Projektu bus siekiama sudaryti įmonės darbuotojams mokymosi galimybes ir sąlygas geresniam darbo jėgos prisitaikymui prie nuolatos kintančių darbo rinkos reikalavimų. Taip pat dalyvavimas projekte leis įmonei be didesnės administracinės naštos gauti paramą darbuotojų mokymui tuo metu, kai jos reikia, ir ta apimtimi, kuri yra reikalinga. (Lithuanian)

The project will aim to provide the company’s employees with training opportunities and conditions for better adaptation of the workforce to the ever-changing requirements of the labour market. Die Beteiligung an dem Projekt ermöglicht es dem Unternehmen auch, Unterstützung für die Ausbildung der Mitarbeiter zum Zeitpunkt der Erforderlichkeit zu erhalten, soweit dies notwendig ist, ohne dass der Verwaltungsaufwand erhöht wird.
