A projekt során beszerzésre kerülő eszköz: 1 db FLEXO 1000 nyomdagép alapfelszereltséggel, tartozékokkal, kiegészítőkkel. Típus: OK280. Az ár tartalmazza a szállítást, beüzemelést és betanítást is. VTSZ: 8443, új, 2015-ös gyártás. A szállítás/gyártás megrendelést, előleg kifizetését követően történik. Időtartama: 6-10 hónap. A költség tervezése során a Varga-Flexo Kft. árajánlata került figyelembevételre. Indokoltság: a beszerzendő gép társaságunknál eddig 8 színben nem gyártott tekercses csomagolóanyag - új termék - előállítását teszi lehetővé. Az eszköz termelésbeli kapacitása nem számszerűsíthető, mechanikai sebessége: 25-300 m/min. Egyéb tulajdonság: nyomóművek száma 8 db, nyomathossz: 300-900 mm, tekercsszélesség: 300-1100 mm. A beszerzés vonatkozásában közbeszerzési eljárást nem kell folytatnunk. Az árajánlat-kéréseknél törekedtünk az ár/érték arányok optimalizálására. A szállítandó eszköz új. Beszerzésnél hangsúlyos szempont: a berendezés minősége, a beüzemelés megfelelő színvonalú vállalása, a garanciális feltételek megfelelőssége, a fenntartáshoz kapcsolódóan a rendszeres és a meghibásodásokból felmerülő szervizek gyors, szakszerű, és kedvezményes biztosítása. Equipment to be procured during the project: 1 FLEXO 1000 printing machine with standard equipment, accessories and accessories. Type: OK280. The price includes transportation, installation and training. HEADING 1: 8443, new production in 2015. Delivery/manufacturing takes place after an order has been made, advance payment has been made. Duration: Six to ten months. The price offer of Varga-Flexo Kft. was taken into account during the planning of the cost. Justification: the machine to be procured so far enables the production of roll packaging material — a new product — not produced in 8 colours. The production capacity of the asset is not quantifiable, mechanical speed: 25-300 m/min. Other property: number of printing works 8, print length: 300-900 mm, coil width: 300-1 100 mm. We do not need to continue a procurement procedure for procurement. We tried to optimise the price/value ratios at the request of quotations. The device to be delivered is new. For procurement, emphasis is given: the quality of the equipment, the proper quality of the installation, the compliance of the warranty conditions, the rapid, professional and discounted provision of regular and repair services arising from failures in connection with the maintenance.
