1. A 2562 fémmegmunkálás teáorhoz kapcsolódó gyártási termelési kapacitásbővítés valósul meg a projektünk segítségével. 2. Előkészítő tevékenységek: Egy olyan területen valósítunk meg fejlesztést, melyben a vezetésnek már komoly gyakorlata van, hiszen következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években is hasonló fejlesztéseket. Korábban beszerzésre került több gyártó gép és a vevői igények feltérképezése megtörtént, ennek az ismeretében alakítottuk ki a megalapozott fejlesztésünk. 3 . A projekt legfontosabb lépései: célunk egy gépszerzés, amelyben nagy gyakorlatunk van. A projektet 2019.12.25-ig megvalósítjuk. 4. Szakmai standardok: a fejlesztés során az szakmai (ISO) szabványokat figyelembe véve járunk el. A beszerzendő eszközök kiválasztásánál ismert szállítókat választottunk, jó szervizháttérrel. 5. a szakmai standardok megvalósulását biztosító eljárások, módszerek és a szakmai színvonal biztosítása és fenntartása a projekt végrehajtása során: A működés és megvalósítás során nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a bevezetett minőségirányitási rendszer használatára és a vevők által megkövetelt eljárásokat követjük, így a projekt eredményes megvalósítása és fenntartása problémamentes lesz. 6. A technológiai beruházásokban a projekt menedzsmentnek nagy tapasztalata van, már több ilyen projektet valósított meg. 7. Az eszköz újdonságtartalma, többlet értéke: képesek leszünk a versenytársaknál magasabb kapacitást kínálni, rövidebb határidőket és jobb minőséget. 8. megvalósuló projektelemek bemutatása: - HANWHA CNC AUTOMATIC LATHE "XE35" CNC Eszterga: Célunk a profil bővítése csőcsatlakozó gyártással, amelyre jelentős piaci igény mutatkozik. Segítségével az árbevételünk 25 %-al emelkedhet. - Vákuumos eljárással működő felület tisztító gép: A beszerzendő eszterga által gyártott termékek felület tisztításához szükséges eszköz. A beszállító intergrátorok és a közvetlen vevők elvárják a tiszta alkatrészt, azaz a hibátlan minőséget. - TM3001P – Optikai mikrométer rendszer (2 db): Az eszterga által előállított termék minőségét ellenőrzi, így biztosítva, hogy a beszállítói követelményeket maximálisan teljesítsük. 9, A projekt keretében megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermékek gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházás is megvalósul. A projekt megvalósítása után képesek leszünk olyan terméket is gyártani, amely megújuló energiát termelő eszközbe épül be, ez: beszerzendő esztergával csőcsatlakozót fogunk gyártani a Sapa cégnek, illetve az FHL Björn részére, amely az általuk gyártott napkollektor részét képző állvány része. 10, Vállalkozásunk Ipar 4.0 megoldást alkalmaz: rendelkezünk termelésirányítási rendszerrel (Hungarian)

Key steps of the project: our goal is to get a machine in which we have great experience. The project will be implemented by 25.12.2019. 4. Professional standards: in the course of development, we act in accordance with professional (ISO) standards. When selecting the equipment to be procured, we have selected known suppliers with a good service background. 5. to ensure and maintain the procedures, methods and professional standards that ensure the implementation of professional standards during the implementation of the project: During operation and implementation, we place great emphasis on the use of the established quality guidance system and follow the procedures required by the customers, so the effective implementation and maintenance of the project will be without problems. 6. In technology investments, project management has a lot of experience and has already implemented several of these projects. 7. Novelty and added value of the asset: we will be able to offer higher capacity than competitors, shorter deadlines and better quality. 8. Presentation of project elements: — Hanwha CNC AUTOMATIC Lathe “XE35” CNC Lathe: Our goal is to expand the profile with pipe connector production, for which there is a significant market demand. It will increase our turnover by 25 %. — Vacuum-operated surface cleaning machine: A tool for cleaning the surface of the products manufactured by the lathe to be procured. Supplier intergrators and direct customers expect clean parts, i.e. flawless quality. — TM3001P — Optical micrometer system (2 pcs): The quality of the product produced by the lathe is checked to ensure that the requirements of the supplier are met to the maximum. 9, The project also involves an investment in the production of final renewable energy products. After the project has been completed, we will be able to produce a product that is integrated into a renewable energy generating device, which is: with the lathe to be procured, we will produce a pipe connector for Sapa and FHL Björn, which is part of their solar collector rack. 10, Our company employs Industry 4.0 solution: we have a production management system (English)
