A pályázat keretében 6 db TransTig 3000 típusú egyenáramú háromfázisú hegesztőgép beszerzését tervezzük. A súlya kb. 24kg, maximális teljesítménye 300A. Rendkívül könnyen kezelhető robosztus és erőteljes berendezés. Jellemzői: védőgázáramlás figyelése a pisztoly hűtése érdekében; túlmelegedés elleni védelem; folyamatos hegesztőáram állíthatóság a pisztolyról; anti-stick funkció; automatikus védőgáz előáramlás; 2-4 ütem; automatikus hűtőrendszer megszakítóval; digitális eljárásvezérlés; hőszabályozós ventilátor; mikroprocesszor vezérlés; aktuális védőgáz áramlási jel; generátor kompatibilis; energiatakarékos inverter technológia; testkábel érintkező figyelés; hegesztési paraméterek szabad választása; távvezérlő egység; védőgázteszt funkció. 4 db TransTig 2200 egyenáramú hegesztőgép szintén tervezünk vásárolni. A hegesztőív nagyon stabil és zajmentes. Könnyű egyfázisú berendezés így szinte bárhol használható. Teljesen digitalizált. A berendezés főbb jellemzői: magas vágási pontosság; fokozatmentes vágási tartomány 60°-ig; keret süllyesztése egy hengeren keresztül fokozatmentesen állítható; könnyű és gyors anyagszorítás a gyorsszorító berendezéssel; elektromos szalagfeszesség és egyben szalagszakadás ellenőrző; hűtőberendezés, kétoldali szalaghűtéssel a vezetőknél; keményfém szalagvezetők és fordító csapágyak; 500 mm-es hosszütköző. Szoftver beszerzés keretében Windows 10 magyar nyelvű operációs rendszert, illetve MS Office irodai szoftvercsomagot (Word, Excel, stb) vásárolunk. Hardver fejlesztés keretében egy asztali számítógép (Asus alaplap, Intel processzor, 8GB memória, kiegészítők), és egy HP toronyszerver (3.3 Ghz CPU, 8GB memória 2x1 TB HDD, stb.) kerül beszerzésre. Main characteristics of the equipment: high cutting accuracy; continuous cutting range up to 60°; frame sinking through a cylinder can be continuously adjusted; lightweight and rapid clamping with the fastening device; electric tape tightness and also tape tear control; refrigeration equipment with double-sided belt cooling for conductors; carbide strip guides and translating bearings; 500 mm long bump. As part of software procurement, we buy Windows 10 Hungarian operating system and MS Office software package (Word, Excel, etc.). Hardware development involves the acquisition of a desktop computer (Asus motherboard, Intel processor, 8 GB of memory, accessories) and an HP tower server (3.3 Ghz CPU, 8 GB memory 2x1 TB HDD, etc.). Un équipement robuste et puissant extrêmement facile à utiliser. Caractéristiques: surveillance du débit de gaz protecteur pour refroidir le pistolet; protection contre la surchauffe; réglage continu du courant de soudage à partir du pistolet; fonction anti-adhésif; pré-écoulement automatique des gaz de protection; 2-4 battements; système de refroidissement automatique avec disjoncteur; contrôle numérique des processus; ventilateur de contrôle thermique; contrôle du microprocesseur; le signal de protection du courant de flux de gaz; compatible avec le générateur; technologie d’onduleur économe en énergie; surveillance du contact du câble du corps; le libre choix des paramètres de soudage; unité de commande à distance; fonction d’essai de protection des gaz. Nous prévoyons également d’acheter 4 machines de soudage TransTig 2200 DC. L’arc de soudage est très stable et sans bruit. Les équipements monophasés légers peuvent être utilisés presque partout. Caractéristiques principales de l’équipement: précision de coupe élevée; plage de coupe continue jusqu’à 60°; le naufrage du cadre à travers un cylindre peut être réglé en continu; serrage léger et rapide avec le dispositif de fixation; étanchéité du ruban électrique et aussi contrôle de déchirure du ruban; équipements frigorifiques avec courroie double face pour conducteurs; guides de bandes de carbure et roulements de traduction; Une bosse de 500 mm de long. Dans le cadre de l’acquisition de logiciels, nous achetons le système d’exploitation hongrois Windows 10 et le progiciel MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
