matières premières (la tête de moulage plus précise pour éviter la surcharge due au poids minimum) • possibilité de produit à double couche pour les figurines creuses • ouverture des figurines creuses (pour les capsules cadeaux) PRODUITS GROUPS qui peuvent être produits avec HEALTHING • figurines creuses • desserts • salons. Im Hinblick auf den Gesamtinhalt des Projekts, die Realisierung einer Greenfield-Investition, die es dem Unternehmen ermöglicht, in das Schokoladenmarktsegment mit hoher Wertschöpfung und derzeit mit der höchsten Profitrate (die Hohlfigur, geformte Dessert oder sogar Premium-Qualität Salonzucker sein kann) zu gelangen. Herzstück des Projekts ist die effiziente und flexible Formlinie und Verpackungstechnologie, die beste Qualität produzieren kann. Zusätzlich zu den beiden Produktionslinien, die Gegenstand des vorliegenden Beihilfeantrags sind, sind jedoch eine Reihe zusätzlicher Beschaffungen und Verbesserungen erforderlich, um die geplanten Produkte auf dem gleichen Niveau und im Wettbewerb mit der Technologie des Alters herstellen zu können. So nennen wir es als andere Elemente: eine Produktionshalle mit ausreichender Größe, Infrastruktur, Speicheranlagen für temperaturempfindliche Produkte, alle anderen technischen Werkzeuge, die nicht in den beiden zu erwerbenden Linien enthalten sind, sondern auch den Bau verschiedener allgemeiner Managementsysteme sowie IT-Systeme, die spezifische Überwachungs- oder Produktionsinformationen der Lebensmittelindustrie liefern. Aber auch in den Kauf von produkt-/designabhängigen Formen für Produktionslinien sind erhebliche Investitionen erforderlich. Derzeit gibt es eine Reihe verbreiteter Technologien für die Umformung von Linien: • traditionelle Manipulationstechnik • vaginale Formgebung mit traditioneller Technologie • vaginale Umformung mit „Kälterpresse“ oder „frozen cone“-Technologie Die endgültige Technologie wird auf der Grundlage einer Kombination der folgenden Faktoren ausgewählt: • Flexibilität für neue Produkte • Einsparung von Rohstoffen (der präzisere Formkopf, um eine Überlastung durch minimales Gewicht zu vermeiden) • Dual-Layer-Produktmöglichkeit für Hohlfiguren • Öffnungsfähigkeit von Hohlfiguren, (für Geschenkkapseln) PRODUCTS GROUPs, die mit HEALTHING hergestellt werden können • Hohlfiguren • Desserts • Salons.
