Infrastructural development of learning spaces of the Primary School of Szendreád (Q3902813)

A Kazincbarcikai Tankerületi Központhoz tartozó Szendrőládi Általános Iskola az ország egyik leghátrányosabb helyzetű járásában található. A projekt célja olyan országos viszonylatnak megfelelő tanulási környezetet biztosítása a célcsoport számára, ahol minőségi oktatásban, értékközvetítő, támogató nevelésben részesülhetnek a tanulók. Amennyiben az érintett intézmény iskolai infrastruktúráját nem sikerül felújítani, akkor tovább nő a település és az érintett tanulók hátrányos helyzete. Az oktatás területén jelentkező városi elszívó hatás a település valamennyi mutatójára kedvezőtlen hatást gyakorol. A tornaterem állagából és a fűtés problematikából eredően az intézményben tovább növekszik a balesetveszély, és az egészségkárosító hatások mértéke és tovább folytatódik a folyamatos leszakadás. A fejlesztés tárgya a tornaterem felújítása, amely mára a 2010-ben felújított iskola közel 30 éves elavult épületrésszé vált. A korábbi évek, évtizedek infrastrukturális fejlesztései a tornatermet nem érintették. A tornaterem jelen állapotában a NAT által bevezetett mindennapos testnevelés igényeit nem tudja kiszolgálni. Nagyon fontos, hogy eleget tenni a gyermekek mindennapos mozgásának, megfelelő fizikai állapotuk kialakításának. A jelenlegi tornaterem a tantervi előírásoknak nem képes megfelelni. Jelenleg 16 tanulócsoport van, ami várhatóan növekedni fog a demográfiai mutatók alapján. Ez heti 80 testnevelés órát és sporttal kapcsolatos tevékenységet jelent. Tehát a tornaterem kihasználtsága maximális, reggeltől estig történik beosztás szerint. Elengedhetetlenül szükséges tehát a felújítása, Európai Uniós elvárásoknak megfeleltetése. A jelenlegi, nem megfelelő műszaki állapotok miatt az alábbi felújítások elvégzése indokolt: 1. tornaterem és kiszolgálóhelyiségeinek felújítása A felújítás keretében megvalósul az épület belső fa nyílászáróinak cseréje. A tornaterem meglévő fa sportpadlóját felcsiszolni és újralakkozni szükséges. Megvalósul a tetőhéjazat, lécezés, csapadékcsatornázás teljes cseréje és a komplett villamos hálózat felújítása új lámpatestekkel, szerelvényekkel a tornateremben és kiszolgáló helyiségekben. A kiszolgálóhelyiségekben teljes belső szakipari felújítás történik új burkolatokkal, festéssel, víz-, szennyvíz hálózat cseréjével, új vizes berendezésekkel. A tornateremben új labdafogó védőháló létesítésére kerül sor. 2. a tornaterem épületének energetikai korszerűsítése Megvalósul a komplett fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése új vezetékekkel, radiátorokkal, új kombi gáz kazánnal, új kéménnyel, új kazánház kialakítással a tornatermi épületen belül az energiahatékonyság érdekében. A homlokzatra és a padlás szintre hőszigetelés készítése. Megvalósul a meglévő homlokzati nyílászárók cseréje új korszerű műanyag nyílászárókra. 3. az tornaterem akadálymentesítésének kialakítása, infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés kiépítése Az intézmény elérhetősége javul, egyenlő hozzáférés és esélyegyenlőség biztosítottá válik, jogszabályoknak való megfelelés biztostított. 4. födémhibák és beázások kezelése A födém felújításra kerül, ezáltal megszűnnek a beázásból eredő károk, gazdaságosabb lesz a működtetés, biztosítottá válnak a jogszabályban előírt követelmények, megszűnik az egészségkárosító hatás Társadalmi igényekhez való hozzájárulás: -egyenlő hozzáférés, esélyegyenlőség biztosítása, a mindennapos testnevelésnek megfelelő helyszín feladat ellátására alkalmas tornaterem biztosítása -egészséges és biztonságos környezet biztosítása, oktatási körülmények javulnak, a mindennapos testnevelésnek megfelelő helyszín feladat ellátására alkalmas tornaterem biztosítása A projekt megvalósítása során pedagógiai eszközök beszerzése is megvalósul, a fejlesztés sikeres megvalósítását a kapcsolódó szakértők és szolgáltatók segítik. Előkészítés során: Szakmai terv, Műszaki háttérdokumentum, és további Háttértanulmányok/elemzések készültek. Közbeszerzéssel kerül kiválasztásra a kivitelező. A megvalósítási során folyamatos lesz: Projektmenedzsment, Szakmai vezetés, Műszaki ellenőrzés, Marketing, kommunikáció biztosítása és a Kötelező nyilvánosság biztosítása. A projekt célja olyan infrastrukturális fejlesztés megvalósulása, melynek eredményeképpen fokozhatjuk a fejlesztéssel érintett iskola eredményességét, emelni tudjuk az általuk nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségének színvonalát, megteremthetjük a tanulók fejlesztését megalapozó minőségi és biztonságos infrastrukturális környezetet. A projekt megvalósításával egyértelműen növekedne az intézmény tanulóinak esélyegyenlősége. Cél, hogy az intézményben a helyi szükségletnek megfelelő fejlesztés megvalósításával az intézmény feladatainak ellátását, céljainak elérését támogató egészséges és biztonságos környezet jöjjön létre, ezáltal is csökkenjen az intézmény tanulói lemorzsolódása és a szakterületet érintően a korszerű nevelés-oktatás feltételrendszere a tanulók, szülők és pedagógusok számára elérhető közelségbe kerüljön. The Primary School of Szendreád, belonging to the Kazincbarcika School Center, is located in one of the most disadvantaged districts in the country. The aim of the project is to provide the target group with a learning environment appropriate to the national context, where pupils can receive quality education, value mediating and supportive education. If the school infrastructure of the institution concerned is not refurbished, the disadvantaged situation of the municipality and the pupils concerned will continue to increase. The urban extraction effect in the field of education has a negative impact on all indicators of the municipality. Due to the structure of the gymnasium and the heating problem, the risk of accidents in the institution continues to increase, and the extent of the adverse health effects and the continued fallout continues. The subject of the development is the renovation of the gym, which has now become an outdated building gap of almost 30 years old at the school renovated in 2010. The infrastructural developments of previous years and decades did not affect the gym. The gym as it stands is unable to meet the needs of everyday physical education introduced by NAT. It is very important to meet the daily movement of children, to develop their physical condition. The current gym is not able to meet the syllabus requirements. There are currently 16 study groups, which are expected to increase on the basis of demographic indicators. This means 80 physical education and sport-related activities per week. So the gym is maximal, from morning to evening according to schedule. It is therefore essential to renovate it and to meet the requirements of the European Union. Due to the current unsuitable technical conditions, the following renovations should be carried out: 1. Renovation of the gym and its service spaces The renovation involves the replacement of the interior wooden doors and windows of the building. The existing wooden sports floor of the gym needs to be polished and re-varnished. Complete replacement of roof coverings, slats, rain drainage and refurbishment of the complete electrical network with new luminaires, fittings in the gym and service rooms. In the service rooms, complete internal industrial renovation is carried out with new coverings, painting, replacement of water and sewage networks, new wet equipment. A new ball catching net will be set up in the gym. 2. Energy modernisation of the gym building The complete heating system will be upgraded with new wiring, radiators, new combi gas boiler, new chimney, new boiler room design within the gym building for energy efficiency. Thermal insulation for the facade and the attic level. The replacement of existing facade doors with new modern plastic doors and windows will be realised. 3. The accessibility of the gymnasium is improved, equal access and equal opportunities are ensured, compliance with legislation is ensured. 4. treatment of floor defects and infiltrations The slab will be refurbished, resulting in the elimination of the damage resulting from the intake, the operation will be more economical, the statutory requirements will be ensured, and the health impact will cease to contribute to social needs: —equal access, ensuring equal opportunities, providing a gym suitable for everyday physical education — ensuring a healthy and safe environment, improving educational conditions, providing a gym suitable for everyday physical education. During the implementation of the project, pedagogical equipment will be purchased, and the successful implementation of the development will be assisted by the related experts and service providers. During preparation: A professional plan, a technical background document and further background studies/analysis were prepared. The contractor will be selected by public procurement. During its implementation, it will be continuous: Project Management, Professional Management, Technical Inspection, Marketing, Provision of Communications and Provision of Compulsory Publicity. The aim of the project is to achieve an infrastructure development, which will result in increasing the effectiveness of the school affected by the development, raising the quality of the services they provide, and creating a quality and safe infrastructure environment that underpins the development of the pupils. The implementation of the project would clearly increase equal opportunities for the students of the institution. The aim of the institution is to create a healthy and safe environment supporting the performance of the institution’s tasks and the achievement of its objectives by implementing the development in accordance with local needs, thereby reducing the school’s early school leaving and bringing the conditions for modern education and education in the field to the vicinity of pupils, parents and educators.
