A Társaság jelenleg excel fájlokat használ az egyes munkák és a költségkalkulációk nyomon követésére. A megfelelő szoftveres támogatásra tehát a Társaságnak nagyon nagy szüksége van, annak érdekében, hogy a működés átlátható és tervezhető legyen. Éppen ezért a Társaság egy komplett ERP szoftvert kíván beszerezni, amely CRM, munkaidő és HR, kontrolling és döntéstámogatás, beszerzés és logisztika, elektronikus iratkezelés (dokumentumtár), valamint mobilalkalmazás modulokból tevődik össze. A szoftver az azt használó tíz munkavállaló közül hat esetében Társaság már meglévő számítógépein, míg négy vezetőségi dolgozó esetében a projekt keretében beszerzendő hardvereken fog futni. A pályázat keretében beszerzendő vállalati CRM modul sokoldalúan kezeli a külső és belső kapcsolattartást, valamint segítséget ad a precíz vásárláshoz is kötött vevőkereséshez, illetve kommunikációhoz. A CRM modul olyan részekből tevődik össze, mint Vevői/Beszállítói törzsadatkezelés, Naptár funkció, Ügyfélkapcsolat, Árajánlat és Projekt, Vevőkeresés és Feladatkiosztás. A vállalti kontrolling modul nagyon fontos a döntések támogatásában. A modullal heti és éves terv, valamint terv/tény adatokkal ellátott Cashflow kimutatás készíthető, illetve lehetőség nyílik a mutatószámok definiálására és visszamérésére. Emellett minden beszámoló és lekérdezés exportálható tetszőleges formában. A beszerzés és logisztikai terület célja, hogy automatizálja a logisztikai feladatokat, illetve átláthatóságot nyújtson egy-egy termék, cikkcsoport vagy termékcsoport életútjáról. A logisztikai modulból automatizáltan lehet beszállítói megrendeléseket generálni és lehetőség van a szállítói visszaigazolás után, a várható beszerzési ár és határidő rögzítésére a szoftverben. A munkaidő és HR modul elvégzi a munkavállalók teljes nyilvántartását, mint a személyes adatok, munkaszerződések, juttatások, szabadságok tárolását. A HR munkatársak így teljes rálátást kapnak minden munkavállalóról. A munkaidő nyilvántartó modul képes bérszámfejtésre előkészíteni az adatokat. Az elektronikus iratkezelés modul digitalizálja a cég működése során keletkezett dokumentumokat, azokat strukturáltan és a legmagasabb biztonsági előírások alapján tárolja, majd jogosultság szerint biztosít hozzáférést a felhasználóknak. A mobilalkalmazás modul (applikáció) segítségével a munkavállalók számítógép nélkül is hozzáférhetnek a szoftver moduljaihoz, és el tudják végezni a feladatukat. (Hungarian)

The Company currently uses excel files to track individual works and cost calculations. Therefore, the Company needs the right software support very much in order to make the operation transparent and predictable. Therefore, the Company intends to acquire a complete ERP software consisting of CRM, working time and HR, controlling and decision support, procurement and logistics, electronic document management (document library) and mobile application modules. In the case of six out of ten employees using it, the software will run on the existing computers of the Company and, in the case of four management employees, on hardware to be procured in the framework of the project. The corporate CRM module to be procured in the framework of the tender handles both external and internal contacts in a versatile way, as well as help with customer search and communication, which is also subject to precise purchase. The CRM module consists of parts such as Buyer/Supplier Master Data Management, Calendar Function, Customer Relationship, Quotation and Project, Customer Search and Task Allocation. The corporate controlling module is very important in supporting decisions. The module can produce a weekly and annual plan, as well as a cashflow statement with plan/fact data, and it is possible to define and measure indicators. In addition, all reports and queries can be exported in any form. The purpose of the procurement and logistics area is to automate logistical tasks and to provide transparency on the life of a product, group of items or product group. The logistics module can be automated to generate supplier orders and it is possible to record the expected purchase price and deadline in the software after the supplier’s confirmation. The working time and HR module performs a complete record of employees such as storage of personal data, employment contracts, allowances, leave. HR staff will thus have a full overview of all employees. The working time recording module is able to prepare the data for payroll. The electronic document management module digitises the documents generated during the operation of the company, it stores them in a structured way and according to the highest security standards, and then provides access to the users according to their privileges. The mobile application module (application) allows employees to access software modules and perform their tasks without a computer. (English)
