A gyermekvédelmi szakellátás missziója a gyermekek jogainak érvényesülése érdekében a védelem biztosítása a gyermekek számára a fejlődésüket akadályozó vagy hátráltató veszélyek ellen, családot helyettesítő ellátás biztosítása számukra továbbá a családi kapcsolatok támogatása és megerősítése, amelyek gyermekek mielőbbi hazakerülését szolgálják. A projekt célja, hogy a komplex programok hatására a gyermekvédelmi szakellátásban részesülők önfenntartó képessége fejlődjön, a sikeres családi életre felkészültebbé váljanak, szociális kompetencia szintjük emelkedjen, családi kapcsolataik erősödjenek, kialakuljon a szabadidő kulturált eltöltésének és az ismeretszerzésnek az igénye, vér szerinti családjai bekapcsolódjanak a fenti célokat szolgáló tevékenységekbe, valamint a velük foglalkozó szakemberek aktívan részt vegyenek a fenti célokat szolgáló tevékenységekben, ismereteket szerezzenek és képességeik fejlődjenek az önálló életre való felkészítés területén. A projekt átfogó célja, hogy az otthonban élő, speciális ellátást igénylő fiatalok szociális kompetenciái fejlődjenek, a beilleszkedési zavaraik enyhítése, és pszichés állapotuk rendezése. A projekt átfogó célja továbbá az iskolázottság arányának javítása, ezzel a társadalmi reintegráció megkönnyítése, az alapvető erkölcsi normák elfogadtatása. Mindezek közvetetten szolgálják szakmai képzettségük fejlődését is. Projektünk célcsoportja a Fejér Megyei Gyermekvédelmi Központ ellátotti köre, az ideiglenes hatállyal elhelyezett és nevelésbe vett gyermekek és utógondozói ellátottak. 802 fő. Közvetlen célcsoport ezen belül az intézmény szakmai egységeiben és nevelőszülői hálózatában nevelkedő kis- és nagykorú ellátottak köréből kialakított csoportokba tartozó személyek, melyeket az alábbiakban részletezek. Közvetett célcsoportként tekintünk az intézményben ellátottak hozzátartozóira, szüleikre, nevelőszüleikre és testvéreikre, továbbá az intézménybe dolgozó, gyermekekkel foglalkozó szakemberek. A lakásotthonokban többségében 12 év feletti, ideiglenes hatállyal elhelyezett, nevelésbe vett kiskorúak nevelése és gondozása folyik, legfeljebb 12 férőhelyen. A 3 gyermekotthoni egység közül a Székesfehérvár, Tüzér u. 6. szám alatti 48 férőhelyes gyermekotthon 1. számú különleges gyermekotthoni csoportjában a 0-3 év közötti gyermekekről gondoskodnak, itt kizárólag súlyos fogyatékkal élő, halmozottan sérült gyermekek nevelése, gondozása, rehabilitációja történik. A 2. számú gyermekotthoni csoportban a gyermekvédelmi szakellátásban nevelkedő kiskorú vagy utógondozói ellátott várandós anya, valamint anya és gyermeke együttes elhelyezését, míg a 3., 4., és 5. csoportjaiban a normál szükségletű gyermekek ellátását biztosítja az intézmény. A Martonvásár, Bajcsy Zs. u. 32. szám alatti különleges gyermekotthon ellátottai középsúlyos értelmi fogyatékkal élő gyermekek és fiatal felnőttek. A Nevelőszülői Hálózatban több mint 200 nevelőszülői család biztosít otthont nyújtó ellátást. Utógondozó otthoni ellátás biztosítása történik az Előszállás, Cifrakert u. 1. szám alatti utógondozó otthoni szakmai egységben: fiatal felnőttekről gondoskodnak utógondozó otthoni és külső férőhelyes elhelyezéssel. A projekt hatására az intézményben folyó kompenzáló és korrigáló nevelő-oktató munka jobban hasznosul a célcsoport számára. Enyhülnek a beilleszkedési zavaraik, pszichés állapotuk rendeződik. Az iskolázottság aránya javul, szakmai képzettségük fejlődik, mindez elősegíti a fiatalkorúak társadalmi reintegrációját. A projektben megvalósított szexuális felvilágosítást szolgáló programsorozatnak, illetve az alkohol- és kábítószerfogyasztás veszélyeivel foglalkozó általános tudásbővítésnek szemléletformáló hatása van. Hozzájárul egy egészséges életmódra való felkészüléshez és az alapvető erkölcsi normák elfogadtatásához. Javul a projektbe bevontak önfenntartó képessége, jobban felkészülve és tudatosabban alakítják ki családi életüket. A támogatást igénylő a projekt megvalósítás befejezésétől számított 36 hónapig vállalja, hogy a célcsoport számára biztosított tevékenységek, programok részletes bemutatását tartalmazó szakmai anyagok saját vagy fenntartója honlapján online elérhetővé tételét a társintézmények, társzervezetek részére. A támogatással megvalósított projekt általánosítható tapasztalatainak bemutatását tartalmazó tanulmányt készít, és saját vagy fenntartója honlapján online hozzáférhetővé teszi a társintézmények, társszervezetek részére. A projekt keretében elkészült tájékoztató anyagok ingyenes, online elérhetőségét biztosítja saját, vagy fenntartója honlapján. The self-sustaining capacity of those involved in the project will be improved, better prepared and more conscious to develop their family life. For 36 months from the completion of the project, the applicant undertakes to make available online to the affiliated institutions and organisations on the website of its own or its maintainer the professional material containing detailed descriptions of the activities and programmes provided to the target group.
