A projektünk kizárólag új termelőeszköz beszerzésére irányul, nem kapcsolódik hozzá más, a támogatás által érintett projektelem. A fejlesztés részletes szakmai tartalma: 1 db csőhajlító gép beszerzése és 1 db lézervágó berendezés beszerzése TEÁOR 25.11. fémszerkezetek gyártásunkhoz kapcsolódóan. A fenti berendezések beszerzésével fejlesztjük gyártóképességünket, így képesek leszünk az eddig nem teljesíthető és/vagy új típusú megperzselések telesítésére, amely így létszámmegtartást, árbevétel-növekedést és piaci pozíciónk megerősítését, javítását eredményezi. A projekt keretében beszerzendő berendezések az alábbi magas feldolgozottsági szintű termékek jönnek létre: 1. Csőhajlító gép: segítségével képesek leszünk akár 3000 mm hosszú és 42 mm átmérőjű csövek megmunkálására, gyors hajlítására is max 150 mm sugárral. Ez növeli a gyártókapacitásunkat, csökkenti a ciklusidőket (kb. 15%-kal), ezáltal lehetővé teszi jobb ár-érték arányú termékek sorozat gyártását. 2. Lézervágó berendezés: A gép szinte minden fém hegesztésére és vágására alkalmas 3 dimenzióban. A felső kategóriás 4000W-os lézer akár 22 mm anyagvastagságú munkadarabok megmunkálása alkalmas, az előállítható geometriák száma gyakorlatilag végtelen, a jelenlegi lehetőségeinkhez képeset kb. 30%-kal több. Segítésgével termékeink megfelelnek a legszigorúbb DIN szabványok szerinti pontossági osztályoknak is. Az akár 0,1mm pontosság teljesítése hozzájárul az exportképesség növeléséhez. A fenti gépbeszerzési tevékenységek által tovább javul jelenlegi piaci helyzetünk, közvetlen exporttevékenységünk (kb. 5%-os növekedést várunk), és közvetett exporttevékenységünk, mely a megrendelőinken (pl. IKEA, Bosch, BHG, Remy) keresztül realizálódik, így a világ számos országába eljutnak az új lézerrendszer és hajlítógép segítségével előállított termékeink. (Hungarian)

Our project is exclusively aimed at the acquisition of new production equipment, and there is no other project element covered by the aid. Detailed professional content of the development: Purchase of 1 pipe bending machine and purchase of 1 laser cutting equipment related to our production of metal structures TEÁOR 25.11. By purchasing the above equipment, we improve our production capacity, so we will be able to saturate the previously unfulfilled and/or new types of scorching, resulting in staff retention, increased sales and strengthening and improving our market position. The equipment to be procured under the project will produce the following products with a high level of processing: 1. Pipe bending machines: it allows us to machine pipes up to 3 000 mm long and 42 mm in diameter, and to bend quickly with a radius of up to 150 mm. This increases our production capacity, reduces cycle times (by about 15 %) and thus enables the production of better value-for-money products in series. 2. Laser cutting equipment: The machine is suitable for welding and cutting almost all metals in 3 dimensions. The high-end 4000 W laser is suitable for machining workpieces with a material thickness of up to 22 mm, the number of geometries that can be produced is virtually endless, and our current possibilities are about 30 % more. With its help, our products meet the strictest DIN standards of accuracy classes. Meeting an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm contributes to increasing exportability. Through the above-mentioned machinery procurement activities, our current market position is further improved, our direct export activity (we expect an increase of about 5 %) and our indirect export activity, which is realised through our customers (e.g. IKEA, Bosch, BHG, Remy), so that our products produced using the new laser system and bending machine will reach many countries of the world.
