A projekt műszaki szakmai tartalma Tervezői informatikai kapacitás bővítése 6 fő mérnökirodai mérnök részére: • 1 db Solid Edge Classic ST7 3D tervező szoftver (emelt szint) • 5 db Solid Edge Foundation ST7 3D tervező szoftver (normál szint) • 6 db hordozható számítógép (SOLID EDGE kompatibilis) HP ZBook 15 FOU60EA 15,6” notebook • 6 db monitor LG 27MP35HQ-B IPS HDMI, 27” képernyő mérettel A szoftverek és számítógépek beszerzésével 6 fős mérnökirodánk teljes kompatibilitással lesz képes csatlakozni partnereink tervező és műszaki részlegeihez, illetve saját tervezői feladatinkat legális szoftverekkel és a maihoz képest dupla sebességgel leszünk képesek végezni. 2db egyforma CNC megmunkáló központ, gyártórészleg részére: • gyártó iMachine egyedi(Koh) megmunkáló központ • megmunkálási mérettartomány 1000x1500x500 mm • pontosság 0,02 mm • főorsó 7,5 kW, 9000 ford/perc • megmunkálási tengelyek száma: 3 • vezérlés NCT A megmunkáló központok beszerzésével a jelenlegi CNC vezérelt gép kapacitásunk mintegy 70%-al bővül, azonban a kialakuló géppark már lehetővé teszi a 3 műszakos termelés elindítását, így a jelenlegi megmunkálási kapacitásunk több mint megduplázódik, ami alapját képezi a gépelem/alkatrész beszállításunk illetve automatizálási projektjeink mennyiségének megduplázásának, amire folyamatos piaci igénnyel rendelkezünk. Új sűrített levegő rendszer kiépítése: • 1 db CUBESD 1010TAC csavarkompresszor o (műszaki jellemzők: 7,5 kW, 1050l/perc, 10 bar) • 1 db levegő tartály 500l, 11 bar • 1 db hűtveszárító ED72 1200l/perc • 120m levegő rendszer, 14 leállás tartozékokkal, szűrőkkel Az új megmunkáló központokat nem köthetjük a meglévő levegő hálózatunkra, mely mennyiségben kialakításban és levegő minőségben is elmarad a mai kor követelményeitől és a szükséges mennyiségtől. A hálózat cseréje és bővítése nélkül a továbblépésünk elképzelhetetlen. (Hungarian)

By purchasing software and computers, our 6-person engineering office will be able to connect to our partners’ design and technical departments with full compatibility, and we will be able to perform our own design tasks with legal software and double speed compared to today. 2pcs for the same CNC machining center, manufacturing department: • manufacturer iMachine custom(Koh) machining center • machining size range 1000x1500x500 mm • accuracy 0.02 mm • main spindle 7.5 kW, 9 000 rpm • number of machining axes: 3 • control NCT With the acquisition of machining centres, the current CNC-controlled machine capacity will increase by about 70 %, however, the emerging machine fleet already allows the start of 3-shift production, so our current machining capacity is more than doubled, which is the basis for the doubling of the quantity of our machine element/part supply and automation projects, for which we have a continuous market demand. Building a new compressed air system: • 1 pcs CUBESD 1010TAC screw compressor o (technical characteristics: 7.5 kW, 1 050 l/min, 10 bar) • 1 pcs air tank 500 l, 11 bar • 1 refrigerated dryer ED72 1 200 l/min • 120 m air system, 14 stops with accessories and filters The new machining centres cannot be connected to our existing air network, in which quantity, in design and air quality, it falls short of today’s requirements and quantity. Without the exchange and expansion of the network, our progress is unthinkable. (English)
