A Zajgató Kft 1992-ben alakult. Fő tevékenysége a számviteli szolgáltatások nyújtása. Emellett üzemeltetünk egy lottózót, és foglalkozunk ingatlan értékbecsléssel is. Könyvelőirodánk ügyfelei városunkból, Hajdúdorogról, és a környező településekről: Hajdúnánás, Hajdúböszörmény, Újfehértó, Polgár, Debrecen kerülnek ki. Foglalkozunk őstermelőkkel, egyéni vállalkozókkal, egyesületekkel, alapítványokkal, betéti társaságokkal, és korlátolt felelősségű társaságokkal. Tehát a pár ezer forintos árbevételtől a milliárdos cégekig terjednek az ügyfeleink. Sok új ügyfél is felkeres bennünket. Őket csak akkor tudjuk elvállalni, ha a megfelelő szakmai felkészültség mellett a technikai feltételek is rendelkezésünkre állnak. Alakulásunk után a lakásunkon dolgoztunk, de a dolgozószobát, majd a melléképületben kialakított irodát hamarosan kinőttük. 1994-ben sikerült vásárolnunk egy irodát, melyben jelenleg is dolgozunk. Az épület felújítása azóta is folyamatban van. Az ügyfelek számának növekedésével növekedett a dolgozói létszám, s ennek megfelelően kerültek az egyes helyiségek felújításra, és használatba vételre. Jelen pályázattal is egy új irodarészt szeretnénk kialakítani, és felszerelni gyakornokunk számára. Sok olyan dolgozónk van, aki nálunk kezdte a munkát az iskola befejezése után. Az idősebb dolgozók örömmel tanították be őket, adták át a tudásukat. Dolgozóinkat folyamatosan képezzük, valamint biztosítjuk számukra a különböző szakmai végzettségek megszerzését. Jelenleg a következő végzettségekkel rendelkeznek dolgozóink: okleveles könyvvizsgáló, okleveles adószakértő, adótanácsadó, mérlegképes könyvelő, tb szakügyintéző, bérszámfejtő, tb ügyintéző. Többen közülük egyetemet, főiskolát végzett közgazdászok. A gyakornok betanítására, a tudás átadására tehát minden feltétel adott, a helyiség kialakítása, és a szükséges eszközök beszerzése, valamint a mentor oktatási idejének finanszírozása nagyban hozzájárulna Cégünk további fejlődéséhez. Jelen pályázatban egy fő férfi könyvelő gyakornokot kívánunk felvenni. Jelöltünk pénzügyi-számviteli ügyintézői végzettséggel rendelkezik: OKJ 54 344 01. A munkavégzés helyének kialakításához irodaépületünk folyosójának egy részét kívánjuk leválasztani.A leválasztás műanyag üvegfalak, és műanyag ajtó beépítésével történne meg. A szerkezetek gyártására, és beépítésére árajánlatokat kértünk. A munkavégzéshez szükséges kis értékű eszközöket, és fogyóanyagokat egy irodaszer centrumból (iratrendezők, tollak, papírok stb), és egy asztalosipari cégtől (asztal, polc, pult) kívánjuk beszerezni. A könyvelési feladatok betanításához, és végzéséhez szükséges számítástechnikai eszközökre árajánlatokat kértünk. Venni kívánunk egy komplett számítógépet monitorral, billentyűzettel, egérrel, Windows 10 operációs rendszerrel. A mentésekhez egy NAS-t, és egy notebookot a távoli munkához. Az eszközök részletesebb bemutatását az árajánlatok tartalmazzák. A pályázattal sikerülni fog egy új munkahelyet kialakítanunk. Növelni tudjuk az ügyfeleink számát, ezáltal a bevételünket is. A gyakornok elméleti tudását a betanítás után alkalmazni tudja majd a gyakorlatban. A könyvelő munka újabb követelményeit csak modern eszközökkel lehet megvalósítani. Követelmény a legújabb szoftverek ismerete, az internet kapcsolat, és a távoli munkavégzés. Emellett azonban fontos feladat az adatok védelme is. A gyakornoknak meg kell ismernie ezen eszközök alkalmazását, be kell gyakorolnia a rajtuk végzett munkát. A megfelelő munkakörülmények kialakítása, az alap eszközök biztosítása is követelmény a nyugodt, és sikeres munkavégzéshez. A mentor a cég tulajdonosa és ügyvezetője, okleveles nemzetközi adószakértő, mérlegképes könyvelői képesítéssel, és több mint 25 év szakmai gyakorlattal rendelkező szakember lesz. A munkaerő piac ma már a képzett, és a gyakorlatot is megfelelően ismerő munkaerőt keresi. Egy fiatal pályakezdő betanítása nem kevés időt, és energiát igényel. A kellő munkatapasztalat megszerzése több évbe is kerülhet. A pályázattal megvalósított beruházások, és a gyakornok, valamint a mentor részére folyósított munkabér támogatások megkönnyítik számunkra ezt a feladatot. Hiánypótlás kiegészítés A munkájához szükséges eszközöket a gyakornok kizárólagosan használja, mert a könyvelésnél elengedhetetlen, hogy saját munkaeszköze legyen. Ezért kap egy korszerű laptopot, az ügyfeleknél tett személyes látogatásaihoz, és komplett számítógép konfiguráció, a biztonsági mentéshez szükséges eszközzel kiegészítve. Ezek kellenek ahhoz, hogy a gyakornok ezeken – mások eszközeinek használata nélkül - gyakorolja be a munkáját. Ezeken ismeri meg a könyvelési adatok rögzítési, feldolgozási menetét, a különböző kimutatások, összesítések elkészítésének módját, lépésről lépésre. A projekt azzal, hogy biztosítja a gyakornok számára az anyagi és eszközhátteret, a mentori támogatást járul hozzá ahhoz, hogy szakmailag felkészült, kiváló ismeretekkel rendelkező munkatárssá váljon. With this application, we would also like to create a new office section and equip it for our trainee. We have a lot of employees who started working with us after leaving school. Older workers were happy to teach them, to pass on their knowledge. We continuously train our employees and provide them with various professional qualifications. Our employees currently have the following qualifications: certified accountant, certified tax expert, tax advisor, accountant, social security officer, salary accountant, TB administrator. Many of them graduated from universities, colleges, economists. Therefore, all the conditions for trainee training and transfer of knowledge are met, the establishment of the premises and the purchase of the necessary equipment, as well as the financing of the mentor’s educational time would greatly contribute to the further development of our Company. In the present application, we wish to recruit a male accountant. Our candidate has a financial accounting administrator qualification: OKJ 54 344 01. We want to separate part of the corridor of our office building to create the place of work.The separation would be done by installing plastic glass walls and a plastic door. We asked for quotations for the manufacture and installation of the structures. We wish to obtain the small-value tools and consumables needed for the work from a stationery center (document directors, pens, papers, etc.) and from a carpentry company (table, shelf, counter). We asked for quotations for the IT tools necessary to train and perform accounting tasks. We want to take a complete computer with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, Windows 10 operating system. The labour market is now looking for a skilled and well-trained workforce. Training a young entrant takes a lot of time and energy. It may take several years to gain the necessary work experience. The investments made with the application and the wage subsidies paid to the trainee and the mentor make this task easier for us. The trainee uses the tools necessary for his work exclusively, because in accounting it is essential that he/she has his own work tool. That’s why you get a state-of-the-art laptop, for your personal visits to your customers, and complete computer configuration, supplemented with a backup device. These are necessary for the trainee to exercise his/her work on them without using the tools of others. On these you learn the process of recording and processing the accounting data, how to prepare the various statements and summaries, step by step.
