Vállalkozásunk fő stratégiai célja a meglévő cégcsoportból olyan középvállalkozás létrehozása 3-5 éven belül, amely digitális, gyártástechnológiai és környezetvédelmi szempontból megfelel az európai normáknak. Az európai konkurenciával szembeni hiányosságokat főként technológiai fejlesztésekkel tervezzük behozni. A fejlesztések megvalósítása eredményeként az árbevétel növelése is cél úgy, hogy a dolgozó létszám legalább megmarad vagy növekszik. Az aktuális mutatóknak megfelelően jelenleg 8,5 mFt/fős árbevétellel dolgozunk, azonban számításaink szerint ebben jóval nagyobb potenciál van, a jövőben 10,5 mFt/fős árbevétellel tervezünk dolgozni. A fejlődés érdekében további pályázati forrásokat kívánunk igénybe venni, főként a technológiai fejlesztések és a géppark bővítésével a kapacitásnövelés megvalósítása érdekében, mivel az európai uniós konkurenciával csak így tudjuk felvenni a versenyt. Emellett növelni szükséges a gyártás területét is, ezért új gyártócsarnok építését tervezzük. Fontos, hogy a gyártócsarnok megépítésére akár több ütemben is sor kerülhessen, így a rendelkezésünkre álló anyagi forrásoknak megfelelően akár szakaszosan is történhet a kivitelezés. A technológiai fejlesztés és a kapacitásbővítés mellett fontos a szakembereink fejlesztése, a cégspecifikus, színvonalú szakmai tanácsadás igénybevétele. Mindezek által lesz kiaknázható a társaságukban lévő szakértelem, szakmai tudás. Törekszünk továbbá az energetikai függetlenedésre is. Fenti céljaink elérése érdekében a Magyar Multi Programban az alábbi beruházásokat tervezzük: A már meglévő üzemcsarnokunk mellett, azzal egy helyrajzi számon (4085/11) épül meg az új, összesen több, mint 5500 nm-es gyártócsarnokunk. A csarnok I. üteme más forrásból valósul meg. Jelen projektben a csarnok II. ütemének (968 nm) és III. ütemének (1194 nm) kivitelezési költsége szerepel. Az új gyártócsarnokba elsősorban az új, laminált bútorgyártási üzletág kerül betelepítésére, ehhez kapcsolódóan pedig a jelen projektben szereplő gépek közül a BIESSE skipper 100L cnc fúró-maró gép, illetve további más gépeink. A csarnok megépítésére jogerős építési engedéllyel rendelkezünk. A kivitelezés még nem kezdődött meg. Varrógépek beszerzésévek a kárpitos üzletágunkat kívánjuk modernizálni. Az itt lévő gépparkunk már nagyon elöregedett, folyamatos szervízelést igényel, ami jelentős termeléskiesést okoz. A technológia fejlesztés érdekében több, különböző, magas minőségű gépet szeretnénk vásárolni, mellyel biztosítani tudjuk vevőink felé a szállítás határidők betartását és a magas minőséget. A Bacci T4MO cnc téresztergagéppel meglévő gyártási kapacitásainkat tudjuk bővíteni. A székgyártás felső, exkluzív minőségét tudjuk kiszolgálni, ezáltal új piacokon is meg tudunk jelenni. A tervezői fantáziát minden szinten ki fogjuk tudni szolgálni. Prémium minőségű, magas árkategóriás termékeket fogunk tudni gyártani. A gép termelésirányítási rendszerbe integrálható. A BIESSE skipper 100L cnc fúró-maró gép lapmegmunkálása, korpuszbúrotok gyártására alkalmas. Ennek beszerzésével nagy sorozatszámú gyártás (projektmunkák ellátása) válik lehetségessé, és komplett belsőépítészeti berendezések (pl. szállodások, egyéb szálláshelyek, stb.) gyártását is el tudjuk vállalni. Síklapos (=laminált bútorlap) munkadarabok megmunkálásár alkalmas, mellyel ezidáig nem foglalkoztunk. A BUSELLATO Jet Master T S5/16 CNC megmunkáló központtal és CASADEI F255 marógéppel az ezidáig bérmunkában végeztetett tevékenységet saját gyártásba tudjuk benni. A gépekkel jelentősen bővül gyártási kapacitásunk, mivel rengeteg kézi munkát fogunk tudni kiváltani. A gyalugéppel fejlesztjük a gyártási technológiánkat, mivel a jelenlegi gyaluink már elavultak, pontatlanok. Az új eszköz precízebb munkavégzést, magasabb minőségű termék előállítását teszi lehetővé. Beállítási opcióval jobb felületi minőség érhető el, a termék kevesebb utómunkát igényel. A WAGNER festékpumpákkal az eddiginél jobb minőségben fogjuk tudni a felületkezelést végezni, s immár színezett lakkozást is tudunk végezni. A hulladékfa brikettáló rendszer beszerzésével „zöldíteni” tudjuk gyártásunkat. Egyrészt csökken a gyártás során keletkező fahulladék tárolásának helyigénye, másrészt akár saját célja, akár kereskedelmi forgalomban hasznosítható új termék (fabrikett, mint megújuló energiaforrás) gyártására leszünk képesek. Ezáltal a bútorgyártás mellett egy teljesen új üzletágat is tudunk indítani. A fenti technológia fejlesztések mellett fontos, hogy azok integrálhatóak legyenek a vállalkozás menedzsmentjébe. Így a a személyre szabott tanácsadások igénybe a vállalkozás hosszú távú fenntartható növekedése biztosítható. A Magyar Multi Program komplex fejlesztésével nemcsak a vállalt infrastruktúrális ellátottsága javul, a gyártógéppark is korszerűbbé válik és a tanácsadások révén erősödik a menedzsment ismerete. Mindez együtt hozzájárulnak egy stabil működéshez, a bérek növekedéséhez, a munkahelyek megtartásához. (Hungarian)

The main strategic goal of our company is to create a medium-sized enterprise from the existing group within 3-5 years that meets European standards in terms of digital, manufacturing technology and environmental protection. We plan to address the shortcomings in the face of European competition mainly through technological developments. As a result of the improvements, the aim is to increase turnover so that the number of employees remains or increases at least. According to the current indicators, we are currently working with a turnover of 8.5 m HUF/person, but according to our calculations there is a much higher potential for this, and in the future we plan to work with a turnover of 10.5 m HUF/person. We would like to use additional funding for the development, mainly through technological developments and the expansion of the machinery fleet, in order to realise the capacity increase, as this is the only way we can compete with the European Union’s competition. It is also necessary to increase the production area, so we are planning to build a new production hall. It is important that the production hall can be built in several stages, so according to the financial resources available to us, the construction can be carried out in a phased manner. In addition to technological development and capacity expansion, it is important to develop our specialists, to use company-specific, high-quality professional advice. All of this will make use of the expertise and professional knowledge of your company. We also strive for energy independence. In order to achieve our above objectives, we plan the following investments in the Hungarian Multi Program: In addition to our existing production hall, the new production hall with a topographic number (4085/11) will be built with a total of more than 5500 nm. The first stage of the hall is realised from a different source. In the present project, the construction costs of phase II (968 sqm) and phase III (1194 sqm) of the hall are included. The new production hall will be installed primarily in the new laminated furniture production business, and in connection with this, the BIESSE skipper 100L cnc drilling and milling machine and other machines included in the present project. We have a final building permit for the construction of the hall. Construction hasn't started yet. We wish to modernise our upholstery business. Our machine park here is very old and requires continuous service, resulting in a significant loss of production. In order to improve technology, we want to buy several different high-quality machines to ensure that delivery deadlines and high quality are met to our customers. With the Bacci T4MO cnc square lathe machine, we can expand our existing production capacities. We can serve the highest, exclusive quality of chair production, so we can enter new markets as well. We will be able to serve the designer’s imagination at all levels. We will be able to produce premium quality, high-priced products. The machine can be integrated into a production management system. The BIESSE skipper 100L cnc drilling milling machine is suitable for sheet machining, corpus bore production. By purchasing this, a large number of productions (provision of project works) will be possible, and we can also produce complete interior design equipment (e.g. hotels, other accommodations, etc.). Workpieces with flat (=laminated furniture) workpieces are suitable, which we have not dealt with so far. The BUSELLATO Jet Master T S5/16 CNC machining center and CASADEI F255 milling machine can be used for our own production. With the machines, our production capacity is significantly increased, as we will be able to replace a lot of manual work. We are developing our production technology with the planer, as our current designs are outdated and inaccurate. The new tool allows for more precise work and the production of higher quality products. With the adjustment option, better surface quality can be achieved, the product requires less afterwork. With WAGNER paint pumps we will be able to perform surface treatment in better quality than before, and now we can also perform colored varnish. By purchasing the waste wood briquetting system, we can “green” our production. On the one hand, the space needed to store wood waste generated during production is reduced and, on the other hand, we will be able to produce a new product (wood briquettes as a renewable energy source) that can be commercially exploited either for its own purpose or for commercial use. In this way, we can start a completely new business in addition to furniture production. In addition to the above technological developments, it is important that they can be integrated into the management of the enterprise. This will ensure the long-term sustainable growth of the business through personalised advice.
