A KV Kft. a termeléshez és anyagmozgatáshoz szükséges eszközök beszerzésével és infrastruktúrafejlesztéssel bővíti az Építési betontermék gyártása tevékenység alá tartozó termékei gyártáskapacitását. A termékek gyártáskapacitásának bővítéséhez, valamint új jellemzőkkel bíró termék gyártásához kerül beszerzésre a 1125 literes betonkeverő berendezés száraz töltése 1125 liter, a keverőmű energiaigénye 30KW, keverő súlya 3470 kg. A HESS betonelemgyártóval gyártható termékek magassága 25-300 mm, gyártó felülete 1300x650 mm. A 375 literes betonkeverő berendezés száraz töltése 375 liter, a keverőmű energiaigénye 9 KW, a keverő súlya 1600kg. A KV 20, 30, 40 és 60 típusú mederelem, valamint fedlap sablonok fix kialakítású belső maggal rendelkeznek, 2 eltávolítható végelemet tartalmaznak, melyek a belső maggal együtt képezik ki az elemek csatlakozó felületeit. Az EG 1000 típusú betonozó konténer csonka gúla alakú, hegesztett tartószerkezeten elhelyezett, szektorzárral ellátott tartályok. A szektorzár zárt állásban kinyílás ellen biztosítható. A VMAX 50 Kézi vibrátor a vasbeton elemek gyártása során a beton tömörítéséhez használatos vibrátorok, melyek fejátmérője 50 mm, tömege 10 kg. P. 130 E típusú betonacél hajlító gép a kengyelek és formák hajlításához, mindkét irányban forgatható hajlítótárcsával betonacél szálak hajlításához szükséges. PRE 12 2 V betonacélháló hajlító berendezés elektronikusan vezérelt, félautomata hálóhajlító gép, maximálisan 40 db 12 mm-es átmérőjű, 650 N/mm2 szakítószilárdságú szálból készült betonacél háló hajlítására. A megnövekedő gyártási volumen és az új mérettel rendelkező termékek gyártása megköveteli az anyagmozgató kapacitás növelését is. Ennek érdekében kerül beszerzésre CXTS egyfőtartós 10 t híddaru és a 2 db TOYOTA dízel üzemű targonca. A projekt keretében kerül kivitelezésre a termelőgépekhez kapcsolódóan azok telepítéséhez és működtetéséhez a 1125 literes betonkeverő építészeti telepítési munkái 725 m2, 375 literes betonkeverő építészeti telepítési munkái 140 m2, az"E" jelű 680,95 m2 és az "F" jelű csarnok korszerűsítési munkái 1909 m2 területen. A 1125 literes betonkeverő építészeti telepítési munkáinak fajlagos költsége 31 763 Ft/m2. A 375 literes betonkeverő építészeti telepítési munkáinak fajlagos költsége 45 069 Ft/m2, az"E" jelű csarnok korszerűsítésének fajlagos költsége 61 811 Ft/m2. Az "F" jelű csarnok korszerűsítési munkáinak fajlagos költsége 50 596 Ft/m2 Továbbá szintén a termelő gépek működtetéséhez és a nagyfokú energiahatékonyság elérés érdekében kerül kivitelezésre egy 50Kwp komplett napelem rendszer a csarnok lapos tetőszerkezetén 380 m2 területen, melynek fajlagos költsége 51 385 Ft/m2. A projekt eredményként a kapacitásnövelés mellett új típusú és az eddiginél magasabb minőségi jellemzőkkel bíró termékek kerülnek előállításra, ami jelentősen hozzájárul azok hozzáadott értékének növeléséhez és ezzel együtt a termelési értékláncban való előrelépéshez. In order to expand the production capacity of the products and to produce a product with new characteristics, the 1125 litres of concrete mixing equipment is purchased with a dry filling of 1125 litres, the energy demand of the mixing plant is 30KW, and the mixer weighs 3 470 kg. The height of the products produced by the HESS concrete element manufacturer is 25-300 mm, with a manufacturing surface of 1300x650 mm. The dry filling of the 375 litre concrete mixer is 375 liters, the energy requirement of the mixing plant is 9 KW, the mixer weighs 1 600 kg. The KV 20, 30, 40 and 60 bed panel templates have a fixed inner core, 2 removable end elements, which together with the inner core form the connecting surfaces of the elements. The type EG 1000 concrete container is a truncated pyramid-shaped container with a sector-locked container on a welded support structure. The sector lock can be secured against opening in a closed position. The VMAX 50 Hand-held vibrator is used in the manufacture of reinforced concrete elements for compressing concrete, with a head diameter of 50 mm and a weight of 10 kg. P. 130 E type concrete steel bending machine for bending the stirrs and shapes, with a rotating bending disc in both directions, it is necessary to bending concrete steel threads. The specific cost of the construction works of the 1125 litre concrete mixer is HUF 31 763/m². The specific cost of the construction works of the 375 litre concrete mixer is HUF 45 069/m², and the specific cost of upgrading the hall “E” is HUF 61 811/m². The unit cost of the renovation works for hall “F” is 50 596 HUF/m² Furthermore, a 50Kwp complete solar panel system on the flat roof of the hall will be implemented on the flat roof of the hall in 380 m², with a specific cost of 51 385 HUF/m² in order to achieve a high level of energy efficiency. As a result of the project, in addition to increasing capacity, new types of products with higher quality characteristics will be produced, which will significantly contribute to their added value and thus to progress in the production value chain.
