A projekt segítségével olyan, az általunk már ismert piaci szegmensben szeretnénk egyre több megrendelést megszerezni, amellyel a vállalkozást még dinamikusabb növekedési pályára állíthatjuk, jelentős hozzáadott-érték potenciál, illetve exportnövekedési lehetőség kialakításával egyaránt. Darix Evolution Turbo - automata táblakészítő gép: Alapgép felszereltsége: - Automata számítógép vezérlés - Számítógépes gyors egyszerű átállás pár perc alatt - Meleg-ragasztó hőmérséklet és viszkozitás ellenőrző rendszer - Automatikus táblalemez adagoló 3db-os alap kiépítésben (5 db-os opcionálisan) - Borító szél behajtás mind a négy oldalon kefés rendszerrel (szabadalmaztatott) - Sarok beütő egység - Prés egység (önálló préselési funkció használat lehetséges) - A gép teljesen beállítva kerül leszállításra az installálási időt csökkentése érdekében. Alkalmazható egyenes és gömbölyíthető gerincű könyvtáblák gyártására kis és közepes példányszámban magas felszereltséggel, nagy pontossággal. Az átállás a könnyű kezelésnek és a számítógépes vezérlésnek köszönhetően egyszerűen megtehető. Működési elv: A gépkezelő tölti a borító anyagot, valamint a könyvtábla lemezeit. A borító anyag adagolása és ragasztózása automatikusan történik. A táblalemezek és gerinclemez adagolása a megkent borítóanyagra szintén automatikus. A borítóanyag szélének visszahajtása mind a négy oldalon a Samed által szabadalmaztatott kefés rendszerrel történik. A táblalemezek és a méretre vágott gerinclemezek adagolása felülről történik. A termelési folyamat teljessé tételéhez szükséges még egy sarokvágó berendezés beszerzése is, amellyel tökéletesíthetőek a gyártott termékek. Samed MM-1 sarokvágó berendezés: - Rakat magasság: max. 30 mm - vágó-fej lábpedál működtethető - papír hulladék elvezetés megoldott, hulladék gyűjtő zsákkal A folyamatosan változó igények és technológiai fejlődés eredményeként cégünk még igen nagy hozzáadottérték-növekedési potenciállal rendelkezik. Tevékenységünk által az alapanyagból hozzáadott érték előállítással magasabb szintű termékek jönnek létre. Az általunk végzett tevékenységek infrastruktúrájának bővítése, a technológiafejlesztés (hatékony termelés és innováció) segíti elő a hozzáadott érték növelési potenciált. Folyamatos fejlesztéseinkkel vállalkozásunk piaci pozíciójának stabilizálását, minőségi termékek és szolgáltatások nyújtásával, versenyképességünk növelését tűzzük ki. Cégünk a következő években számos beruházást kíván megvalósítani 2 telephelyén, amelynek során fejleszteni kívánjuk nyomdai üzemeinket. Ez további új munkahelyeket is jelent majd. Továbbá a vállalkozás tulajdonosa, Derecskei László rendelkezik olyan iparjogvédelmi oltalommal (formavédelmi oltalom) rendelkezik egy speciális termékre térképre, amelynél a külső kasírozott szürke lemez, mint borító, a beruházás során létrejövő technológiai kapacitással hasznosítható, azaz gyártható. It can be used for the production of straight and roundable spine bookboards in small and medium volume with high equipment, high precision. The transition is easy to do thanks to easy handling and computer control. Working principle: The operator fills the cover material as well as the plates of the bookboard. The cover material is fed and glued automatically. The addition of plate and spinal plate to the smeared cover material is also automatic. The cover edge is folded back on all four sides with Samed’s patented brush system. Slabs and cut-to-size spinal plates are administered from above. In order to complete the production process, it is also necessary to purchase a corner cutting device to improve the products produced. Furthermore, the owner of the company, László Derecskei, has an industrial property right (form protection) for a specific product map where the external grey plate as a cover can be utilised with the technological capacity created during the investment, i.e. it can be manufactured.
