A projekt keretén belül az alábbi gépek beszerzése valósul meg: Speedmaster SX 74-5 íves ofszet-nyomógép: min. 210 * 280 mm, max. 530 * 740 mm nagyságú ívformátuk feldolgozására képes. Öt nyomóművel rendelkezik. Nyomtatási sebessége: max. 15.000 ív/óra. A gép automata lemezbehúzással és automata gépmosással rendelkezik ezáltal is lerövidítve az egyes munkák közötti átállási időt. Screen PTR 4300 S CTP berendezés: min. 324*370 mm, max. 830*660 mm nagyságú lemezek kezelésére alkalmas. Max. levilágító kép: 830 * 633 mm. Kétkazettás automata lemezadagolóval rendelkezik. Rosszabb minőségű lemez esetén is kiváló nyomólemezt és nyomatot készít. HP Latex 360 nyomtató: a termelési folyamatban használjuk. 6 nyomófejes, max. 1200 * 1200 dpi felbontású. Max. alapanyag méret: 1625 mm. VEGA 530 A fóliázó-kasírozó gép: tartozéka egy JG-530 típusú rázóasztal. Berakóval, levágóval és ragasztó egységgel rendelkezik. Min. 150 * 150 mm, max. 530 * 750 mm nagyságú ívek kezelésére alkalmas. A gépek beszerzésével egy olyan gyártási folyamatot tudunk kialakítani, amelyben magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékeket tudunk gyártani. Korábban a fóliázási munkákat alvállalkozóval végeztettük el. A beruházással azonban lehetővé válik, hogy 100%-ban cégünk készítse el a termékeket (kiadványok, könyvek, füzetek). A nyomógép segítségével 80g súly alatti papírokat is tudunk kezelni magas minőségben. A termékek lakkozása is könnyebbé, gyorsabbá és minőségivé válik. Molinók, plakátok esetén csak az előkészítést tudtuk biztosítani, a nyomtatást alvállalkozónak kellett kiadnunk. A Latex nyomtatóval azonban a teljes gyártási munkát elvégezhetjük. Tevékenységünk révén több céggel beszállítói szerződés kötöttünk címkék, dobozok, csomagolások gyártására. Az Elektrolux Lehel Kft. elégedettségét bizonyítja, hogy több mint 9 éve aláírt szerződünk folyamatos, azóta kapunk tőlük megrendeléseket. (Hungarian)

Varnishing of products also becomes easier, quicker and quality. In the case of molinoes and posters, we could only ensure the preparation, we had to issue the printing to a subcontractor. However, with the Latex printer, we can do the entire production work. Through our activity, we have concluded a supply contract with several companies for the manufacture of labels, boxes, packaging. The satisfaction of Elektrolux Lehel Ltd. is demonstrated by the fact that we have been signing a contract for more than 9 years, and since then we have received orders from them. (English)

Vitesse d’impression: Jusqu’à 15 000 feuilles par heure. La machine a l’indentation automatique du disque et le lavage automatique de la machine, ce qui raccourcit le temps de commutation entre les travaux individuels. Écran PTR 4300 S CTP équipement: min. 324 * 370 mm, max. 830 * 660 mm. Éclairage max.: 830 * 633 mm. Il dispose d’une double cassette d’alimentation automatique de plaque. Il produit également une excellente plaque d’impression et d’impression pour des plaques de qualité inférieure. Dans le cas des molinoes et des affiches, nous ne pouvions assurer que la préparation, nous avons dû délivrer l’impression à un sous-traitant. Cependant, avec l’imprimante Latex, nous pouvons faire l’ensemble du travail de production. Grâce à notre activité, nous avons conclu un contrat de fourniture avec plusieurs entreprises pour la fabrication d’étiquettes, de boîtes, d’emballages. La satisfaction d’Elektrolux Lehel Ltd. est démontrée par le fait que nous avons signé un contrat depuis plus de 9 ans, et depuis lors nous avons reçu des commandes de leur part. (French)
