A Területspecifikus Melléklet 1.2-es pontjában rögzített elkülönített földrajzi célterületek közül a minden megyén belüli jogosult számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszegből kívánjuk a támogatást lehívni. A projekt keretében Gyulán egy 2*7 ill. 8 fős mini bölcsőde működtetésére alkalmas új épületet szeretnénk építeni a bölcsődei intézmény épületével szemben támasztott jogszabályi előírásoknak megfelelően. Az intézmény birtokában nincs, ill. a településen sem elérhető olyan megvásárolható ingatlan, amely felújítás, ill. korszerűsítés után megfelelne a bölcsődei intézmény épületével szemben támasztott jogszabályi előírásoknak. A beruházás eredményeképpen új, minden igényt kielégítő, teljes akadálymentesítéssel ellátott, korszerű, megújuló energiaforrásokat is hasznosító, energiahatékonysági szempontoknak megfelelő épületet hozunk létre, mellyel megteremtjük az infrastrukturális hátteret szakembereink részére azon tevékenységek és feladatok jövőbeni ellátásához, mely a törvényi előírásokhoz, és a település lakosainak igényeihez és szükségleteihez illeszkedő működés feltétele. A korszerű új épületbe várhatóan a szülők is szívesebben hozzák majd gyermekeiket, valamint a beruházás hozzájárul majd Gyula településképének fejlődéshez, modernizálódásához is. Projektünkben a rendszeres napközbeni gyermekfelügyeleten kívül játszócsoport és időszakos gyermekfelügyelet kialakítását is tervezzük. Játszócsoportunkban a szülők és a gyermekek együtt ismerkedhetnek meg a bölcsődével és az ott elérhető szolgáltatásokkal, hasznos és önfeledt játéktevékenységek közben. A játszócsoportok mindig a szülői igényeknek megfelelően kerülnek meghirdetésre. Az előzetes igényfelmérés alapján kezdetben havi egy délelőttöt tervezünk. Olyan időpontot választunk, amikor a bölcsőde férőhely-kihasználtsága ezt lehetővé teszi, így a bölcsőde munkatársai részt tudnak venni a játszócsoport tevékenységeiben, nem szükséges külső erőforrás bevonása. A szolgáltatás árát így jelképes összegben, családbarát áron tudjuk meghatározni. A szülők által fizetendő térítési díj a szolgáltatás önköltségét nem haladja meg, annak mértéke a többlet energia-felhasználáshoz, illetve az eszközök amortizációjához kötötten kerül meghatározásra. Időszakos gyermekfelügyeletet a szabad férőhelyeken, illetve igény szerint a nyitvatartási időn kívül biztosítunk. A gyermekfelügyelet díját szintén a szülők anyagi lehetőségeihez kívánjuk igazítani úgy, hogy a szolgáltatás önköltségét ne haladjuk meg. A megállapított térítési díj- figyelemmel a munkatársak esetleges túlmunkájára- az intézményi térítési díj óradíjával arányosítva kerül megállapításra. A projekt keretében az intézmény weboldalának infokommunikációs akadálymentesítése is megtörténik. AZ EPTK felület hibája miatt nem lehetett Százalékban meghatározott átalány sorra rögzíteni semmilyen költséget, mert hibát írt ki. Ezért került valós költség alapú sorra minden költség. (Hungarian)

The institution does not own or can be purchased in the settlement, which, after renovation or modernisation, would comply with the legal requirements imposed on the building of the crèche institution. As a result of the investment, we create a new building meeting all needs, fully accessible, using modern renewable energy sources and meeting energy efficiency criteria, creating the infrastructural background for our specialists for the future performance of activities and tasks that are a condition for operation in accordance with the legal requirements and the needs and needs of the inhabitants of the settlement. It is expected that the parents will also prefer to bring their children to the modern new building, and the investment will also contribute to the development and modernisation of Gyula’s settlement image. In our project we plan to set up a play group and periodic childcare in addition to regular day-care. In our play group, parents and children can get acquainted with the crèche and the services available there during useful and forgotten gaming activities. Play groups are always advertised according to parental needs. Based on the preliminary needs assessment, we initially plan one morning a month. We choose a time when the use of the crèche places allows this, so the staff of the crèche can participate in the activities of the play group, it is not necessary to involve an external resource. The price of the service can thus be determined in a symbolic amount, at a family-friendly price. The fee to be paid by parents does not exceed the cost of the service, which is determined in relation to the excess energy use and the depreciation of assets. Periodic childcare is provided in the open spaces and on request outside opening hours. We also intend to adjust the child care fee to the means of parents so as not to exceed the cost of the service. The fee fixed, taking into account any overtime of the staff, shall be calculated pro rata to the hourly rate of the institution’s fee. As part of the project, infocommunication accessibility of the institution’s website will also take place. Due to the defect of the EPTK surface, it was not possible to fix any costs on a flat-rate line set in the Hundredth because it had declared an error. That is why all costs were made on a real cost basis. (English)
