A Felhívás 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek pontja alapján az 1. tevékenységtípus: Tanulási, képzési, továbbá szakköri-, csoport- és klubhelyiség kialakítására kívánunk pályázni. A fejlesztéssel érintett épület Bakonycsernyén a Béketelep 45. 1063 hrsz. alatt található. A település központjában helyezkedik el a Művelődési Ház, melynek épülete szűkösnek és kevésnek bizonyult a számos program megvalósításához. A Művelődési Ház kapacitása jelenleg nem elegendő a szakkörök lebonyolítására, mivel egy nagy és egy kisebb terem áll csak rendelkezésre. A településen igény mutatkozik asztalitenisz klubfoglalkozás indítására, melyhez asztallal rendelkezik a Művelődési ház, de helyet már nem tud biztosítani. Az újonnan elindításra kerülő kertbarát klub, állatbarát klub és receptklub szintén a Kultúrházban tudna működni, valamint a gyerek jóga oktatás is. A Művelődési Ház telítettsége okán nincs elegendő helyünk a bányász múzeum állandó kiállításának elhelyezésére. Ehhez kapcsolódóan nincs helye a Helytörténeti és Bányász Hagyományőrző szakkörnek sem. Amennyiben felújításra kerülne a béketelepi kultúrház, úgy a jelenleg is működő Bányász Asszonykórus, a II. számú Nyugdíjas Klub, a fent említett Helytörténeti és Bányász Hagyományőrző szakkör, a Nyári Játszóház és az „ügyes kezek” foglalkozások helyszíneként is funkcionálna a béketelepi Kultúrház. A Kultúrház a település központjától keletre a Béketelep 45. szám alatt található. Az 1967 – ben átadott épületet azon okból építették, hogy a lakosság részére megfelelő kulturális lehetőséget biztosítson, mivel a település adottsága miatt - 5 km hosszan nyúlik el – 3-4 km-es gyaloglás után érhető csak el mindenki számára a Művelődési Ház, ami sok ember számára nagy távolságot jelent és akadályozó tényezőként hat a programokon való részvétel esetében. A Kultúrház közművelődési funkcióval történő megtöltésével ez a probléma megoldódna. A fejlesztés tárgyát képező Kultúrház Bakonycsernye Község Önkormányzata tulajdonában és üzemeltetésében működik. A Kultúrház belső felújítása során a padlóburkolat bontásra kerül és új padozat kerül kialakításra, a nagyteremben sportpadló készül a különféle táncórákhoz, a belső nyílászárók cserére kerülnek, a vizesblokk felújításra kerül és akadálymentes vizesblokk kerül kialakításra. A falak kijavítása és festése is megvalósul, továbbá a projektarányos akadálymentesítés is megtörténik az előírásoknak megfelelően. Az épület felújítása nem engedélyköteles, az erről szóló hatósági bizonyítványt csatoljuk a pályázati dokumentációhoz. A jelenlegi alaprajz minimálisan fog változni. A jelenlegi tároló és raktár helyén öltözök kerülnek kialakításra a táncórákhoz, a kazánháznak elegendő egy kisebb alapterületű helyiség, így kialakításra fog kerülni a kazánház területén egy raktár. A felújított épületben kialakításra kerülne 1 db kisebb terem és 2 nagyobb terem. A 34 m2 alapterületű kisebb terembe kerülne kialakításra a Bányász kiállítás és más időszakos kiállításokat is tudnánk tartani pl. a gyerekek által készített alkotásokból, illetve a környék népművészeti alkotásaiból, valamint a Bányász Asszonykórus itt tudná tartani a próbáikat. Tervezzük beindítani az ünnepkörök köré szerveződő „ügyes kezek” foglalkozásokat, melyeken a gyerekek, fiatalok mellett az idősebb korosztály részvételére is számítunk előmozdítva a korosztályok közötti kommunikációt és tudás megosztást. Az II. sz. nyugdíjas klub, a Helytörténeti és Bányász Hagyományőrző szakkör, valamint az új igényként felmerült kertbarát klub, állatbarát klub és recept klub számára az 55 m2 alapterületű teremben tudnánk helyet biztosítani. A 90 m2 alapterületű nagyterem adna helyet a néptánc és modern táncoktatásnak, valamint az asztalitenisz klub foglalkozásainak. A településen nagy sikerrel működik a jóga oktatás, mely foglalkozásokat kifejezetten az ovis, kisiskolás korosztály számára is szeretnénk elérhetővé tenni, fejlesztve ezáltal a gyerekek egyensúlyérzékét, koncentrációs és koordinációs készségüket, tartásukat. A rendszeresen megrendezésre kerülő Nyári Játszóház rendezvénysorozatunk is itt kerülne megtartásra. (Hungarian)

The House of Culture is situated in the centre of the village, the building of which proved to be scarce and small to implement the numerous programs. The capacity of the House of Culture is currently not sufficient for the organisation of the specialised circles, as there is only one large and a small room available. There is a need to start a table tennis club in the settlement, for which the Cultural House has a table, but it can no longer provide space. The newly launched garden-friendly club, animal-friendly club and recipe club could also operate in the House of Culture, as well as children’s yoga education. Due to the saturation of the Cultural House, we do not have enough space to accommodate the permanent exhibition of the Mineral Museum. In connection with this, there is no place for the Local History and Mining Traditional Circuit. If the Peace Facility Culture House were to be renovated, the Peace Facility Culture House would also function as a venue for the currently operating Women’s Choir of Bányász, the Pensioner Club No. II, the above-mentioned Local History and Mining Traditional Group, the Summer Playhouse and the “critical hands” activities. The House of Culture is located east of the town centre at the No. 45 of the Peace Facility. The building, which was handed over in 1967, was built to provide adequate cultural opportunities for the population, as the town’s capacity — 5 km long — makes it possible to reach the House of Culture only after a 3-4 km walk, which is a long distance for many people and an obstacle to participation in the programmes. By filling the Culture House with a public education function, this problem would be solved. The Kultúrház, which is the subject of the development, is owned and operated by the Municipality of Bakonycsernye. During the interior renovation of the Kultúrház the floor covering will be demolished and a new floor will be constructed, a sports floor will be prepared for various dance classes in the large room, the interior doors and windows will be replaced, the sanitary block will be renovated and a barrier-free sanitary block will be built. The walls are also repaired and painted, and the project-proportional accessibility is carried out in accordance with the regulations. The renovation of the building is not subject to authorisation, and the official certificate is attached to the tender documentation. The current floor plan will change minimally. Clothes will be created for dance classes in the current storage and storage place, a smaller room is enough for the boiler room, so there will be a warehouse in the boiler room. 1 smaller room and 2 larger rooms would be built in the renovated building. The Mining Exhibition and other temporary exhibitions could be organised in a smaller room with a surface area of 34 m², e.g. from works made by children and folk art works in the area, and the Mining Lady Choir could hold their rehearsals here. We plan to launch the “cautious hands” sessions organised around festive circles, in which we expect the participation of children and young people as well as the participation of older age groups, promoting communication and knowledge sharing between the ages. The second pensioner club, the Local History and Mining Traditional Group, as well as the garden-friendly club, animal-friendly club and recipe club that emerged as a new demand, we could provide space in the 55 m² room. The 90 m² large hall would accommodate folk dance and modern dance education, as well as the activities of the table tennis club. The yoga education works with great success in the village, which we would like to make available specifically to the children’s children’s children’s sense of balance, concentration and coordination and support. Aufforderung 3.1.1. Auf der Grundlage des Punktes der einzeln förderfähigen Tätigkeiten ist die Tätigkeitsart 1: Wir möchten uns für einen Lern-, Schulungs-, Fach-, Gruppen- und Clubraum bewerben. Das von der Entwicklung in Bakonycserny betroffene Gebäude ist die 45. Friedensfazilität. Es befindet sich unter 1063 Stunden. Das Haus der Kultur befindet sich im Zentrum des Dorfes, dessen Gebäude sich als knapp und klein erwiesen, um die zahlreichen Programme umzusetzen. Die Kapazität des Kulturhauses reicht derzeit für die Organisation der Fachkreise nicht aus, da es nur einen großen und einen kleinen Raum gibt. Es besteht die Notwendigkeit, einen Tischtennisclub in der Siedlung zu gründen, für den das Kulturhaus einen Tisch hat, aber es kann keinen Platz mehr bieten. Der neu ins Leben gerufene gartenfreundliche Club, tierfreundliche Club und Rezeptclub könnte auch im Haus der Kultur tätig sein, sowie die Yoga-Bildung für Kinder. Aufgrund der Sättigung des Kulturhauses haben wir nicht genügend Platz, um die Dauerausstellung des Mineralmuseums zu beherbergen. In diesem Zusammenhang gibt es keinen Platz für den Traditional Circuit Local History and Mining. Wenn das Kulturhaus der Friedensfazilität saniert werden sollte, würde das Kulturhaus der Friedensfazilität auch als Veranstaltungsort für den derzeit operierenden Frauenchor von Bányász, den Pensioner Club Nr. II, die oben genannte lokale Geschichte und Bergbau Traditionelle Gruppe, das Sommerspielhaus und die „kritischen Hände“ fungieren. Das Haus der Kultur befindet sich östlich des Stadtzentrums an der Nr. 45 der Friedensfazilität. Das 1967 übergebene Gebäude wurde gebaut, um der Bevölkerung angemessene kulturelle Möglichkeiten zu bieten, denn die Kapazität der Stadt – 5 km lang – ermöglicht es, das Haus der Kultur erst nach einem 3-4 km langen Spaziergang zu erreichen, was für viele Menschen eine weite Entfernung und ein Hindernis für die Teilnahme an den Programmen darstellt. Durch die Besetzung des Kulturhauses mit einer öffentlichen Bildungsfunktion würde dieses Problem gelöst. Die Kultúrház, die Gegenstand der Entwicklung ist, gehört und wird von der Gemeinde Bakonycsernye betrieben. Während der Innenrenovierung des Kultúrház wird der Bodenbelag abgerissen und ein neuer Boden gebaut, ein Sportboden wird für verschiedene Tanzklassen im großen Raum vorbereitet, die Innentüren und Fenster werden ersetzt, der Sanitärblock wird renoviert und ein barrierefreier Sanitärblock gebaut. Die Wände werden auch repariert und lackiert, und die projektproportionale Zugänglichkeit erfolgt gemäß den Vorschriften. Die Renovierung des Gebäudes ist nicht genehmigungspflichtig, und die offizielle Bescheinigung ist den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beigefügt. Der aktuelle Grundriss wird sich minimal ändern. Kleidung wird für Tanzkurse im aktuellen Lager- und Lagerplatz geschaffen, ein kleinerer Raum ist genug für den Kesselraum, so dass es ein Lagerhaus im Kesselraum gibt. In dem renovierten Gebäude würden 1 kleinere Zimmer und 2 größere Zimmer gebaut. Die Bergbauausstellung und andere Wechselausstellungen konnten in einem kleineren Raum mit einer Fläche von 34 m² organisiert werden, z. B. aus Werken von Kindern und Volkskunstwerken in der Umgebung, und der Mining Lady Choir konnte hier ihre Proben abhalten. Wir planen, die „vorsichtigen Hände“ rund um festliche Kreise zu starten, in denen wir die Teilnahme von Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie die Teilnahme älterer Altersgruppen erwarten, um die Kommunikation und den Wissensaustausch zwischen den Altersstufen zu fördern. Der zweite Rentnerclub, die Traditionsgruppe Local History and Mining, sowie der gartenfreundliche Club, tierfreundliche Club und Rezeptclub, die als neue Nachfrage entstanden sind, könnten wir im 55 m² großen Raum Platz bieten. Der 90 m² große Saal beherbergt Volkstanz und moderne Tanzausbildung sowie die Aktivitäten des Tischtennisclubs. Die Yoga-Bildung arbeitet mit großem Erfolg in dem Dorf, das wir speziell für Kinder Kindersinn für Balance, Konzentration und Koordination und Unterstützung zur Verfügung stellen möchten. Unser reguläres Sommerspielhaus würde auch hier stattfinden. (German)
