A PROJEKT CÉLJA: A projekt célja a debreceni Epreskerti Általános Iskola intézményi tanulást segítő tereinek infrastrukturális fejlesztése. Jelen projekt becsült bruttó beruházási költsége 20 Millió Ft. A FEJLESZTENDŐ INTÉZMÉNY: A feladatellátási helyen a tanulói létszám 391 fő, ebből 13 fő hátrányos helyzetű, 10 fő pedig halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű. A feladatellátási hely jelenlegi kihasználtsága 98 %-os. Az iskolaelhagyás, lemorzsolódás mértéke 9,3 %-os. Tanárok száma: 33 fő. A jelenlegi infrastruktúra: 12 db tanterem, 1 db informatikai szaktanterem. Kérdéssorból: kérjük, röviden mutassa be a 20/2012. (VIII. 31.) EMMI rendelet 172. § (3) bekezdése alapján az adott intézmény számára a képesség-kibontakoztató felkészítéshez nyújtható többlettámogatás alátámasztását. A BERUHÁZÁS TERVEZETT ELEMEI: A projekt önállóan támogatható tevékenységei, melyek a feladat-ellátási helyek fejlesztéséhez kapcsolódó, építési engedélyhez nem kötött tevékenységek: • A mindennapos testneveléshez szükséges fejlesztések: o sportudvarok felújítása és korszerűsítése, valamint • Iskolai könyvtár belső felújítása, és a könyvtár használatához szükséges bútorok beszerzése. • A nevelési-oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, oktatási termek, és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők felújítása, átalakítása, a termek elavult bútorainak cseréje. • A természettudományos tárgyak oktatását segítő tantermek korszerűsítése, eszközök beszerzése Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: • Mellékhelyiségek, higiéniás létesítmények, orvosi szoba, szocializációt segítő helyiségek, szabadidős programoknak, foglalkozásoknak lehetőséget biztosító terek (pl. klubhelyiség, könyvtár, stb.), információs és kommunikációs technológiák (IKT) komplex eszközrendszerének fogadására alkalmas intézményi környezet kialakítása • Energetikai korszerűsítés • Iskolaudvarok felújítása, ehhez kapcsolódó udvari eszközök beszerzése, a tanulást segítő térként való bekapcsolása a nevelés folyamatába (pl.: eszközök, udvari utcabútorok, kerékpártároló létesítés, kerítésépítés, javítás, zöldterület-fejlesztés,- növelés) MŰSZAKI TARTALOM A jelenlegi állapot - A bejárati ajtók deformálódtak, nem záródnak megfelelően - Az udvar térburkolata javításra szorul - A vizesblokkok burkolatai, víz- és csatorna hálózata, berendezési tárgyai elavultak: A tervezett átalakítások felújítások az alábbiak A tervezett átalakítási munkákkal az épület kapacitása növekszik. A felújítási munkák a zavartalana oktatási munkát segítik. 1.) tervezett átalakítások: a. az épület emeletén a könyvtár áthelyezésre kerül, b. helyén egy úgynevezett „okos tanterem” kerül kialakításra, c. a földszinten fejlesztő helyiség kerül kialakításra, d. a pincében szertár készül Az átalakítási munkák során gipszkarton válaszfalak készülnek, belső ajtók elhelyezésével. Az új falak festése fog megtörténni. A könyvtárban padlóburkolat cserére lesz szükség. Az „okos tanterem” esetén jelentős elektromos szerelési munkára lesz szükség. 2.) a tervezett felújítási munkák: a. 2 db bejárati ajtó csere, A meglévő ajtók deformálódtak, nem zárhatóak megfelelően, hőszigetelő képességük gyenge, ezért hőhidat képeznek, cseréjük indokolt. Fokozott hőszigetelésű és légzárású, új műanyag szerkezetű nyílászárók kerülnek beépítésre a helyükre. b. A földszinti mosdók teljes felújítása A berendezési tárgyak leszerelése után újra történik a helyiségek alapvezetékelése és burkolása. A víz- és csatorna és az elektromos hálózat is új lesz. Új berendezési tárgyak és W.C. kabinrendszer kerül felszerelésre. c. Udvari térburkolat javítása Aszfaltozással történik a burkolat javítása. A kivitelezés során a létesítmények, térhasználat közlekedési kapcsolatok tervezésekor kiemelten figyelembe vételre és érvényesítésre kerülnek az egyetemes tervezés elvei, azaz a nők és férfiak igényei, az idősek, a fogyatékosok és a gyermekek igényei, továbbá a projektarányos akadálymentesítés. A projekt eredményeként megújul a debreceni Epreskerti Általános Iskola udvara, felújításra kerülnek a földszinti vizesblokkok, kialakításra kerül egy könyvtár és egy szertár helyiség, valamint a nyílászárók cseréje is megvalósul. THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO: The aim of the project is to develop the infrastructure of the institutional learning areas of the Epreskert Primary School in Debrecen. The estimated gross investment cost of this project is HUF 20 million. THE INSTITUTION TO BE DEVELOPED SHALL: The number of pupils is 391 at the place of assignment, of which 13 are disadvantaged and 10 are cumulatively disadvantaged. The current utilisation rate of the facility is 98 %. The rate of school leaving and early school leaving is 9.3 %. Number of teachers: 33 people. Current infrastructure: 12 classrooms, 1 IT classroom. From a series of questions: please describe briefly in 20/2012. (VIII. 31) on the basis of Section 172(3) of the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources, supporting the additional support that can be provided to the institution concerned for capacity-exploitation preparation. PLANNED ELEMENTS OF THE INVESTMENT: Self-eligible activities of the project, which are activities related to the development of sites for the performance of tasks, which are not subject to a building permit: • Improvements needed for everyday physical education: O renovation and modernisation of sports yards, as well as • Internal renovation of the school library and purchase of furniture necessary for the use of the library. • Refurbishment and refurbishment of the rooms, the educational rooms used to carry out the educational activities and the corridors, roadways, and the replacement of the outdated furniture of the rooms. • Modernisation of classrooms for teaching science subjects, purchase of equipment Optional, ineligible, ineligible activities: • Establishment of an institutional environment for the reception of toilets, sanitary facilities, medical rooms, socialisation facilities, spaces for leisure programmes, workshops (e.g. clubroom, library, etc.), information and communication technologies (ICT) complex systems • Energy modernisation • Renovation of school yards, purchase of related court facilities, integration of learning space in the educational process (e.g.: tools, courtyard street furniture, bicycle storage, fence construction, repair, green area development, — increase) SPECIFICATION The current condition — The entrance doors are deformed, do not close properly — Square covering of the yard needs to be repaired — Enclosures of the sanitary blocks, water and sewer network, furnishings are outdated: The planned renovations are as follows The planned renovation works will increase the capacity of the building. Renovation works help uninterrupted educational work. 1.) planned alterations: a. on the floor of the building the library will be moved, b. a so-called “smart classroom” will be built in place, c. on the ground floor a development room will be set up, d. in the basement, a set of drywall partitions are made during the renovation works, with internal doors being installed. The painting of the new walls will happen. The library will require a replacement of floor coverings. The “smart classroom” will require significant electrical installation work. 2.) planned renovation works: a. 2 pieces of front door replacement, The existing doors are deformed, cannot be closed properly, their thermal insulation capacity is weak, therefore they form a heat bridge, their replacement is justified. New plastic doors and windows with high thermal insulation and air tightness will be installed in place. B. Complete refurbishment of the ground floor toilets After dismantling the fixtures, the basic wiring and covering of the premises takes place again. The water and sewerage and the power grid will also be new. New fixtures and W.C. cabin system are installed. C. Improvement of the wall covering is done by asphalt. During the construction, the principles of universal design, i.e. the needs of women and men, the needs of the elderly, the disabled and the children, as well as accessibility in proportion to the project, are taken into account and enforced in the planning of transport connections. As a result of the project, the courtyard of the Epreskert Primary School in Debrecen will be renewed, the water blocks on the ground floor will be renovated, a library and a storage room will be created, as well as the replacement of doors and windows.
