A támogatást igénylő a Tokaji Múzeum (TM), mely területi múzeum, alapvető tevékenységét Alapító okirata határozza meg. A fejlesztés helyszíne az 1790-ben épült copf stílusú műemléki polgárház. Tokaj történelmi múltja lehetővé teszi, hogy a TM mind a történelem, mind az irodalom, mind a földrajz, illetve hon- és népismeret óráknak egy olyan szemléltető bázisává váljon, ahol a diák az elméleti tananyaghoz kézzel fogható kiegészítést kap. Mivel a TM egyik épületében sincs kialakítva oktatási tér és nem rendelkezik az ehhez szükséges infrastruktúrával, ezért a projekt célja a felhívás adta lehetőségeket kihasználva komplex szolgáltatási tér létrehozása. A 21. század egyik trendje, hogy a múzeum úgynevezett 3. térré váljon a lakás és a munkahely, iskola mellett. Ezt szem előtt tartva korszerű, a diákok és felnőttek igényeinek megfelelően kialakított tudományos-információs „kuckóval” arra törekszünk, hogy látogatóink kellemes szabadidős helyszínként használják a TM-et. A projektben kialakított virtuális pontokon játékos tanulást biztosítva elősegítjük a helyi, egyedi, digitalizált kulturális örökségi értékekhez való hozzáférést. A műemléki kertben kialakításra kerülő szabadtéri foglalkoztató célja a múzeumi interpretációs tevékenységnek olyan helyszínt alakítsunk ki, melyben a hozzánk érkező vendégeink kellemes környezetben tudják tudásukat gyarapítani. A projekt célcsoportját a Tokaji járás, kiemelten pedig Tokaj város lakosait tekintjük. Ezen belül is elsősorban a köznevelési intézmények tanulóit és dolgozóit, a szakiskolák és speciális szakiskolák tanulóit és pedagógusait, valamint a fogyatékkal élőket. A fejlesztés helye a műemléki épület kertje és az onnan nyíló pince kihasználatlan szárnya, amelyeket az 1. tevékenységtípus keretében kívánunk fejleszteni és a körülményekhez igazodó fizikai és infokommunikációs akadálymentesítést biztosítani. Mivel városunk és a térség fő bevételi forrása a szőlőművelés, borkészítés volt, így egy aszúpincében kialakított múzeumpedagógia foglalkoztató tér igen stílusos és látványos helyszín lesz. Az épület műemléki státusza miatt azonban minden olyan beavatkozást kerülünk, ami veszélyeztetné az épület szerkezeteit. A teljes múzeum területén egyedül a kertben oldható meg az akadálymentes megközelíthetőség, ezért a kert bejáratának közvetlen közelében alakítunk ki egy könnyen megközelíthető szabadtéri foglalkoztatót. Fa anyagú pódium terasz épül a kerthez vezető ajtóhoz, egy szintben a kapubejáróval, s a lépcső vezet le a kert alacsonyabban fekvő részeihez, a pódium fallal nem érintkező oldalain átlátszó korlát biztosítja a leesés elleni védelmet. A növényzet megújítása mellett a kert átalakításának fő célja a múzeumi rendezvények, oktatást és ismeretterjesztést szolgáló tevékenységek számára megfelelő hely biztosítása. A kertben lévő hátsó pince tetejének sík felületén egy ideiglenesen árnyékolható színpadot alakítunk ki. A nézőtér az előző kertfelújítás során már elkészült. A színpadra való feljutást a pincefalhoz simuló lépcső teszi lehetővé. Mivel a térség népi gasztronómiája igen gazdag, ezért indokolt a kemence elhelyezése a múzeumkert kerítésfala mellett. Tokajban két középiskolában van szakács képzés, az intézmények oktatását támogatjuk, segítve a tájjellegű, hagyományos ételek elkészítését. A műemléki kertben kialakított foglalkoztató tér akár 80 fő befogadására is alkalmas. Az aszúpincében egy beltéri foglalkoztató termet, ún. Info-kuckót alakítunk ki. A terem 15 fő befogadására alkalmas, mesterségesen megvilágított természetes szellőzéssel rendelkezik, a fűthetőség miatt egy tölgyfa ajtó lezárást kap. A belső pinceág legbelső terme lesz a manuális foglalkoztatótér, amely sokféle módon alakítható munkaterületet biztosít. A beltéri foglalkoztatóba 15 fő részére tölgyfa hordóból kialakított székek és asztalok, nyitott és zárható tölgyfa polcok kerülnek elhelyezésre. A belső pinceág középső tere beépített szekrényeknek ad helyet, ahol a szőlőművelés, a borkészítés eszközeit bemutató makettek és néhány ülőalkalmatosság kerülnek elhelyezésre. Mivel egy alapterületen, de külön légtérben található a szüreti eszközöket bemutató kiállítással, ezért erre építve tabletek segítségével a napjainkban divatos ún. virtuális kiterjesztéssel bővül a kiállítási anyag, fejlesztve a foglalkozásokon résztvevők hagyományos és digitális kompetenciáit. Az épület műemléki jellege kevés lehetőséget biztosít a fizikai akadálymentesítésre, ezért a elsősorban az infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés korszerű lehetőségeit használjuk ki. Teljesítjük a tájékoztatási és nyilvánossági kötelezettségeinket. Teljesítjük a beszerzésekhez kapcsolódó elvárásokat. A 2 fős projektmenedzsment szervezet mellett a szakmai megvalósításban 3 fő saját munkatárs vesz részt. A kiépített kapacitásokat legalább 5 évig fenntartjuk, a kialakított beltéri és kültéri foglalkoztató terekben a projekt fenntartási időszakában évente min. 150 fő számára szervezünk informális, nem formális tanulási programokat. The Tokaj Museum (TM), which is a regional museum, is defined by its founding document. The site of the development is the Ponyf-style civil house built in 1790. Tokaj’s historical past allows the TM to become an illustrative base for both history, literature, geography and national and folklore classes, where the student receives a tangible addition to the theoretical curriculum. Since there is no educational space in any of the TM buildings and there is no infrastructure for this, the project aims to create a complex service space using the possibilities of the call. One of the trends of the 21st century is that the museum becomes a so-called 3 rd square next to the apartment and the workplace, next to school. With this in mind, we strive to use TM as a pleasant leisure venue with a modern science-information cubicle designed to meet the needs of students and adults. We promote access to local, unique, digitised cultural heritage values by providing playful learning at the virtual points developed in the project. The purpose of the open-air employer set up in the historic garden is to create a place for interpretation activities in the museum, in which our guests can improve their knowledge in a pleasant environment. The target group of the project is the Tokaj district and, above all, the inhabitants of the town of Tokaj. In particular, students and employees of public education institutions, students and teachers from vocational schools and specialised vocational schools, as well as people with disabilities. The site of development is the unutilised wing of the garden of the historic building and the cellar opening from there, which we intend to develop in the framework of activity type 1 and provide physical and infocommunication accessibility adapted to the circumstances. Since our city and the region’s main source of income was viticulture and winemaking, a museum pedagogical space created in the aszú cellar will be a very stylish and spectacular location. However, due to the historic status of the building, we avoid any interference that would jeopardise the structures of the building. In the whole area of the museum, accessible access is only possible in the garden, so we have an easily accessible open-air employer in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the garden. A wooden podium terrace is built for the door leading to the garden, on the same level as the gateway, and the stairs lead down to the lower parts of the garden, the sides of the podium that do not come into contact with the wall provide a transparent barrier to protect against falling. In addition to the renewal of the vegetation, the main purpose of the refurbishment of the garden is to provide a suitable place for museum events, education and awareness-raising activities. On the flat surface of the top of the back cellar in the garden we create a temporary shading stage. The auditorium has already been completed during the previous refurbishment of the garden. Access to the stage is made possible by a staircase smoothing against the cellar wall. As the region’s folk gastronomy is very rich, it is appropriate to place the oven next to the fence wall of the Museum Garden. In Tokaj, two secondary schools have training for cooks, we support the education of the institutions, helping to prepare traditional dishes of local character. The employing space created in the historic garden can accommodate up to 80 people. In the asú cellar we create an indoor employing room called Info-cucket. The room is equipped with artificially illuminated natural ventilation suitable for 15 people, and an oak door is closed for heating. The inner room of the inner cellar will be the manual employment space, which provides a workspace that can be shaped in a variety of ways. For 15 people, chairs and tables made of oak barrels, open and lockable oak shelves are placed in the indoor workplace. The central space of the inner cellar provides a place for built-in cabinets, where vine cultivation, models of wine making tools and some seating facilities are placed. Since it is located on a floor area but in a separate airspace with an exhibition presenting vintage equipment, based on this, tablets are used to expand the exhibition material with the help of the so-called “virtual extension” of today’s fashion, developing the traditional and digital competences of the participants in the workshops. The monumental nature of the building provides little opportunities for physical accessibility, therefore we use the modern possibilities of ICT accessibility. We fulfil our information and publicity obligations. We meet the requirements of procurement. In addition to the 2-person project management organisation, 3 staff members participate in the professional implementation.
