A program célcsoportja a 3.sz. szegregátumban élők csoportja. A Szent Imre úton 9 önkormányzati ingatlan van. Zömében alacsony iskolai végzettségűek, nem fejezték be tanulmányaikat, képzetlenek, rendszeres szociális segélyből és egyéb segélyekből élnek. Az önkormányzati ingatlanok leromlott műszaki állapotúak, felújításuk égető, melyhez az önkormányzat saját erővel nem rendelkezik, az itt lakó önkormányzati bérlők a bérleti díjat is nehezen tudják fizetni. A kertjeiket nem művelik, az elmúlt évtizedekben azok illegális szemétlerakókká váltak. Az utcában víz, szennyvíz, áram, szilárd burkolatú út, közvilágítás van. A projekt során minden önkormányzati ingatlan felújítása nem lesz megoldható, a kiválasztás szempontjai a következők voltak: Az ingatlan műszaki állapota, az ingatlanban élők száma - ebből a kiskorúak száma-, önkormányzati lakbér tartozás mértéke. Az önkormányzat 1/1-tulajdoni hányadban tulajdonában álló - volt általános iskola később nappali szociális intézmény - jelenleg funkció nélküli Füzesabony, Zrinyi u.21.sz.alatti ingatlanában (hrsz: 1980; területe 2108 m2 ) egy több funkciós intézményt kíván kialakítani. Az ingatlan udvara és belső tere nagyságánál és a településen központi helyen történő elhelyezkedése miatt alkalmas egy közösségi színtér kialakítására. Mind a település központjából, mind a 3.sz. szegregátumból jól megközelíthető. Az elképzelések szerint az alábbi funkciók kapnának helyett az ingatlanban: 1-db szolgálati lakás, ahol a szociális munkás lakhatását biztosítanánk. A szolgálati lakás helyben történő kialakításának célja, hogy bármely foglalkozás esetén az ingatlan felügyelete folyamatosan meg legyen oldva, ezen kívül bárki érdeklődő az ingatlanba szeretne jönni a bejutást meg lehessen oldani. A Szolgálati lakás önálló, és a közösségi szintér felé is rendelkezne bejárattal. A lakásban fürdő és wc, konyha, nappali és 2 db szoba kerülne kialakításra. DD energia osztályú felújítása biztosított lesz. Az ingatlan egy nagyobb helyiség együttes a közösségi színtér. Ebben kerülne kialakításra egy közösségi nagyterem, amely alkalmas nagyobb rendezvények kialakítására. Itt filmvetítések, oktatások, szűrések, stb megrendezésére lenne lehetőség. Ebből a helyiségből biztosított a szociális helyiségek elérése, valamint az újonnan kialakítandó tankonyha, és mosókonyha is. Az ingatlan 3. önálló helyiségcsoportjában kerülne kialakításra irodahelyiség, kisebb oktatóterem amely alkalmas játszóházi szoba, tanfolyam, szűrés, gyermekfelügyelet egyéb megtartására is. Ez az ingatlanrész is önálló bejárattal is rendelkezik, használata során megoldható, hogy ne akadályozzák egymást a különböző rendezvényen résztvevők. Az ingatlan udvara teljes felújításra szorul. Az udvar körbe kerítése „LINDABB” lemezzel történik, így megoldott lesz a teljes lezárása, a szomszédokat a rendezvényen részt vevők nem zavarják. A bejárati kapu elektromosan nyitható lesz, az udvar kamerázva lesz. Az udvaron a kapubejáró az épület vonalában térkővel lesz borítva, egyébként az udvar füvesített lesz. Elhelyezésre kerül 3 db nagyméretű mobil kemence fedett szín alatt, egy nagyméretű nyársaló ülőkékkel. Az udvar világítása megoldott lesz kültéri lámpák kihelyezésével. A gyermekek részére 2 db udvari játék kerül kihelyezésre. Az udvaron a kerítés mellett zöld növényzet kerül telepítésre. A Füzesabony, Templom u.16.sz. alatti (hrsz: 1950; területe 1073 m2) önkormányzati ingatlanon kerülne kialakításra a tankert. Az ingatlanon jelenleg egy összedőlés alatt álló romos épület van. A projekt során ez a romos épület elbontásra kerülne, és helyére egy tároló kerülne megépítésre, amely a programban használt kerti kisgép és tartozékai valamint az egyéb a tankert művelés használatára vásárolt eszközök tárolására lesz alkalmas. Az udvaron a telepítésre kerülne fóliasátor, amely a fóliaművelésre tanítaná meg a projektbe bevont személyeket, valamint egy konyhakert. A konyhakertben elsajátított ismereteket a célcsoport a szegregátumban lévő önkormányzati ingatlanok kertjeiben folytatja tovább, cél hogy önellátásra képesek legyenek az itt élő emberek. Ezért a szegregátumban lévő önkormányzat ingatlanok udvarát termő területté kell tenni, az azon elhelyezett illegális szemét elszállításáról, a kertek körbekerítéséről, tereprendezésről, szántásról, gyümölcsfák telepítéséről gondoskodni kell. A tankert egy része gyümölcsfákkal telepített, rendezett így itt azok művelését kell végeznie a programba bevont célcsoportnak. A kertészeti ismeretek megszerzésében segítségére lesz a projektgazdának a helyben működő kertbarát kör egyesület. A tankert az akció területén belül, de a szegregátumon kívül helyezkedik el, családi házas övezetben. A szomszédos ingatlanok lakóival a szegregátumban élők kapcsolatba kerülnek, a kertművelés hasznos tapasztalatait ezáltal is elsajátítják majd. A program során szervezett képzések kiválasztása a gyakorlati élet kívánalmaihoz igazodik, így kisgépkezelői és háztartási ismeretek oktatására is sor kerül majd. (Hungarian)

The target group of the programme is the group of people living in segregation 3. There are 9 municipal properties on St. Imre Road. Most of them have low educational attainment, have not completed their education, are unskilled, they live on regular social assistance and other benefits. The municipal properties are in degraded technical condition, their renovation is burning, for which the municipality does not have any power, the tenants residing here have difficulties in paying the rent. Their gardens are not being cultivated, and in recent decades they have become illegal landfills. The street has water, sewage, electricity, solid pavement road, street lighting. During the project, the renovation of all municipal properties will not be possible, the selection criteria were as follows: The technical condition of the property, the number of persons living in the real estate — of which the number of minors — and the amount of municipal rent debt. The municipality owns 1/1 — former primary school later as a day social institution — is currently a non-functional property of Füzesabony, Zrinyi u.21. (hrsz: 1980; it has an area of 2 108 m²) to create a multifunctional institution. Due to the size of the courtyard and the interior of the property and its central location in the settlement, it is suitable for the creation of a community scene. It is well accessible both from the centre of the settlement and from segregation no. 3. It is envisaged that the following functions would be given instead of the following functions in the property: 1-pcs of service housing, where the social worker’s housing would be provided. The purpose of the establishment of the service home is to ensure that the supervision of the property is continuously solved in any occupation. In addition, anyone interested in the property would like to come to the property. The service apartment is self-contained and would have access to the community level. The apartment would be equipped with bath and toilet, kitchen, living room and 2 rooms. DD energy class refurbishment will be ensured. The property has a larger space combined with the community scene. This would include the establishment of a large community hall suitable for major events. It would be possible to organise film screenings, trainings, screenings, etc. Access to social premises is ensured from this room, as well as the newly designed tank kitchen and laundry room. In the 3 rd separate room group of the property there would be an office space, a smaller training room that is suitable for playrooms, courses, screening and other children’s care. This part of the property also has a separate entrance, and during its use it is possible to avoid interfering with each other by the participants of the various events. The courtyard of the property needs a complete renovation. The fence around the yard is done with a “LINDABB” plate, so the complete closure will be solved, the neighbors will not be disturbed by the participants of the event. The front gate will be electrically opened, the yard will be cameraed. The gateway in the courtyard will be covered with square stone in the line of the building, otherwise the courtyard will be grassed. 3 large mobile furnaces are placed under a covered colour, with a large skewer seat. The lighting of the yard will be solved by placing outdoor lamps. For children, there are 2 games in the courtyard. Green vegetation is planted in the yard next to the fence. At Füzesabony, Church No. 16 (hrsz: 1950; 1 073 m²) the tanker would be built on municipal property. The property now has a ruinous building under collapse. In the course of the project, this ruined building would be demolished and replaced by a storage facility that would be suitable for storing the small garden machine and its accessories used in the programme, as well as other equipment purchased for tanker cultivation. A foil tent would be installed in the yard, which would teach the people involved in the project to cultivate film, as well as a kitchen garden. The knowledge acquired in the kitchen garden is continued by the target group in the gardens of municipal properties in segregated areas, so that the people living here are able to provide self-sufficiency. For this reason, the segregated municipality’s yard should be made a growing area, the removal of illegal litter placed on it, the fence of the gardens, landscaping, ploughing and planting of fruit trees should be ensured. Part of the tanker has been planted with fruit trees, so they must be cultivated here by the target group involved in the programme. The local garden-friendly circle association will help the project promoter to acquire the knowledge of horticulture. The tanker is located within the area of the action, but outside the segregation, in a family-married zone.
