Jelen projektünk keretében TEÁOR 2660'08 Elektronikus orvosi berendezés gyártása ágazati fókuszú fejlesztés valósul meg. 2015-ben éves nettó árbevételünk 92,59%-a orvostechnikai alkatrész, illetve orvostechnikai készülék értékesítésből származik. A beruházás során az alábbi eszköz beszerzését tervezzük, amely az alábbiakban ismertetett módon fogja növelni a gyártókapacitásunkat: - 1 db MAZAK Space Gear 510 Mk. II CNC vezérlésű 4Kw-os hibrid lézervágó berendezés. A beruházás a tapsonyi telephelyen valósul meg. A helyszín alkalmas a fejlesztés megvalósítására, üzembe helyezéshez szükséges infrastruktúra adott. Meglévő gépeink eléggé elavultak, a beszállítói státus erősítése érdekében feltétlenül szükséges azt fejleszteni. Képzett és gyakorlott szakembereinknek nagy tapasztalata van hasonló eszközök üzemeltetésében, így a beszerzendő eszközök használata nem fog problémát jelenteni. Így a kívánt szakmai színvonal elérése, ill. fenntartása akadálymentesen megoldható. A gépüzembe helyezésének hatása a hatékonyságra: - a modern gép gyorsabb megmunkálási időt tesz lehetővé rövidebb határidőkkel - nő a bevétel és biztosabbá válik a vevők kiszolgálása - nő a vágási pontosság, ezáltal javul a gyártott termékek minőség, gyártás megbízhatósága. A fejlesztés megvalósítását követően a jelenleginél jobb minőséget és nagyobb termelékenységet tudunk elérni. Az eddigiekben önerőből megszereztük az ISO 9001:2001 és a ISO 14001:2005 szabványokat, tovább szeretnénk javítani a minőségi és logisztikai mutatóinkat a vevőknél. Az új eszköz segítségével 2D megmunkálás helyett már 3D megmunkálást is tudunk végezni, zártszelvények, csövek precíziós, nagy pontosságú vágását is el tudjuk végezni. A technológiai várható elavulási ideje: 12-15 év. A fejlesztés következtében az adott termékek feldolgozottsági szintje magasabb lesz. A beruházásnak köszönhetően a vállalkozás stratégiai célja piaci pozíciójának megőrzése, ill. javítása, valamint a versenyképesség feltételeinek fenntartása, és ennek érdekében az ügyfelek magas színvonalú kiszolgálása naprakész, innovatív technológiák alkalmazásával, mind hozzáadott érték növekedési mind export-növekedési potenciált eredményez. A tartalmi értékelési szempontok közül az alábbiak vonatkoznak vállalkozásunkra, projektünkre: a) nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező KKVnak minősül vállalkozásunk; támogatási kérelem benyújtását megelőző lezárt üzleti években kimutatott nettó árbevételünk 2015-ben 6%-kal meghaladta a 2013-as bázis értékét. b) exportorientált KKV: utolsó 3 lezárt üzleti évben teljes éves árbevételünk 79,6-82,3%-a export tevékenységből származik 18) A benyújtásakor rendelkezünk érvényes környezet- (ISO 14001) és minőségirányítási (ISO 9001; DIN EN ISO 3834-2) rendszerrel 19) cégünk alkalmaz IPAR 4.0 megoldást. A kérelemhez csatolt érvényes szoftverfelhasználói szerződés és szállító nyilatkozat alapján teljesíti a Felhívás termelés-irányítási, termelés-programozási rendszerrel szemben támasztott követelményeinek (Hungarian)

Within the framework of this project, TEÁOR 2660'08 Production of electronic medical equipment is being developed with a sectoral focus. 92.59 % of our annual net turnover in 2015 comes from sales of medical components and medical devices. In the course of the investment, we plan to purchase the following equipment, which will increase our production capacity as described below: — 1 Pcs MAZAK Space Gear 510 Mk. II CNC-controlled 4Kw hybrid laser cutting equipment. The investment will be carried out on the site in tapsony. The site is suitable for the implementation of the development, the infrastructure required for commissioning is given. Our existing machines are quite outdated, and it is absolutely necessary to develop it in order to strengthen the status of supplier. Our trained and experienced professionals have extensive experience in operating similar devices, so the use of the tools to be procured will not be a problem. Thus, it is possible to achieve or maintain the desired professional standards in an unobstructed way. Effect of installation of machinery on efficiency: — the modern machine allows faster machining time with shorter deadlines — revenue increases and customer service becomes more secure — cutting accuracy increases, thereby improving the quality and reliability of the manufactured products. Once the development has been completed, we can achieve better quality and higher productivity than at present. So far, we have obtained the ISO 9001:2001 and ISO 14001:2005 standards from our own resources, and we would like to further improve our quality and logistics indicators at customers. With the help of the new tool we can perform 3D machining instead of 2D machining, we can also perform precision, high-precision cutting of closed sections and pipes. Expected technology obsolescence time: 12-15 years. As a result of the development, the level of processing of the products will be higher. Thanks to the investment, the strategic objective of the company is to maintain or improve its position in the market and to maintain the conditions of competitiveness, and to this end, the high-quality service of customers, using up-to-date, innovative technologies, leads to both added value growth and export growth potential. The following criteria apply to our company and project: a) our enterprise is considered to be an SME with a high growth potential; in 2015 our net turnover in the closed business years preceding the submission of the aid application exceeded the value of the 2013 base by 6 %. b) Export-oriented SMEs: in the last 3 closed business years 79.6-82.3 % of our total annual turnover comes from export activities 18) At the time of submission we have valid environment (ISO 14001) and quality management (ISO 9001; DIN EN ISO 3834-2 system 19) our company uses IPAR 4.0 solution. Fulfils the requirements of the Call for Production Management and Production Programming System on the basis of a valid software user contract and supplier’s declaration attached to the application (English)
