A projekt 1 db Global Silver mérőgép beszerzését tartalmazza. Ez a legújabb HEXAGON Metrology gyártmányú nagy pontosságú koordináta mérőgép, mely 20 %-kal kevesebb alkatrészből áll, mint versenytársai. A gép mozgó hídszerkezete garantálja a mérőgép optimális szilárdságát és a nem kíván speciális gépalapozást. A gép jellemzője a nagy mérési pontosság, valamint nem mellékesen, az egyik legnagyobb darab átbocsájtású mérési teljesítmény a világpiacon. Az új fejlesztésű vezérlésnek köszönhető, hogy a GLOBAL Silver mérőgép a mérőfejek több típusát képes használni a mérésekhez. Ezek: kapcsoló típusú fej, analóg típusú fej (folyamatos szkenning), érintés nélküli fejek (lézer, stb.). Az ún. AUTOTUNE funkció csökkenti az interpolációs hibákat. A mérőgép vezérlése ún. Adapzive Scanning funkcóval rendelkezik, mely a méretek, tűrések, tapintó, stb. figyelembe vételével automatikusan optimalizálja a szkennelést, hogy a leggyorsabban és legpontosabban mérjen be a gép egy adott alakzatot. The project includes the purchase of 1 Global Silver Measuring Machine. This is the newest Hexagon Metrology high-precision coordinate measuring machine with 20 % fewer components than its competitors. The moving bridge structure of the machine guarantees the optimal strength of the measuring machine and does not require special machine foundation. The machine is characterised by high measurement accuracy and, not incidentally, one of the largest throughput measurement performance on the world market. Thanks to the newly developed control system, the GLOBAL Silver measuring machine can use multiple types of measuring heads. These are: switch type head, analog type head (continuous scanning), contactless heads (laser, etc.). The so-called autotune function reduces interpolation errors. The measuring machine has a so-called Adapzive Scanning function, which automatically optimises scanning, taking into account the dimensions, tolerances, tactile, etc., so that the machine can measure a particular shape as quickly and accurately as possible.
