A projekt keretében az alábbi berendezések beszerzése valósul meg: 2 db TRANSSTEEL 3500 hegesztőgép Jellemzők: Négygörgős előtoló, Mikroprocesszor vezérlés, Végdőgáz előmelegítő csatlakozó, Túlmelegedés jelző, Polaritás váltó, Csúszásmentes huzalelőtolás, Ponthegesztés, Fűzőhegesztés, Visszaégési idő beállítás, Gáz előáramlás beállítás, Ponthegesztési idő beállítás, Fűzőhegesztési idő beállítás, Hegesztési áram beállítás. 1 db KEMPER 91 1500 250 típusú központi elszívórendszer A rendszer alkalmas 4 hegesztő munkahely, 3 csiszolóasztal és 4 ponton a csiszológépek elszívásra, 100 % -os egyidejűséggel számolva. Elszívó- és szűrőberendezés beépített ventilátorral, automata, porterhelés függő szűrőtisztítással, Siemens Simaticvezérléssel és PTFE-membránszűrővel rendelkezik. Ez a berendezés egy olyan következetes továbbfejlesztés eredménye, amely az új munkabiztonsági szabványok alapján történt. Ideális megoldást nyújt a káros anyagok maximális és tartós elszívására és szűrésére. Egy optimálisan összehangolt tisztítórendszer préslevegő segítségével rotációs fúvókákon keresztül garantálja a megfelelő szívóteljesítményt még a tisztítási folyamat alatt is. A SIEMENS SPR diagnosztikai- és vezérlő rendszer gondoskodik a berendezés valamennyi funkciójának vezérléséről és üzemközbeni felügyeletéről. 1 db ALUP SCK 30-10 Plus csavarkompresszor hűtveszárítóval, vonali szűrővel Az ALUP SCK berendezések rendkívül alacsony zajszinttel rendelkeznek. Minőségi villanymotorral és elektronikai alkatrészekkel vannak szerelve. Ékszíjhajtásának köszönhetően a gépszekrény mérete helytakarékos. Air Control 5.1 mikroprocesszoros vezérlőpanelen minden információ lekérhető, beállítható, akár üzem közben is a kompresszorról, illetve összekapcsolva egymás vezérlése, kommunikációja is megoldott. Napi szinten többször is programozható a gép automata indítása, leállítása. A kompresszorhoz a pályázó telephelyéhez közeli, debreceni szerviz áll rendelkezésre. (Hungarian)

Extraction and filtration equipment has built-in fan, automatic dust load dependent filter cleaning, Siemens Simatic control and PTFE membrane filter. This equipment is the result of a consistent further development based on new safety standards at work. It is an ideal solution for maximum and durable extraction and filtration of harmful substances. An optimally coordinated cleaning system with press air guarantees proper suction performance through rotary nozzles even during the cleaning process. The SIEMENS SPR diagnostic and control system ensures the control and in-service monitoring of all functions of the equipment. 1 pcs ALUP SCK 30-10 Plus screw compressor with refrigerated dryer, line filter ALUP SCK equipment has an extremely low noise level. They are equipped with high-quality electric motors and electronic components. Thanks to its V-belt drive, the size of the cabinet is space-saving. On the Air Control 5.1 microprocessor control panel, all information can be retrieved, configured, even during operation from the compressor, and connected to each other’s control and communication. The automatic start and stop of the machine can be programmed several times a day. There is a service in Debrecen close to the applicant’s premises for the compressor. (English)
