A Glory Home Kft. jelen pályázat keretében több célterületre kíván pályázatot benyújtani, mivel egy komplex fejlesztést szeretnénk végrehajtani. Ezek az alábbiak: Új eszközök, gépek beszerzése, új technológiai rendszerek és kapacitások kialakítása, Információs technológia-fejlesztés – hardver beszerzés, Információs technológia-fejlesztés – szoftver beszerzés. A projekt keretében az alábbi gépek és kiegészítő egységek kerülnek megvásárlásra: 1 db LAMIFLEX E 1320 Duplex oldószeres Lamináló gép, GS1200 hasító/redőző egység, hegesztő egység, címkéző egység. A projekt keretében kerül sor: olyan rendszer bevezetésére, amely a termelésből objektív módon gyűjtött adatok elemzésen és feldolgozásán alapuló, fejlett automatizáltságú intelligens termelés-rányitási és döntéstámogató rendszerrel (szenzoros, vagy berendezések vezérlésből közvetlenül szerzett adatokon alapuló). A bevezetésre kerülő rendszer az alábbi szoftverekből áll: Szoftverek: Logisztikai és gyáráskontrolling, Gyártáskövetés, Sarzsos nyomkövetés, Minőségellenőrzés, Selejtminősítés, selejtkövetés, Anyagdiszponálás, Gyártásjelentés, Automatikus adatgyűjtő és feldolgozó rendszer, Mobil. Gyártás (Mobil eszköz modul), Mobil.MEO (minőség-ellenőrzés modul mobil eszközre) A Glory Home Kft. a fejlesztés előkészítése során minden tételre 3 db árajánlatot kért be, amelyeket a pályázathoz csatoltunk. A projekt keretében az alábbi gépek és kiegészítő egységek kerülnek megvásárlásra: 1 db LAMIFLEX E 1320 Duplex oldószeres Lamináló gép, amelynek értéke: 213.350 EURO. A gép különböző típusú fóliákat vagy akár papírt (PE, BoPP, MetBopp, Aluminimum, PET stb.) képes társítani, azaz összeragasztani. Ennek eredményeképpen különböző tulajdonságú és képességű fóliák alakíthatóak ki, amelynek igen nagy jelentősége van az ipari csomagolás területén. Ezeket a termékeket az élelmiszeripari vállalkozások számára tudjuk majd értékesíteni, hiszen ők használnak nagy mennyiségben ilyen típusú fóliákat. A kiegészítő egység keretében az alábbi egységek kerülnek beszerzésre, amelynek értéke 135.000 EURO GS1200 hasító/redőző egység, amelynek segítségével pl. egy 1200 mm széles fólia tömlőből 2x600 mm-es redőzött fóliatömlőt állít elő. Így az eredetileg egy nagy széles fólia tömlő 2 pályán halad tovább kihasználva a gép teljes szélességét és a sebességi kapacitását. Hossz hegesztő egység: 2 hegesztő egység kerül beépítésre, amely gyakorlatilag megduplázza a teljesítményünket hiszen egy adott idő alatt 2-szer annyi hegesztést tud elvégezni a gép így 2-szer annyi terméket tudunk gyártani rajta. Ahhoz, hogy ezt a mennyiségű fóliát gyártani tudjuk dupla szélességben kell elkészítenünk a fóliát, ezért van szükség a redőző egységre. Címkéző egység: Az ilyen mértékben megnövekedett termelési mennyiséget nem tudjuk kézzel címkézni, ezért szükségünk van egy automata címkéző egységre, ami a gép végén gyártott rollokra címkét helyez, így a gépen elkészülő termékek címkézett állapotban kerülne le a gépre. Glory Home Kft. intends to submit a tender for several target areas within the framework of this tender, as we would like to implement a complex development. These are: Acquisition of new equipment, machinery, development of new technology systems and capacities, Information technology development — hardware acquisition, Information technology development — software procurement. The following machines and additional units will be purchased under the project: 1 Pcs LAMIFLEX E 1320 Duplex Solvent Laminating Machine, GS1200 Slitting/Closing Unit, Welding Unit, Labeling Unit. The project will: to introduce a system that is based on the analysis and processing of objectively collected data from production, with an advanced automated intelligent production opening and decision support system (based on data obtained directly from sensor or equipment control). The system to be introduced consists of the following software: Software: Logistics and factory control, production tracking, tight tracking, quality control, scrap certification, scrapping, material dissipation, production reporting, Automatic data collection and processing system, Mobile. Production (Mobile Device Module), Mobil.MEO (Quality Control Module for Mobile Device) Glory Home Kft. requested 3 quotations for each lot during the preparation of the development, which were attached to the tender. The following machines and additional units will be purchased under the project: 1 Pcs LAMIFLEX E 1320 Duplex Solvent Laminating Machine with a value of: EUR 213.350. The machine can associate or glue different types of foil or even paper (PE, Bopp, METBOPP, Aluminimum, PET, etc.). As a result, films of different characteristics and abilities can be formed, which is of great importance in the field of industrial packaging. We will be able to sell these products to food businesses, as they use large quantities of this type of foil. As part of the additional unit, the following units will be purchased, with a value of EUR 135,000 GS1200 slitting/breaking unit, using which, for example, a 1 200 mm wide film hose is used to produce a 2x600 mm folded foil hose. Thus, the originally a large wide foil hose in 2 tracks continues to take advantage of the overall width of the machine and its speed capacity. Length welding unit: 2 welding units are installed, which practically doubles our performance because the machine can do 2 times as much welding in a given time, so we can produce 2 times as many products on it. In order to produce this amount of foil, we have to make the foil in double width, which is why we need the folding unit. Label unit: We cannot label this amount of production by hand, so we need an automatic labeling unit that puts a label on the rolls produced at the end of the machine, so that the products made on the machine will be placed on the machine in a labelled state.
