A projekt átfogó célja olyan, az egészségügyi humánerőforrás mennyiségi fejlesztését célzó beavatkozások megvalósítása, amelyek által csökkenthetőek az egészségügyi szolgáltatásokhoz való hozzáférésben mutatkozó egyenlőtlenségek, csökken az egészségügyben a betöltetlen álláshelyek száma, valamint javulnak az egészségügyben a munkaerő megtartását szolgáló munkakörülmények és feltételek, valamint a lakosság számára nyújtott ellátások minősége és hatékonysága. A projekt közvetlen célja az egészségügyi ellátórendszer hatékony működéséhez szükséges humánerőforrás biztosításához való hozzájárulás középtávú, foglalkoztatást támogató program elindításával. Ennek érdekében a projekt keretében 51 szakdolgozó kap havonta fix összegű támogatást az orvosi elrendelésre önállóan is ellátható többletteljesítményének díjazására. A foglalkoztatás támogatása mellett a projekt további célja olyan, a nemzetközi gyakorlatban bevált team formában végzett ellátási szolgáltatások bevezetése, amellyel elérhető a gyógyítás betegközpontúságának erősítése és a gyógyítás hatékonyságának növelése. Ennek érdekében kialakításra kerül a palliatív, a decubitus, a klinikai táplálási, a diabetes, a sürgősségi, az infekciókontroll és a stóma terápiás mobil team. A projekt előkészítését Somogy Megyei Kaposi Mór Oktató Kórház Projekt Irodájának munkatársai vezetőik irányításával hajtották végre. Ennek keretében szervezeten belül megtörtént a kiindulási adatok dokumentálása és elemzése, továbbá a szakmai tartalom kiindulási adatainak rögzítése, majd ezen adatok feldolgozása. Az előkészítés során az intézmény fejlesztési stratégiájának megfelelően kerültek a fejlesztendő területek kiválasztásra, oly módon, hogy azok a pályázati kiírás által definiált fejlesztési tartalmakkal összhangban legyenek. 1. Az előkészítés során elkészült a Szakmai Terv, annak mellékletei és a költségvetés továbbá benyújtásra kerül a támogatási kérelem. Az előkészítési szakaszt követő megvalósítás a következő speciális projektelemeket tartalmazza: 2. Projektmenedzsment tevékenység: projektmenedzser vezetésével felálló projektmenedzsment szervezet tagjai a pénzügyi vezető és a projekt asszisztens is. A projektmenedzsment a megvalósítás teljes időszakában (24 hónap) szorosan együttműködik a projekt megvalósításán a szakmai vezetővel. 3. A projekt előkészítése során megtervezésre kerültek a szakmai tevékenységek és a megvalósításukhoz szükséges feladatok. A végrehajtás során a projektmenedzsment folyamatos felügyelete mellett kerülnek kialakításra a mobil teamek és támogatásra a többletteljesítményt nyújtó szakdolgozók. 4. Nyilvánossági tevékenység: a pályázati felhívásban meghatározott kötelező disszeminációs tevékenységek megvalósítását foglalja magában. A nyilvánossági feladatok kapcsán egyszerű versenyeztetési (3 árajánlatos) eljárás keretében beszerzésre kerülő vállalkozó feladata lesz az 5. fejezetben részletezett kötelező nyilvánossági feladatok részleges megvalósítása. Az előírt feladatok közül a projektmenedzsment team készíti el a kommunikációs tervet és végzi el a TÉRKÉPTÉR feltöltését. (Hungarian)

The overall objective of the project is to implement interventions aimed at the quantitative development of human resources for health, reducing inequalities in access to health services, reducing the number of vacancies in the health sector, and improving working conditions and conditions for maintaining the workforce and the quality and efficiency of care provided to the population. The direct objective of the project is to contribute to the provision of human resources for the efficient functioning of the health care system by launching a medium-term employment support programme. To this end, under the project 51 thesis workers receive a fixed monthly grant for their additional performance, which can be performed independently on medical orders. In addition to supporting employment, the project also aims to introduce care services in the form of a good team in international practice, which can help to strengthen the patient-centredness of treatment and to increase the effectiveness of treatment. To this end, palliative, decubitus, clinical feeding, diabetes, emergency, infection control and stoma therapy mobile team are developed. The preparation of the project was carried out by the staff of the Somogy County Kaposi Mór Teaching Hospital Project Office under the leadership of their managers. As part of this, the initial data were documented and analysed within the organisation, as well as the initial data of the professional content were recorded and then processed. During the preparation, the areas to be developed were selected in accordance with the institution’s development strategy in such a way that they are consistent with the development content defined by the tender notice. 1. In the course of the preparation, the Professional Plan, its annexes and the budget will be submitted. Implementation after the preparatory phase includes the following specific project elements: 2. Project management activity: under the leadership of a project manager, the members of the project management organisation are the financial manager and the project assistant. During the entire implementation period (24 months), project management works closely with the professional manager on the implementation of the project. 3. During the preparation of the project, the professional activities and the tasks necessary for their implementation were planned. During the implementation, mobile teams and professionals with additional performance will be set up under the continuous supervision of project management. 4. Publicity: it involves the implementation of mandatory dissemination activities as defined in the call for proposals. The contractor, which will be procured under a simple competitive procedure (3 price quotes) for public tasks, will be responsible for the partial performance of the mandatory public tasks detailed in Chapter 5. Among the required tasks, the project management team prepares the communication plan and performs the upload of TÉRKÉPTÉR. (English)
