Настоящото проектно предложение адресира проблема, свързан с ниската икономическа активност сред уязвими етнически общности в община Исперих, с акцент върху ромската общност. Особено сериозен е този проблем сред ромските жени и младежите роми. Проектът акцентира върху потребностите на тези групи от населението на общината от повишаване на информираността им относно социалните им права и относно съществуващите и предлагани социални услуги и възможности за реализация, повишаване на мотивацията и активизирането им за самоорганизация и участие в процесите на развитие на местната общност, придобиване на познания за различните институции и умения за социална ориентация и придобиване на различни типове трудови умения за налични професии в общината за повишаване на възможностите за включване в пазара на труда. Проектът е насочен към представители на ромски общности в уязвимо положение в 6 населени места от общината - град Исперих /вкл. квартал "Запад"/ и селата Вазово, Китанчево, Подайва, Бърдоква и Драгомъж. Проектното предложение предлага интегриран подход за посрещане на нуждите и включва дейности за подобряване достъпа до налични социални услуги, информиране относно социалните им права и повишаване на уменията на участниците в проекта за социална реализация. В проекта са предвидени дейности за информиране, активиране и мотивиране на участниците в проекта за активно включване в пазара на труда, дейности за придобиване на нови професионални умения и дейности за осигуряване на възможности за придобиване на трудови навици, чрез осигуряване на субсидирана заетост в различни структури на общинската администрация. This project proposal addresses the problem of low economic activity among vulnerable ethnic communities in the municipality of Isperih, with a focus on the Roma community. This problem is particularly serious among Roma women and young Roma. The project focuses on the needs of these groups of the population of the municipality to raise their awareness of their social rights and about the existing and offered social services and opportunities for realisation, increase their motivation and activation for self-organisation and participation in the processes of development of the local community, acquiring knowledge of the different institutions and skills for social orientation and acquiring different types of employment skills for available occupations in the municipality to increase the opportunities for inclusion in the labour market. The project is aimed at representatives of Roma communities in vulnerable situations in 6 settlements from the municipality — the city of Isperih (incl. Zapad district) and the villages of Vazovo, Kitanchevo, Podiva, Burdoka and Dragomez. The project proposal offers an integrated approach to meet the needs and includes activities to improve access to available social services, to inform about their social rights and to increase the skills of the participants in the social realisation project. The project provides for activities to inform, activate and motivate the participants in the project for active inclusion in the labour market, activities for acquiring new professional skills and activities to provide opportunities for acquiring working habits, by providing subsidised employment in various structures of the municipal administration. Cette proposition de projet aborde le problème de la faible activité économique des communautés ethniques vulnérables de la municipalité d’Isperih, en mettant l’accent sur la communauté rom. Ce problème est particulièrement grave chez les femmes roms et les jeunes Roms. Le projet met l’accent sur les besoins de ces groupes de la population de la municipalité de mieux faire connaître leurs droits sociaux et sur les services sociaux existants et offerts et les possibilités de réalisation, d’accroître leur motivation et leur activation pour l’auto-organisation et la participation aux processus de développement de la communauté locale, d’acquérir des connaissances des différentes institutions et des compétences d’orientation sociale et d’acquérir différents types de compétences professionnelles pour les professions disponibles dans la municipalité afin d’accroître les possibilités d’insertion sur le marché du travail. Le projet s’adresse aux représentants des communautés roms en situation de vulnérabilité dans 6 localités de la municipalité — la ville d’Isperih (y compris le district de Zapad) et les villages de Vazovo, Kitanchevo, Podiva, Burdoka et Dragomez. La proposition de projet propose une approche intégrée pour répondre aux besoins et comprend des activités visant à améliorer l’accès aux services sociaux disponibles, à informer sur leurs droits sociaux et à accroître les compétences des participants au projet de réalisation sociale. Le projet prévoit des activités d’information, d’activation et de motivation des participants au projet d’inclusion active sur le marché du travail, des activités d’acquisition de nouvelles compétences professionnelles et des activités visant à offrir des possibilités d’acquérir des habitudes de travail, en fournissant des emplois subventionnés dans diverses structures de l’administration municipale. Dieser Projektvorschlag befasst sich mit dem Problem der geringen wirtschaftlichen Aktivität unter schutzbedürftigen ethnischen Gemeinschaften in der Gemeinde Isperih, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Roma-Gemeinschaft liegt. Besonders gravierend ist dieses Problem bei Roma-Frauen und jungen Roma. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Bedürfnisse dieser Bevölkerungsgruppen, um ihr Bewusstsein für ihre sozialen Rechte und die bestehenden und angebotenen sozialen Dienstleistungen und Möglichkeiten zur Realisierung zu schärfen, ihre Motivation und Aktivierung für die Selbstorganisation und die Beteiligung an den Entwicklungsprozessen der lokalen Gemeinschaft zu erhöhen, Kenntnisse über die verschiedenen Institutionen und Fähigkeiten zur sozialen Orientierung zu erwerben und verschiedene Arten von Beschäftigungsfähigkeiten für verfügbare Berufe in der Gemeinde zu erwerben, um die Möglichkeiten zur Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt zu erhöhen. Das Projekt richtet sich an Vertreter von Roma-Gemeinschaften in gefährdeten Situationen in 6 Siedlungen der Gemeinde – der Stadt Isperih (inkl. Bezirk Zapad) und den Dörfern Vazovo, Kitanchevo, Podiva, Burdoka und Dragomez. Der Projektvorschlag bietet einen integrierten Ansatz zur Deckung des Bedarfs und umfasst Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Zugangs zu den verfügbaren sozialen Diensten, zur Information über ihre sozialen Rechte und zur Verbesserung der Kompetenzen der Teilnehmer des Projekts zur sozialen Umsetzung. Das Projekt sieht Maßnahmen zur Information, Aktivierung und Motivation der Projektteilnehmer zur aktiven Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt, zur Erlangung neuer beruflicher Fähigkeiten und zur Schaffung von Möglichkeiten für den Erwerb von Arbeitsgewohnheiten durch die Bereitstellung von subventionierten Arbeitsplätzen in verschiedenen Strukturen der kommunalen Verwaltung vor. Dit projectvoorstel behandelt het probleem van de lage economische activiteit van kwetsbare etnische gemeenschappen in de gemeente Isperih, met bijzondere aandacht voor de Roma-gemeenschap. Dit probleem is bijzonder ernstig onder Romavrouwen en jonge Roma. Het project richt zich op de behoeften van deze bevolkingsgroepen van de gemeente om hen bewust te maken van hun sociale rechten en van de bestaande en aangeboden sociale diensten en mogelijkheden voor realisatie, hun motivatie en activering voor zelforganisatie en deelname aan de ontwikkelingsprocessen van de lokale gemeenschap te vergroten, kennis te verwerven van de verschillende instellingen en vaardigheden voor sociale oriëntatie en het verwerven van verschillende soorten werkgelegenheidsvaardigheden voor beschikbare beroepen in de gemeente om de kansen op integratie op de arbeidsmarkt te vergroten. Het project is gericht op vertegenwoordigers van Roma-gemeenschappen in kwetsbare situaties in 6 nederzettingen van de gemeente — de stad Isperih (met inbegrip van het district Zapad) en de dorpen Vazovo, Kitanchevo, Podiva, Burdoka en Dragomez. Het projectvoorstel biedt een geïntegreerde aanpak om aan de behoeften te voldoen en omvat activiteiten om de toegang tot beschikbare sociale diensten te verbeteren, informatie te verstrekken over hun sociale rechten en de vaardigheden van de deelnemers aan het project voor sociale realisatie te vergroten. La presente proposta di progetto affronta il problema della scarsa attività economica tra le comunità etniche vulnerabili del comune di Isperih, con particolare attenzione alla comunità Rom. Questo problema è particolarmente grave tra le donne rom e i giovani rom. Il progetto si concentra sulle esigenze di questi gruppi della popolazione del comune per sensibilizzare i cittadini ai loro diritti sociali e ai servizi sociali esistenti e offerti e alle opportunità di realizzazione, aumentare la loro motivazione e attivazione per l'autoorganizzazione e la partecipazione ai processi di sviluppo della comunità locale, acquisire conoscenze delle diverse istituzioni e competenze per l'orientamento sociale e acquisire diversi tipi di competenze occupazionali per le professioni disponibili nel comune per aumentare le opportunità di inclusione nel mercato del lavoro. Il progetto è rivolto ai rappresentanti delle comunità rom in situazioni vulnerabili in 6 insediamenti del comune — la città di Isperih (compreso il distretto di Zapad) e i villaggi di Vazovo, Kitanchevo, Podiva, Burdoka e Dragomez. La proposta di progetto offre un approccio integrato per soddisfare le esigenze e comprende attività volte a migliorare l'accesso ai servizi sociali disponibili, a informare sui loro diritti sociali e ad aumentare le competenze dei partecipanti al progetto di realizzazione sociale. Il progetto prevede attività di informazione, attivazione e motivazione dei partecipanti al progetto per l'inclusione attiva nel mercato del lavoro, attività per l'acquisizione di nuove competenze professionali e attività per fornire opportunità di acquisizione di abitudini di lavoro, fornendo posti di lavoro sovvenzionati in varie strutture dell'amministrazione comunale. Esta propuesta de proyecto aborda el problema de la baja actividad económica entre las comunidades étnicas vulnerables del municipio de Isperih, centrándose en la comunidad romaní. Este problema es especialmente grave entre las mujeres romaníes y los jóvenes romaníes. El proyecto se centra en las necesidades de estos grupos de población del municipio para concienciar sobre sus derechos sociales y sobre los servicios y oportunidades sociales existentes y ofrecidos para su realización, aumentar su motivación y activación para la autoorganización y participación en los procesos de desarrollo de la comunidad local, adquirir conocimientos de las diferentes instituciones y habilidades de orientación social y adquirir diferentes tipos de habilidades de empleo para las ocupaciones disponibles en el municipio para aumentar las oportunidades de inclusión en el mercado laboral. El proyecto está dirigido a representantes de comunidades romaníes en situación de vulnerabilidad en 6 asentamientos del municipio: la ciudad de Isperih (incluido el distrito de Zapad) y las aldeas de Vazovo, Kitanchevo, Podiva, Burdoka y Dragomez. La propuesta de proyecto ofrece un enfoque integrado para satisfacer las necesidades e incluye actividades para mejorar el acceso a los servicios sociales disponibles, informar sobre sus derechos sociales y aumentar las competencias de los participantes en el proyecto de realización social. El proyecto prevé actividades para informar, activar y motivar a los participantes en el proyecto para su inclusión activa en el mercado laboral, actividades para adquirir nuevas competencias profesionales y actividades que ofrezcan oportunidades de adquisición de hábitos de trabajo, proporcionando empleo subvencionado en diversas estructuras de la administración municipal.
