A benyújtott pályázatunk célja az alacsony iskolai végzettségű munkanélküliek számára célzott programokkal lehet elérhetővé tenni a munkába álláshoz szükséges munkaerőpiaci szolgáltatásokat, foglalkoztatási támogatásokat, célunk hogy a szövetkezetünknek sikerüljön elérni a leghátrányosabb helyzetű társadalmi csoportokat is. A leghátrányosabb helyzetű, a nyílt munkaerőpiacra nem, vagy nehezen bevonható emberek munkalehetőségeinek bővítése a szociális gazdaság eszközrendszerével a projekt fő célja. Az igényelt támogatás- bruttó 50 000 000 ft segítségével minden tervezett célunk megvalósulhat, varrodai tevékenységgel ( TEÁOR 1392- konfekcionált textíláru gyártása) piacképes termék előállításával( törölköző, konyharuha, ágybeli, függöny, terítő), 27 fő hátrányos helyzetű személy projektbe vonásával, 10 fő foglalkoztatásával ( ebből 4 fő roma, 4 fő fogyatékos) a szövetkezet új tevékenység végzésével konzorciumi partner- a Rehab-Kredit kft segítségével sikeresen alakíthat ki egy fenntartható vállalkozási modellt. A projeketet együttműködések keretében valósítjuk meg önkormánzyta, civil szervezet és egyházak segítségével, támogatáásval. Vállaljuk közfeladata átvállalását az önkormányzattól. Részcéljaink a következők: • a leghátrányosabb helyzetű társadalmi csoportok foglalkoztathatóságának növelése ( képzéssel, tovább- és átképzéssel, tréninggel, a képessé tevés különböző eszközeivel) • már működő, sikeres társadalmi modell adaptálása • a szociális gazdaság eszközrendszerére alapozva – elsősorban a helyi gazdasági viszonyokba történő bekapcsolódás révén - társadalmi integrációt szolgáló innovatív, újszerű, fenntartható megoldás megvalósítása • nonprofit szektor és a for profit szektor közötti együttműködések elősegítése, kialakítása, megerősítése • a szociális gazdaságban működő szervezetek támogatása révén a közszolgáltatást nem állami szervezetként nyújtó szervezetek foglalkoztatási potenciáljának átmeneti megerősítése, a célcsoport készségeinek fejlesztése céljából A célok elérését szolgáló főbb lépések a következők: 1. lépés: együttműködések kialakítása 2. lépés: szükségletfelmérés, piaci igények felmérése 3. lépés: szociális gazdasági megoldások keresése, nonprofit,for profit szektor közötti együttműködések erősítése, üzleti terv elkészítése 4. lépés: társadalmi vállalkozások létrehozása és/vagy modelljének adaptációja (helyi szereplők bevonása, reagálva a helyi problémákra) 5. lépés: folyamatos szakmai tanácsadás, képzési lehetőségek igénybevétele, célcsoport foglalkoztatása -10 fő, 27 fő képzése 6. lépés: a szervezeteknek a projekt keretében kialakított együttműködési és működési modell szerinti működtetése a projekt befejezését követő legalább 6 hónapig A projekt célcsoportja a: A 290/2014. (XI.26) Korm. rendeletben meghatározott kedvezményezett járásokban vagy a 105/2015. (IV. 23.) Korm. rendelet szerinti kedvezményezett települések területén állandó lakcímmel vagy tartózkodási hellyel rendelkező hátrányos helyzetű személyek- közfoglalkoztatásban lévő személyek. A projekt futamideje 18 hónap, melyben 4 mérföldkő tervezett. Az első 6 hónapban megtörténik a célcsoporttagok kiválasztása, képzése, majd 12 hónap alatt a foglalkoztatása, termelés, és 6 hónapig a továbbfoglalkoztatás. A projekt fizikai befejezéséig minden kitűzött cél, indikátor, monitoring mutató teljesülni fog. A fejlesztést konzorciumban kívánja a Füzesgyarmati Agrostrat Szociális Szövetkezet megvalósítani, a konzorciumi partnernek a Reab-Kredit Kft-nek kiemelkedő tapasztalata van gazdasági-piaci tevékenység kapcsán. A projekt színvonalas szakmai megvalósulását a következő szakemberek segítik: -1 fő szakmai vezető -1 fő projektmenedzser és 1 fő pénzügyi vezető – ugyanaz a személy látja el A tervezett beruházás kizárólag pályázati forrás igénybevételével valósulhat meg. A részletes szakmai tartalom kibontása a limitált karakterszám miatt a kapcsolódó szakmai dokumentumokban kerül bemutatásra, melyek a projekt előkészítő szakaszában elkészültek: Likviditási terv, Cselekvési Ütemterv, Szakmai Terv, Üzleti Terv. A beruházás sikeres megvalósulását szolgálják a kis értékű varrodai tevékenységhez kötődő eszközök, berendezések megvásárlása és a bérelt épület felújítása, mely nem engedélyköteles beruházás. The aim of the submitted application is to make available labour market services and employment subsidies for the low-skilled unemployed through targeted programmes, so that our cooperative can reach the most disadvantaged social groups as well. The main objective of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the most disadvantaged people, who cannot or cannot be involved in the open labour market, by means of the social economy. With the assistance of HUF 50000000 gross, all of our planned objectives can be achieved, with sewing activities (production of made-up textile articles of TeÁOR 1392) through the production of marketable products (towels, kitchen cloth, bedcloths, curtains, tablecloths), the inclusion of 27 disadvantaged persons in the project, the employment of 10 persons (of which 4 Roma, 4 people with disabilities) the cooperative can successfully develop a sustainable business model with the help of Rehab-Kredit kft. We implement the projek in cooperation with the help of self-cormanzyta, non-governmental organisations and churches, with support. We undertake to take over your public task from the local government. In the beneficiary districts defined in Government Decree No 105/2015 of 26 November 2015 (IV. (23) persons with a permanent address or residence in the territory of the beneficiary settlements within the meaning of Government Decree No 145/2014 — persons in public employment. The duration of the project is 18 months, with 4 milestones planned. In the first 6 months, the target group will be selected, trained, followed by employment, production and 6 months of continued employment in 12 months. Until the physical completion of the project, all objectives, indicators and monitoring indicators will be met. Füzesgyarmati Agrostrat Social Cooperative intends to implement the development in a consortium, the consortium partner Reab-Kredit Ltd. has outstanding experience in economic and market activities. The quality of the project is supported by the following professionals: —1 professional manager -1 project manager and 1 financial manager — is provided by the same person. The planned investment can only be realised using a tender source. L’objectif de la demande présentée est de mettre à disposition des services du marché du travail et des subventions à l’emploi pour les chômeurs peu qualifiés au moyen de programmes ciblés, afin que notre coopérative puisse également atteindre les groupes sociaux les plus défavorisés. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des personnes les plus défavorisées, qui ne peuvent ou ne peuvent pas être impliquées dans le marché du travail ouvert, au moyen de l’économie sociale. Avec l’aide de HUF 50000000 brut, tous nos objectifs prévus peuvent être atteints, avec des activités de couture (production d’articles textiles confectionnés de TEÁOR 1392) à travers la production de produits commercialisables (serviettes, linge de cuisine, draps de lit, rideaux, nappes), l’inclusion de 27 personnes défavorisées dans le projet, l’emploi de 10 personnes (dont 4 Roms, 4 personnes handicapées) la coopérative peut développer avec succès un modèle d’entreprise durable avec l’aide de Rehab-Kredit kft. Nous mettons en œuvre le Projek en coopération avec l’aide d’autocormanzytas, d’organisations non gouvernementales et d’églises, avec le soutien. Nous nous engageons à reprendre votre mission publique à l’administration locale. (23) personnes ayant une adresse permanente ou une résidence permanente sur le territoire des établissements bénéficiaires au sens du décret gouvernemental no 145/2014 — personnes exerçant un emploi public. La durée du projet est de 18 mois et 4 étapes sont prévues. Au cours des six premiers mois, le groupe cible sera sélectionné, formé, suivi de l’emploi, de la production et de 6 mois de maintien de l’emploi en 12 mois. Jusqu’à l’achèvement du projet, tous les objectifs, indicateurs et indicateurs de suivi seront atteints. Füzesgyarmati Agrostrat Social Cooperative a l’intention de mettre en œuvre le développement dans un consortium, le partenaire du consortium REAB-Kredit Ltd. a une expérience exceptionnelle dans les activités économiques et commerciales.
