Cégünknél jelenleg fémipari nyersanyagból lakatos, hegesztő munkákkal, plazmavágással, lemezél megmunkálással általunk készített fémipari termékekből mérnökünk műszaki rajzai, adatai szerint élelmiszer ipari gépek (pl.: cukoripari prés, répa szárító berendezés, gyűjtőtartályok, keverőedények, egyéb élelmiszer ipari eszközök) és ezekbe beépíthető alkatrészek készülnek. Ezt a gyártási folyamatot kívánjuk saját munkánkkal előállított magasabb hozzáadott értékkel, szélesebb körű igényeket kielégítő, több funkciójú, pl komplett címkéző, csomagoló gépek készítésével tökéletesíteni, a pályázatban szereplő eszközök segítségével. A DOOSAN LyNX Eszterga a sorozatgyártás alapvető kelléke, a mindennapi munka folyamatokban az egyik legtöbbet használt eszköz lesz. Gyors, könnyen kezelhető, sokféle fémipari termék megmunkálásához hasznosítható. A Doosan Puma eszterga a különleges, egyedi, extrém igények kielégítéséhez szükséges. Ezzel a nagy precizitású, magas termelékenységű eszközzel a megrendelők széles körű elvárásainak fogunk eleget tenni, a több funkciós, korszerű gépsorok előállítása terén. Az Akyapak lemezhengerítő gép az általunk készített lemezek megmunkálását fogja végezni. A két eszterga gép, és a hengerítőgép a jelenlegi gyártási technológia tökéletes kiegészítője, a magasabb hozzáadott értékű gépek előállításához nélkülözhetelen. Ezeknek az eszközöknek a segítségével több iparágban működő üzemek (pl. az építőanyag iparban a cementgyárak) részére is készíthetők gépek (pl.keverőgépek), egyedi megrendelésre. A forgódaru, a KITO láncos emelő és az AERO-LIFT típusú vákummegfogó is nélkülözhetetlen, a kapacitásnövelés által megnövekvő mennyiségű fémipari alapanyag, félkész és késztermék emelését, mozgatását fogja biztosítani. A gyártás során a termékek tisztítását a BM-EXC: BlastMate Excellent 60 L típusú szemcseszóró berendezéssel fogjuk biztosítani, ez az igényes, korszerű gyártási folyamat fontos kelléke. (Hungarian)

At our company, our engineer’s technical drawings and data show the technical drawings and data of our engineers of metal products made by us using locksmiths, welding works, plasma cutting, sheet edge machining (e.g.: sugar presses, beet drying equipment, collection tanks, mixing containers, other food industry tools) and components that can be incorporated into them. We intend to improve this production process with higher added value produced by our own work, meeting wider demands, with multiple functions, e.g. complete labeling and packaging machines, using the tools included in the tender. Doosan Lynx Lathe will be one of the most used tools for mass production and will be one of the most used tools in everyday work processes. Fast, easy to use, can be used for the machining of a wide variety of metal products. The Doosan Puma lathe is necessary to meet the special, unique and extreme needs. With this high precision, high productivity tool, we will meet the wide-ranging expectations of our customers in the production of multifunctional, modern production lines. The Akyapak sheet rolling machine will work on the plates we produce. The two lathes and the rolling machine are the perfect complement to the current production technology, without needing to produce higher value-added machines. With the help of these tools, machines (e.g. mixing machines) can be produced for plants operating in several industries (e.g. cement factories in the building materials industry) on individual orders. The rotary crane, the Kito chain hoist and the AERO-LIFT type vacuum clamp will also ensure the lifting and movement of an increased amount of metallurgical materials, semi-finished and finished products. During the manufacture of products cleaning the BM-EXC: BlastMate Excellent will be provided with 60 L type blasting equipment, an important part of this demanding, advanced production process. Dans notre société, les dessins techniques et les données de notre ingénieur montrent les dessins techniques et les données de nos ingénieurs de produits métalliques fabriqués par nous à l’aide de serruriers, de travaux de soudage, de découpe plasma, d’usinage des bords de tôles (par exemple: presses à sucre, matériel de séchage des betteraves, réservoirs de collecte, récipients de mélange, autres outils de l’industrie alimentaire) et composants qui peuvent y être incorporés. Nous avons l’intention d’améliorer ce processus de production avec une plus grande valeur ajoutée produite par nos propres travaux, répondant à des exigences plus larges, avec de multiples fonctions, par exemple des machines d’étiquetage et d’emballage complètes, en utilisant les outils inclus dans l’appel d’offres. Doosan Lynx Lathe sera l’un des outils les plus utilisés pour la production en série et sera l’un des outils les plus utilisés dans les processus de travail quotidiens. Rapide, facile à utiliser, peut être utilisé pour l’usinage d’une grande variété de produits métalliques. Le tour Doosan Puma est nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins spéciaux, uniques et extrêmes. Avec cet outil de haute précision et haute productivité, nous répondrons aux attentes de nos clients dans la production de lignes de production multifonctionnelles et modernes. La machine à rouler Akyapak travaillera sur les plaques que nous produisons. Les deux tours et la machine à rouler sont le complément parfait à la technologie de production actuelle, sans avoir besoin de produire des machines à plus forte valeur ajoutée. Avec l’aide de ces outils, des machines (par exemple, des machines de mélange) peuvent être produites pour des usines opérant dans plusieurs industries (par exemple, les cimenteries de l’industrie des matériaux de construction) sur commande individuelle. La grue rotative, le palan à chaîne Kito et la pince à vide de type AERO-LIFT assureront également le levage et le mouvement d’une quantité accrue de matériaux métallurgiques, de produits semi-finis et finis. Lors de la fabrication des produits nettoyant le BM-EXC: BlastMate Excellent sera fourni avec un équipement de dynamitage de type 60 L, une partie importante de ce processus de production exigeant et avancé.
