A tervezett beszerzések és fejlesztések mindegyike a jelenlegi infrastruktúránk (eszköz, épület) bővítését, korszerűsítését szolgálja. A tervezett új eszközök, szoftverek és a korszerűsített csarnok épület a fő tevékenységünk a fémszerkezet gyártásához járul hozzá. A beszerzett eszközök mindegyike az 1. számú bővített és korszerűsített csarnokban kerül elhelyezésre. A targonca elengedhetetlenül szükséges a telephelyen belüli anyagmozgatásokhoz. A kapacitásunk növelésével indokolt a beszerzése. A Genie a megnövekedett kivitelezési munkálatainkhoz elengedhetetlen, mivel egy ilyen több funkciós gép segítségével, könnyen és gyorsan tudjuk elvégezni a kivitelezés helyszínén felmerülő esetlegesen bonyolult szerelési feladatokat is. Csökkenti az építkezésekhez szükséges gépköltség kiadásait, mivel így nem kell külsős cégtől bérelni gépeket. Valamint míg a külsős cégtől bérelnünk kellene darut és ollós emelőt, addig ezeket egyben megkapjuk ezzel a géppel. Kapacitásbővítés célját szolgálja. A beszerzendő szoftver csomag, mely VIR (Kontrolling és döntéstámogatás; Beszerzés és logisztika) és TIR (gyártási terület) modulokat egyaránt tartalmaz, szintén a hatékonyabb munkánkat segíti elő. A modulok egymás közötti kommunikációja is megoldott lesz, mely a vezetőink számára fog nagyobb segítséget nyújtani a készletgazdálkodás tervezése során. A modulok teljes mértékben megfelelnek a pályázati felhívás 10. számú mellékletében megfogalmazott követelményeknek. A tervezett csarnokkorszerűsítés engedélyköteles tevékenység. Az elkészült tervdokumentációt és a jogerős engedélyt a pályázathoz csatoljuk. Jelen fejlesztés egy nagyobb beruházás II. üteme. Első ütemben a 2. számú csarnokunk korszerűsítése és az 1. számú csarnok bővítése valósult meg. Tapasztalatunk tehát van az ilyen volumenű projektek lebonyolításában. A fejlesztések hatására a szükségesség válhat a jelenlegi humánerőforrás fejlesztése. A plazmavágó berendezés kezelése miatt 2 új munkavállaló felvételére kerülhet sor vagy a meglévő munkavállalóink továbbképzésére. (Hungarian)

All planned procurements and developments are intended to expand and modernise our current infrastructure (asset, building). The planned new tools, software and the upgraded hall building contribute to the production of metal structures. All the purchased equipment will be located in the enlarged and upgraded hall No 1. The forklift is essential for handling on-site material. By increasing our capacity, it is justified to purchase it. Genie is essential for our increased construction work, because with the help of such a multifunctional machine, we can easily and quickly perform the potentially complicated installation tasks at the site of construction. It reduces the cost of machinery for construction, as it does not have to rent machinery from an outside company. And while we're supposed to hire crane and scissor hoist from the outside company, we get these in one piece with this machine. It serves the purpose of capacity-building. The software package to be procured, consisting of CIS (Controlling and Decision Support; Procurement and logistics) as well as TIR (produced area) modules, also contributing to our more efficient work. The communication between the modules will also be solved, which will help our managers more in the planning of inventory management. The modules fully comply with the requirements set out in Annex 10 to the call for proposals. The planned modernisation of the hall is an activity subject to authorisation. The completed design documentation and the final permit are attached to the application. Present development is the second phase of a major investment. The first step was the modernisation of Hall 2 and the expansion of Hall 1. Therefore, we have experience in carrying out projects of this scale. These improvements may lead to a need for the development of current human resources. Due to the management of plasma cutting equipment, 2 new employees may be recruited or further training our existing employees. (English)

Tous les achats et aménagements prévus visent à agrandir et à moderniser notre infrastructure actuelle (actif, bâtiment). Les nouveaux outils prévus, les logiciels et le bâtiment de hall modernisé contribuent à la production de structures métalliques. Tous les équipements achetés seront situés dans le hall n°1 agrandi et modernisé. Le chariot élévateur à fourche est essentiel pour la manutention du matériel sur place. En augmentant notre capacité, il est justifié de l’acheter. GENIE est indispensable à l’augmentation de nos travaux de construction, car avec l’aide d’une telle machine multifonctionnelle, nous pouvons effectuer facilement et rapidement les tâches d’installation potentiellement compliquées sur le chantier de construction. Elle réduit le coût des machines pour la construction, car elle n’a pas à louer des machines d’une entreprise extérieure. Et alors qu’on est censés embaucher des grues et des ciseaux de l’entreprise extérieure, on les trouve en un seul morceau avec cette machine. Il sert à renforcer les capacités. Le progiciel à acquérir, composé de SIC (contrôle et soutien à la décision; Achats et logistique) ainsi que des modules TIR (zones produites), contribuant également à notre travail plus efficace. La communication entre les modules sera également résolue, ce qui aidera davantage nos gestionnaires dans la planification de la gestion des stocks. Les modules sont pleinement conformes aux exigences énoncées à l’annexe 10 de l’appel à propositions. La modernisation prévue de la salle est une activité soumise à autorisation. Les documents de conception complétés et le permis final sont joints à la demande. Le développement actuel est la deuxième phase d’un investissement majeur. La première étape a été la modernisation de la salle 2 et l’agrandissement de la salle 1. Par conséquent, nous avons de l’expérience dans la réalisation de projets de cette envergure. Ces améliorations peuvent conduire à la nécessité de développer les ressources humaines actuelles. En raison de la gestion de l’équipement de découpe plasma, 2 nouveaux employés peuvent être recrutés ou de la formation continue de nos employés existants. (French)
