A Kész-Gép Kft. a projekt megvalósítása során a következő műszaki berendezések beszerzését tervezi: 1. Szerszámgyártó technológia fejlesztése két darab Masturn 550i CNC esztergagép beszerzésével. A CNC esztergapad a Cseh szerszámgépipar minőségi terméke. Rendelkezik minden olyan funkcióval , az egyedi és kis sorozatú gyártáshoz szükséges. Munkatartománya, d 550x 1600 mm , megfelelő a cégünknél előforduló alkatrészek elkészítéséhez. Teljesítménye, valamint gyorsjárati és munkameneti sebessége hatékony munkát tesz lehetővé. A CNC esztergagép Heidenhain Manual Plus 620 vezérléssel van ellátva. Ez a vezérlés nagyon jól támogatja az egyedi szerszámgyártás programozását. 2. A Kész-Gép Kft. infrastruktúrájának fejlesztése 50 KW-os naperőmű megvásárlásával és rendszerbe állításával. A naperőmű 50 KW-os teljesítményű. Az átlagos besugárzási adatok alapján a várható villamos energia termelés 55.000-60.000 KWó évente. A naperőmű 200 db napelemből áll. A napelemek által megtermelt villamos áramot három darab invertel alakítja át 400 V-os háromfázisú árammá. A naperőmű csatlakozik a meglévő hálózatunkhoz. A villamos energia elszámolása a hálózati szolgáltatónkkal kötendő szerződés és a speciális mérőberendezés alapján történik. (Hungarian)

Don-Gép Kft. plans to purchase the following technical equipment during the implementation of the project: 1. Development of tool manufacturing technology by purchasing two masturn 550i CNC lathes. CNC lathe is a quality product of Czech machine tool industry. It has all the functions required for individual and small series production. Its working range, d 550x 1 600 mm, is suitable for the production of parts in our company. Its performance, speed and speed enable efficient work. The CNC lathe is equipped with Heidenhain Manual Plus 620 control. This control supports the programming of custom tool production very well. 2. Development of the infrastructure of Don-Gép Kft. by purchasing and installing a 50 KW solar power plant. The solar power plant is 50 KW. Based on average irradiation data, the expected electricity generation is 55,000-60,000 KW per year. The solar power plant consists of 200 solar panels. The electricity generated by solar panels is converted into 400 V three-phase electricity by three inverts. The solar power plant is connected to our existing network. Electricity is accounted for on the basis of a contract to be concluded with our network supplier and a special metering device. (English)
