A projekt megvalósítója a Mezőkövesdi Tankerületi Központ. A szervezet szakmai irányítása alá 24 köznevelési intézmény tartozik. Tanulói létszám 2016.október 1-i állapot: 7502 fő. A fejlesztéssel érintett szervezet a Hejőpapi Általános Iskola (3594 Hejőpapi, Templom utca 2. Hrsz 563). A fejlesztéssel érintett intézmény Mezőcsáti járásban található, mely komplex programmal segítendő járásnak minősül a 290/240. (XI.26) Korm. rendelet alapján. Az intézmény elmaradott infrastrukturális állapotú, a beruházással cél, hogy a helyi szükségleteket figyelembe véve az iskolai nevelés-oktatás alapfeladatainak ellátását támogató környezetet biztosítsunk, a mindennapost testneveléshez kapcsolódó helyiségek felújításával, az oktatási helyiségek felújításával, bútorzat cseréjével. A megfelelő infrastrukturális háttér kialakításával megelőzzük és csökkentsük az intézmény tanulói lemorzsolódását, a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyók számát, hozzájárulunk ahhoz, hogy a diákok eredményesen befejezzék tanulmányaikat. A hátrányos helyzetű tanulók körében fokozottan jellemző, hogy a tankötelezettségi kor vége előtt kimarad az általános iskolából. Ennek az egyik súlyos következménye az lesz, hogy szakképzettség nélkül a munkaerő-piaci beilleszkedésük, foglalkoztatásuk gyakorlatilag lehetetlenné válik. A fiatalok iskolából történő kimaradása elsősorban hátrányos szociális körülményeikből adódik, ezen diákok tehát fokozott figyelmet érdemelnek az oktatási intézmény részéről. A projekt közvetlen célcsoportja a fejlesztéssel érintett intézményi kör tanulói, pedagógusai, technikai dolgozói. Az intézmény tanulói létszáma 2016/2017 okt. 1-i statisztikai adatok alapján 83 fő, ebből SNI 0 fő (0%), beilleszkedési, tanulási, magatartási nehézséggel küzdő 27 fő (32,5%), hátrányos helyzetű tanuló 7 fő (8,4%), halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű 68 fő (81,9%), rendszeres gyermekvédelmi kedvezményben részesülő 76 fő (91,5%). Évfolyamismétlők száma: 2 fő (2,4%). Pedagógusok száma 13 fő. 2015 és 2016. évi kompetencia méréseken az intézmény 6 és 8. osztályos diákjai az országos, általános iskolákhoz viszonyítva szövegértésből jelentősen alulteljesítettek, matematikából nincs szignifikáns eltérés. Elemzések bizonyítják, hogy a családi háttér és a teljesítmény hatása nagyon erősen összefügg, azaz minél előnyösebb vagyoni helyzetű családból származik egy gyermek, annál valószínűbb, hogy iskolai teljesítménye magasabb lesz. A hátrányos helyzetű tanulók veszélyeztetett csoportba tartoznak. A lemorzsolódás csökkentésére és a tanulói teljesítmény növelésére az infrastrukturális fejlesztés pozitívan hat, fokozza az oktatás eredményességét, az inkluzív oktatást (nyitottságra ösztönző nevelést) és emeli az általa nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségének színvonalát, ezzel biztosítva a minőségi oktatáshoz, neveléshez való hozzáférést. A fejlesztés során az alábbiak valósulnak meg: • A mindennapos testneveléshez szükséges fejlesztések: Összenyitott tornaszoba kettéválasztása, burkolás, festés, mázolás. • Természettudományos terembe bútorzat, • Nevelői, igazgatói szoba bútorcsere, • Alsós bútorok beszerzése, • tetőszellőzők kijavítása, beázás utáni belső festés az érintett helyeken, esővíz csatornák bekötése a hálózatba, • udvar kijárat felfagyott hidegburkolat cseréje, lábazat + MOKO rámpa burkolása, vakolat javítás. • Ebédlő nyaktag csatorna javítás, visszajavítás, falazás, színezés. The project is implemented by the Mezőkövesd School District Centre. The organisation has 24 public education institutions under the professional direction of the organisation. Underprivileged pupils are more likely to drop out of primary school before the end of compulsory education. One of the serious consequences of this will be that their integration into the labour market and their employment without skills will be practically impossible. Young people’s early school leaving is mainly due to their disadvantaged social conditions, and therefore these students deserve greater attention from the educational institution. The direct target group of the project is the students, teachers and technical staff of the institutional circle involved in the development. The number of pupils in the institution is 83, based on the statistics as of 1 October 2016/2017, of which SNI 0 (0 %), 27 people with integration, learning and behavioural difficulties (32.5 %), disadvantaged pupils 7 (8.4 %), 68 cumulatively disadvantaged (81.9 %), 76 people benefiting from regular child protection (91.5 %). Number of repeaters: 2 (2.4 %). There are 13 teachers. In the 2015 and 2016 competency measurements, the 6 and 8th grade students of the institution were significantly underachieved in reading compared to the national primary schools, and there is no significant difference in mathematics. Analyses show that the impact of family background and performance is very strongly linked, i.e. the more advantageous a child comes from a family with a wealth, the more likely his or her school performance will be. Disadvantaged pupils belong to a vulnerable group. To reduce early school leaving and increase pupil performance, infrastructure development has a positive impact, enhances the effectiveness of education, inclusive education (education to encourage openness) and the quality of the services it provides, thereby ensuring access to quality education and education. Das Projekt wird vom Schulbezirkszentrum Mezőkövesd durchgeführt. Die Organisation verfügt über 24 öffentliche Bildungseinrichtungen unter der fachlichen Leitung der Organisation. Anzahl der Studierenden zum 1. Oktober 2016: 7502 Personen. Die an der Entwicklung beteiligte Organisation ist die Grundschule Hejőpapi (3594 Hejőpapi, Kirche utca 2. Nr. 563). Die von der Entwicklung betroffene Institution befindet sich im Bezirk Mezőcsáti, der als Bezirk von 290/240 gilt, um bei einem komplexen Programm zu helfen. Nach Regierungsdekret (XI.26) (XI.26). Die Einrichtung befindet sich in einem unterentwickelten Infrastrukturstaat. Ziel der Investition ist es, ein günstiges Umfeld für die grundlegenden Aufgaben der Schulbildung zu schaffen, wobei den lokalen Bedürfnissen Rechnung getragen wird, indem die Räumlichkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der täglichen körperlichen Bildung renoviert, die Bildungsräume saniert und Möbel ersetzt werden. Unterprivilegierte Schüler werden vor dem Ende der Pflichtschulpflicht eher aus der Grundschule abbrechen. Eine der schwerwiegenden Folgen davon wird sein, dass ihre Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt und ihre Beschäftigung ohne Qualifikationen praktisch unmöglich sein werden. Der Schulabbruch junger Menschen ist vor allem auf ihre benachteiligten sozialen Bedingungen zurückzuführen, weshalb diese Schüler von der Bildungseinrichtung mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdienen. Die direkte Zielgruppe des Projekts sind die Studierenden, Lehrer und technische Mitarbeiter des institutionellen Kreises, der an der Entwicklung beteiligt ist. Die Zahl der Schüler in der Einrichtung beträgt 83, basierend auf den Statistiken zum 1. Oktober 2016/2017, wovon SNI 0 (0 %), 27 Menschen mit Integrations-, Lern- und Verhaltensschwierigkeiten (32,5 %), benachteiligte Schüler 7 (8,4 %), 68 kumulativ benachteiligt (81,9 %), 76 Personen, die einen regelmäßigen Kinderschutz genießen (91,5 %). Anzahl der Repeater: 2 (2,4 %). Es gibt 13 Lehrer. Bei den Kompetenzmessungen 2015 und 2016 waren die Schülerinnen und Schüler der 6. und 8. Klasse im Vergleich zu den nationalen Grundschulen deutlich untererreicht und es gibt keinen signifikanten Unterschied in der Mathematik. Analysen zeigen, dass die Auswirkungen von Familienhintergrund und Leistung sehr eng miteinander verbunden sind, d. h. je vorteilhafter ein Kind aus einer Familie mit Reichtum kommt, desto wahrscheinlicher wird seine Schulleistung sein. Benachteiligte Schüler gehören zu einer schutzbedürftigen Gruppe. Um die Schulabbrecherquote zu verringern und die Leistungsfähigkeit der Schüler zu steigern, wirkt sich die Infrastrukturentwicklung positiv aus, verbessert die Wirksamkeit der Bildung, inklusive Bildung (Bildung zur Förderung der Offenheit) und die Qualität der angebotenen Dienstleistungen, wodurch der Zugang zu hochwertiger Bildung und Bildung gewährleistet wird.
