"БАЛКАНРЕМОНТ ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ" ООД е фирма специализирана в извършването на строително - монтажни дейности, инженерингова и изпълнителска дейност при ликвидиране на последствията от миннодобивната промишленост. Чрез изпълнение на проекта "БАЛКАНРЕМОНТ ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ" ООД цели да подобри работната среда, чрез осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд, както и ефективни и гъвкави форми на организация на труд и управлението на човешките ресурси. Проектът способства и за въвеждането на нови организационни практики, модели и системи за управление на човешките ресурси и инвестициите в безопасни и здравословни условия на труд за 48 заети лица. Планираните дейности по проекта, целят постигането на основните послания на стратегията на Европейския съюз „Европа 2020”– целите в областта на трудовата заетост и борбата с бедността и социалното изключване. Дейности по проекта са фокусирани върху целевата група и са в съответствие с хоризонталните принципи на Оперативната програма.Осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд в "БАЛКАНРЕМОНТ ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ" ООД, което е и основен елемент на проектното предложение, съответства на Приоритетна ос 1, в рамките на която се реализира процедурата, а именно „Подобряване достъпа до заетост и качеството на работните места“. Едновременно с това при успешно изпълнение на проекта "БАЛКАНРЕМОНТ ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ" ООД ще има въведени иновативни модели за организация на труда, насочени към повишаване на производителността и опазване на околната среда. “BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING” Ltd. is a company specialising in construction and assembly activities, engineering and executive activities in the elimination of the consequences of the mining industry. Through the implementation of the project “BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING” Ltd. aims to improve the working environment by providing good and safe working conditions, as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organisation and human resources management. The project also contributes to the introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management and investments in safe and healthy working conditions for 48 employees. The activities planned under the project aim to achieve the main messages of the European Union’s Europe 2020 strategy — employment targets and the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The project activities are focused on the target group and are in line with the horizontal principles of the Operational Programme.The provision of good and safe working conditions in “BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING” Ltd., which is the main element of the project proposal, corresponds to Priority Axis 1, within which the procedure is implemented, namely “Improving access to employment and quality of jobs”. At the same time, in case of successful implementation of the project “BALKANREONT ENGINEERING” Ltd. there will be innovative models for labor organisation aimed at increasing productivity and environmental protection. «BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING» Ltd. est une société spécialisée dans les activités de construction et d’assemblage, d’ingénierie et de direction dans l’élimination des conséquences de l’industrie minière. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet «BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING» Ltd. vise à améliorer l’environnement de travail en fournissant des conditions de travail saines et sûres, ainsi que des formes efficaces et flexibles d’organisation du travail et de gestion des ressources humaines. Le projet contribue également à l’introduction de nouvelles pratiques, modèles et systèmes organisationnels de gestion des ressources humaines et d’investissements dans des conditions de travail sûres et saines pour 48 employés. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet visent à réaliser les principaux messages de la stratégie Europe 2020 de l’Union européenne — les objectifs en matière d’emploi et la lutte contre la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale. Les activités du projet sont axées sur le groupe cible et sont conformes aux principes horizontaux du programme opérationnel.La fourniture de bonnes conditions de travail dans «BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING» Ltd., qui est l’élément principal de la proposition de projet, correspond à l’axe prioritaire 1, dans le cadre duquel la procédure est mise en œuvre, à savoir «Améliorer l’accès à l’emploi et la qualité des emplois». „BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING“ Ltd. ist ein Unternehmen, das sich auf Bau- und Montagetätigkeiten, Ingenieur- und Führungstätigkeiten zur Beseitigung der Folgen der Bergbauindustrie spezialisiert hat. Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts „BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING“ Ltd. soll das Arbeitsumfeld durch gute und sichere Arbeitsbedingungen sowie effiziente und flexible Formen der Arbeitsorganisation und des Personalmanagements verbessert werden. Das Projekt trägt auch zur Einführung neuer Organisationspraktiken, Modelle und Systeme für das Personalmanagement und Investitionen in sichere und gesunde Arbeitsbedingungen für 48 Mitarbeiter bei. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen zielen darauf ab, die wichtigsten Botschaften der Strategie Europa 2020 der Europäischen Union – Beschäftigungsziele und Bekämpfung von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung – zu erreichen. Die Projektaktivitäten konzentrieren sich auf die Zielgruppe und entsprechen den horizontalen Grundsätzen des operationellen Programms.Die Bereitstellung guter und sicherer Arbeitsbedingungen in der „BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING“ Ltd., die das Hauptelement des Projektvorschlags ist, entspricht der Prioritätsachse 1, in der das Verfahren umgesetzt wird, nämlich „Verbesserung des Zugangs zur Beschäftigung und der Qualität der Arbeitsplätze“. „BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING” Ltd. is een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de bouw en assemblage, engineering en uitvoerende activiteiten in het elimineren van de gevolgen van de mijnbouw. Door de uitvoering van het project „BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING” Ltd. heeft tot doel de werkomgeving te verbeteren door te zorgen voor goede en veilige arbeidsomstandigheden, alsmede efficiënte en flexibele vormen van werkorganisatie en personeelsbeheer. Het project draagt ook bij aan de invoering van nieuwe organisatiepraktijken, -modellen en -systemen voor personeelsbeheer en investeringen in veilige en gezonde arbeidsomstandigheden voor 48 werknemers. De in het kader van het project geplande activiteiten zijn gericht op de verwezenlijking van de belangrijkste boodschappen van de Europa 2020-strategie van de Europese Unie — werkgelegenheidsdoelstellingen en de bestrijding van armoede en sociale uitsluiting. De projectactiviteiten zijn gericht op de doelgroep en zijn in overeenstemming met de horizontale beginselen van het operationele programma.De verstrekking van goede en veilige arbeidsomstandigheden in „BALKANREMONT ENGINEERING” Ltd., het belangrijkste onderdeel van het projectvoorstel, stemt overeen met prioritaire as 1, waarin de procedure wordt uitgevoerd, namelijk „Verbetering van de toegang tot werkgelegenheid en kwaliteit van banen”. Le attività del progetto sono incentrate sul gruppo destinatario e sono in linea con i principi orizzontali del programma operativo. Las actividades del proyecto se centran en el grupo destinatario y se ajustan a los principios horizontales del Programa Operativo.
