A társaság a piaci igényeknek megfelelően egy magasabb hozzáadott értékű termék előállítását szeretné megvalósítani, hogy javítani tudja a versenyképességét. Ennek érdekében a fejlesztés keretén belül megvásárol egy korszerű élzáró berendezést. A társaságnak már van egy élzáró berendezéssel, amivel a jelenlegi termelését folytatja. Ez a berendezés azonban már nem a legkorszerűbb technológia. Ebből kifolyólag a társaság fejlesztési terve, egy Biesse Akron 1440-A típusú berendezés beszerzése, ami nem csak növelni tudja a társaság termelési mennyiségét azáltal, hogy a megmunkálási sebessége gyorsabb, mint a kevésbé korszerű élzáróké, hanem képes vízálló zárást is készíteni. A korszerű berendezés lehetővé teszi több típusú élzáró anyag alkalmazását, és az anyagok közti gyors átállást, ennek köszönhetően a gyors anyagfeldolgozást. A berendezés ezen felül lehetővé teszi, hogy javuljon a termékek minősége, a milliméterpontos megmunkálás következtében. A berendezésen elhelyezett előmaró berendezés tökéletes minőséget és méretpontosságot garantál. A berendezés a bútorlapok precíz élzárására alkalmas 04-3mm-es élanyag vastagság tartományban. Vastagabb akár 50mm-es lapot is képes leélzárni, amire a társaság jelenlegi élzárója nem alkalmas. A társaság a jövőbeni fejlesztési terveit szem előtt tartva olyan berendezés beszerzését tervezi, ami képes a későbbiekben megvalósuló automata anyagmozgató berendezés fogadására. (Hungarian)

To this end, he buys a modern edge-locking device within the framework of the development. The company already has an edge-locking device to continue its current production. However, this equipment is no longer the state of the art. As a result, the company’s development plan, the purchase of a BIESSE Akron type 1440-A equipment, which can not only increase the company’s production volume by making its machining speed faster than less modern edge barriers, but also produce waterproof sealing. The state-of-the-art equipment allows the application of several types of edge-locking materials and the quick transition between the materials, thanks to this rapid material processing. In addition, the equipment makes it possible to improve the quality of the products as a result of millimetre-point machining. The pre-milling equipment installed on the equipment guarantees perfect quality and dimensional accuracy. The equipment is suitable for precise edge closure of furniture in the range of 04-3 mm edge material thickness. It can close a thicker sheet of up to 50 mm, for which the company’s current edge closure is not suitable. Bearing in mind its future development plans, the company plans to purchase equipment that is capable of receiving the subsequent automatic handling equipment. (English)

L’entreprise veut produire un produit à plus forte valeur ajoutée en fonction des besoins du marché afin d’améliorer sa compétitivité. À cette fin, il achète un dispositif moderne de verrouillage des bords dans le cadre du développement. L’entreprise dispose déjà d’un dispositif de verrouillage des bords pour poursuivre sa production actuelle. Cependant, cet équipement n’est plus l’état de la technique. En conséquence, le plan de développement de l’entreprise, l’achat d’un équipement BIESSE Akron type 1440-A, qui peut non seulement augmenter le volume de production de l’entreprise en rendant sa vitesse d’usinage plus rapide que les barrières de bord moins modernes, mais aussi produire des joints étanches. L’équipement de pointe permet l’application de plusieurs types de matériaux de verrouillage des bords et la transition rapide entre les matériaux, grâce à ce traitement rapide des matériaux. En outre, l’équipement permet d’améliorer la qualité des produits grâce à l’usinage en millimètres. L’équipement de pré-fraisage installé sur l’équipement garantit une qualité parfaite et une précision dimensionnelle. L’équipement est adapté pour la fermeture précise des bords des meubles dans la gamme de 04-3 mm d’épaisseur de matériau de bord. Il peut fermer une feuille plus épaisse jusqu’à 50 mm, pour laquelle la fermeture de bord actuelle de l’entreprise ne convient pas.
