Astravo dvaras su parku – viena raiškiausių XIX a. romantinio klasicizmo stiliaus sodybų Lietuvoje, kuri įtraukta į nekilnojamųjų kultūros vertybių registrą. Dvaro parkas (18,09 ha) – kaip želdynas – pripažintas valstybinės reikšmės parku. Tai svarbus Biržų ir šalies kultūrinį kraštovaizdį reprezentuojantis objektas, įtrauktas į turistinius maršrutus, siūlomų aplankyti objektų sąrašus, tačiau parko vertingosios savybės – parko išplanavimas su savita takų sistema, reljefo ypatumai (dėl supiltų dirbtinių kalvelių), želdiniai, vandens telkiniai, panoramos – nėra pilnai atskleistos, vertybių fizinė, estetinė, ekologinė būklė nuolat prastėja, apie jas vietovėje trūksta informacijos. Šio išskirtinio želdyno išlikimas gali būti garantuotas tik užtikrinant jo tvarkymą ir tinkamą panaudojimą. Todėl projektu siekiama išsaugoti esamas ir atgaivinti pažeistas vertingąsias parko savybes ir suteikti jam tinkamą vaidmenį miesto bendruomenės gyvenime, pritaikyti jį lankymui ir pažinimui. Astravas Manor with Park is one of the most expressive homesteads in the style of romantic classicism in 19th century in Lithuania, which is listed in the Register of Real Cultural Property. Manor park (18.09 ha) — as a greenery — is recognised as a park of national significance. This is an important object representing the cultural landscape of Biržai and the country, included in tourist routes, lists of objects offered to visit, but the park’s valuable features — park layout with a distinctive path system, terrain features (due to the stuffed artificial hills), plantations, water bodies, panoramas — are not fully disclosed, the physical, aesthetic and ecological status of the values is constantly deteriorating and there is a lack of information about them in the area. The survival of this exclusive plantation can only be guaranteed by ensuring its management and proper use. Therefore, the project aims to preserve and revitalise the damaged valuable features of the park and to give it a proper role in the life of the city community, to adapt it to visiting and acquaintance. Astravas Manor with Park est l’une des propriétés les plus expressives dans le style du classicisme romantique au XIXe siècle en Lituanie, qui est inscrite au Registre des biens culturels réels. Le parc manoir (18,09 ha) — en tant que verdure — est reconnu comme un parc d’importance nationale. Il s’agit d’un objet important représentant le paysage culturel de Biržai et du pays, inclus dans les itinéraires touristiques, les listes d’objets offerts à visiter, mais les caractéristiques précieuses du parc — aménagement du parc avec un système de sentiers distinctifs, caractéristiques du terrain (en raison des collines artificielles farcies), plantations, plans d’eau, panoramas — ne sont pas entièrement divulguées, l’état physique, esthétique et écologique des valeurs se détériore constamment et il y a un manque d’informations à leur sujet dans la région. La survie de cette plantation exclusive ne peut être garantie qu’en assurant sa gestion et sa bonne utilisation. Par conséquent, le projet vise à préserver et à revitaliser les caractéristiques précieuses endommagées du parc et à lui donner un rôle approprié dans la vie de la communauté urbaine, à l’adapter à la visite et à la connaissance. Astravas Manor with Park ist eines der ausdrucksvollsten Häuser im Stil des romantischen Klassizismus im 19. Jahrhundert in Litauen, das im Register für echtes Kulturgut aufgeführt ist. Gutspark (18,09 ha) – als Grün – gilt als Park von nationaler Bedeutung. Dies ist ein wichtiges Objekt, das die Kulturlandschaft von Biržai und das Land repräsentiert, die in den touristischen Routen enthalten sind, Listen von Objekten zu besuchen, aber die wertvollen Merkmale des Parks – Parkanlage mit einem unverwechselbaren Pfadsystem, Geländemerkmale (aufgrund der gefüllten künstlichen Hügel), Plantagen, Wasserkörper, Panoramen – sind nicht vollständig offenbart, der physische, ästhetische und ökologische Zustand der Werte verschlechtert sich ständig und es fehlt an Informationen über sie in der Umgebung. Das Überleben dieser exklusiven Plantage kann nur durch die Gewährleistung ihrer Bewirtschaftung und ordnungsgemäßen Nutzung gewährleistet werden. Astravas Manor with Park is een van de meest expressieve huizen in de stijl van romantisch classicisme in de 19e eeuw in Litouwen, dat is opgenomen in het Register van Real Cultural Property. Manorpark (18,09 ha) — als groen — wordt erkend als een park van nationaal belang. Dit is een belangrijk object dat het culturele landschap van Biržai en het land weergeeft, opgenomen in toeristische routes, lijsten van objecten die worden aangeboden om te bezoeken, maar de waardevolle kenmerken van het park — parkindeling met een kenmerkend padsysteem, terreinkenmerken (vanwege de gevulde kunstmatige heuvels), plantages, waterlichamen, panorama’s — worden niet volledig onthuld, de fysieke, esthetische en ecologische status van de waarden verslechtert voortdurend en er is een gebrek aan informatie over hen in het gebied. Parque solariega (18,09 ha) — como vegetación — es reconocido como un parque de importancia nacional. Este es un objeto importante que representa el paisaje cultural de Biržai y el país, incluido en las rutas turísticas, listas de objetos ofrecidos para visitar, pero las valiosas características del parque -disposición del parque con un sistema de sendero distintivo, características del terreno (debido a las colinas artificiales rellenas), plantaciones, masas de agua, panoramas — no se revelan completamente, el estado físico, estético y ecológico de los valores se deteriora constantemente y hay una falta de información sobre ellos en la zona. Parco maniero (18,09 ha) — come un verde — è riconosciuto come un parco di importanza nazionale. Si tratta di un oggetto importante che rappresenta il paesaggio culturale di Biržai e del paese, incluso nei percorsi turistici, elenchi di oggetti da visitare, ma le caratteristiche preziose del parco — la disposizione del parco con un sistema di sentieri distintivi, caratteristiche del terreno (a causa delle colline artificiali ripiene), piantagioni, corpi idrici, panorami — non sono completamente divulgate, lo stato fisico, estetico ed ecologico dei valori si deteriora costantemente e vi è una mancanza di informazioni su di essi nella zona.
