A tervezett projekt keretében a Mohács Térségi Óvodaközpont, Bölcsőde és Családi Napközi intézményének a Mohács, Eötvös utca 26. szám alatti óvoda, valamint a Mohács, Dózsa György utca 9. szám alatti bölcsőde feladatellátási helyeinek fejlesztése valósul meg. A projekt átfogó célja a munkavállalói mobilitás támogatása, a kisgyermekes szülők munkaerőpiacra történő visszatérésének elősegítése gyermekjóléti alapellátások szolgáltatásainak minőségi fejlesztése által. Alapvető cél a racionálisan és hatékonyan szervezett, mindenki számára hozzáférhető, esélyegyenlőséget biztosító, szakmai tartalmában a kulcskompetenciák fejlesztésére alapozott, integrált intézményi hálózat fenntartása, az azonos minőségű szolgáltatás nyújtása és a gazdaságos működtetés érdekében. Kiemelt cél a hosszú távú működésre alkalmas intézmények korszerűsítése, a különböző jellegű helyi együttműködések révén a területi különbségek minimálisra csökkentése, valamint az ellátásokhoz történő egyenlő esélyű hozzáférés megteremtése. Specifikus célok az óvoda fejlesztés keretében a jelenleg a szuterén épületszinten kialakított, korszerűtlen, elavult állapotban lévő és csak külső, nyitott helyről, lépcsőn keresztül megközelíthető tornaszoba helyett az épület bővítésével megvalósítandó új tornaszoba kialakítása a vonatkozó jogszabályoknak megfelelően, a szükséges korszerű eszközök beszerzésével, mely hozzájárul a gyermekek mozgásfejlesztésének hatékonyságához, ezáltal egészségük megőrzéséhez valamint személyiségük fejlődéséhez. A feladatellátási hely fejlesztésével összesen 88 gyermek jut magasabb színvonalú szolgáltatáshoz a 110 férőhelyes intézményegységben, mely hozzájárul a kisgyermekes családok megsegítéséhez. A bölcsőde feladatellátási helyhez kapcsolódóan cél az intézményben dolgozókkal egyeztetett, a feladatok megfelelő minőségű ellátáshoz szükséges eszközök beszerzése a csatolt eszközlista és a megalapozó dokumentum vonatkozó fejezetében bemutatottak szerint, mely hozzájárul a 3 éves kor alatti gyermekek (81 gyermek a 88 férőhelyes intézményegységben) ellátási színvonalának emeléséhez. Jelen projekt tervezet a Mohács, Eötvös u. 26. sz. alatti óvodai feladataellátási helyhez kapcsolódóan tartalmaz infrastrukturális tevékenységet, mely ingatlan tulajdonosa pályázó Mohács Város Önkormányzata. Az épületben az óvodások tornaszobája az épület szuterénjében van kialakítva, lépcsővel, nyitott helyről közelíthető meg. A helyiség méretei és megközelíthetősége a mai előírásoknak nem felelnek meg. Megvalósítási feladat a csoportszobákból fűtött helyen, akadálymentesen megközelíthető tornaszoba kialakítása, melynek befoglaló méretei, helyiségnagyság és a hozzá tartozó sportszertár helyigénye is biztosítható. Az ingatlan rendelkezik áram, víz, gáz és szennyvíz rákötéssel, teljes közművesítettségű. Az ingatlan belső udvarán, a helyi építési előírások betartásával, szakhatósági egyeztetéssel a tervezett épületbővítés elvégezhető. A meglévő épület északi homlokzatán jelenleg fedett-nyitott terasz csatlakozik. Ennek elbontásával, áthelyezésével, a terület felszabadulásával, a tornaszoba és szertár helyiségeit magába foglaló épületrész, a meglévő óvodaépület közlekedő folyosójáról nyaktag csatlakozással, akadálymentesítetten elhelyezhető. A fűtés meglévő központi rendszerre csatlakoztatott radiátoros fűtéssel oldható meg. Az épület bővítés a meglévő vízellátás-csatornázás kialakított rendszerét nem érinti. A helyiség szellőzés gravitációs szellőzéssel, bukó-nyíló ablakok beépítésével megoldott. Az elektromos hálózat a meglévő hálózatra csatlakoztatva, a helyiség jellegének megfelelő védettségű szereléssel, fényigényének megfelelő szerelvények beépítésével kerül kialakításra. Az óvodai feladatellátási helyhez kapcsolód eszközbeszerzés részletezését a megalapozó dokumentum és melléklete tartalmazza. A bölcsődei intézményegységet nem érinti infrastrukturális fejlesztés, az intézményegységgel egyeztetett, a megalapozó dokumentumban és mellékletében részletezett eszközök beszerzésével javul az ellátás minősége. A pályázati felhívás 3.1.1 pontja szerinti önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: A) Intézmény/szolgáltatás infrastrukturális fejlesztése, ezen belül támogatható: f) tornaszoba, orvosi szoba elkülönítő helyiségek létesítése, felújítása: a Mohács, Eötvös utca 26. szám alatti óvodai feladatellátási hely tornaszoba kialakítása B) Eszközbeszerzés: a) Bútorok és egyéb berendezési tárgyak (pl. konyhai berendezések; udvari játékok; utcabútorok; játéktároló), eszközök (pl. konyhai eszközök; fejlesztő eszközök) beszerzését közvetlenül a szolgáltatáshoz kapcsolódóan: Mindkét fejlesztendő feladatellátási helyhez kapcsolódóan (Mohács, Eötvös utca 26. szám alatti óvoda és Mohács, Dózsa György utca 9. szám alatti bölcsőde) a megjelölt célcsoportra vonatkozó tanúsítvánnyal rendelkező udvari játékok és konyhai eszközök beszerzése b) informatikai eszközök, berendezések, IKT-eszközök, vezeték nélküli (ún. wireless) technológiák beszerzése: az óvodai feladatellátási hely (Hungarian)

Within the framework of the planned project, the Mohács regional nursery centre, Bölcsőde and Family Daycare institutions will be developed in the kindergarten at Mohács, Eötvös utca 26 and the crèche at Mohács, Dózsa György utca 9. The overall objective of the project is to support labour mobility and facilitate the return of parents with young children to the labour market by improving the quality of services of primary child welfare services. The basic objective is to maintain an integrated institutional network that is rationally and efficiently organised, accessible to all, ensuring equal opportunities and based on the development of key competences in its professional content, in order to provide the same quality of service and to operate economically. The priority is to modernise institutions that are suitable for long-term operation, to minimise territorial disparities through different types of local cooperation and to create equal access to benefits. Specific objectives in the framework of the development of the kindergarten development are the development of a new gym room to be implemented with the extension of the building, in accordance with the relevant legislation, instead of an outdated, outdated, outdated gym room, which can only be accessed from an external, open place and stairs, in accordance with the relevant legislation, by purchasing the necessary modern equipment, which contributes to the efficiency of children’s mobility development and thus to the preservation of their health and to the development of their personality. With the development of the task space, a total of 88 children receive higher quality services in the 110-seat unit, which contributes to helping families with young children. In connection with the place of the crèche, the aim is to acquire the necessary equipment agreed with the staff of the institution to provide the tasks with an adequate quality, as described in the attached list of equipment and the relevant chapter of the underlying document, which contributes to the improvement of the quality of care for children under the age of 3 (81 children in the 88-seat unit). The present project includes infrastructure activities related to the place of kindergarten at Mohács, Eötvös u. 26, which is owned by the Municipality of Mohács, the municipality of Mohács. In the building, the gym room of the kindergarten is set up in the building’s satellite, it can be approached by stairs and from an open place. The dimensions and accessibility of the room do not comply with today’s requirements. The implementation task is to create a gym room accessible in a heated location from the group rooms, the dimensions of which can be provided, the size of the room and the space requirement of the corresponding sports equipment can be ensured. The property has electricity, water, gas and sewage connection, and is fully developed. In the inner courtyard of the property, in compliance with the local building regulations, the planned extension of the building can be carried out by consultation with the competent authorities. The northern façade of the existing building is now equipped with a covered-open terrace. By dismantling, relocating, releasing the area, the part of the building containing the rooms of the gym room and the equipment can be accommodated from the running corridor of the existing kindergarten building with a neck-tag connection and accessible. Heating can be solved by radiator heating connected to an existing central system. The extension of the building does not affect the established system of the existing water supply and sewerage. The room ventilation was solved by gravitational ventilation and installation of roll-open windows. The electrical network is connected to the existing network, with the installation of fittings appropriate to the nature of the room and fittings according to the light requirements. The details of the equipment procurement related to the place of the kindergarten tasks are set out in the underlying document and its annex. The crèche unit is not affected by infrastructural development, the quality of the care is improved by the purchase of the equipment agreed with the Institution Unit and detailed in the underlying document and its annex.
