Projektas „Valstybinės reikšmės krašto ir rajoninių kelių rekonstrukcija. II etapas“ apima šių kelių ruožų rekonstravimą: • valstybinės reikšmės krašto kelio Nr. 141 Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda ruožo nuo 18,00 iki 22,70 km rekonstravimą. Darbai vyks Kauno apskrityje Kauno rajono savivaldybėje; • valstybinės reikšmės krašto kelio Nr. 164 Mažeikiai–Plungė–Tauragė ruožo nuo 48,00 iki 58,18 km rekonstravimą. Darbai vyks Telšių apskrityje Plungės rajono savivaldybėje; • valstybinės reikšmės krašto kelio Nr. 145 Kėdainiai–Šėta–Ukmergė ruožo nuo 41,950 iki 45,177 km rekonstravimą. Darbai vyks Vilniaus apskrityje Ukmergės rajono savivaldybėje; • valstybinės reikšmės krašto kelio Nr. 144 Jonava–Kėdainiai–Šeduva ruožo nuo 76,400 iki 90,058 km rekonstravimą. Darbai vyks Šiaulių apskrityje Radviliškio rajono savivaldybėje. Įgyvendinus projektą būtų užtikrintos saugios eismo sąlygos, atitinkančios transporto srautų dydžius, kelių kategorijai keliamus reikalavimus bei nustatytus tarptautinius standartus. Projekto įgyvendinimas pagerins krašto kelių tinklo infrastruktūrą Lietuvos teritorijoje bei sukels šį ilgalaikį poveikį: bus sudarytos palankios sąlygos tranzitiniam bei vietiniam eismui, sumažės nelaimingų atsitikimų skaičius, sumažės automobilių sugaištamas laikas, pagerės saugaus eismo sąlygos, sumažės išlaidos kelio priežiūrai ir remontui. Projekto įgyvendinimas prisidės prie patrauklios ir saugios aplinkos kūrimo, turės teigiamos įtakos Lietuvos ekonominiam vystymuisi. (Lithuanian)

Project "Reconstruction of the region and district roads of national significance. Phase II" includes the refurbishment of the following road sections: • reconstruction of the national road No 141 Kaunas-Jurbarkas-Šlutė-Klaipėda section from 18.00 to 22.70 km. Works will take place in Kaunas district municipality; • reconstruction of the national road No 164 Mažeikiai-Plungė-Tauragė stretch from 48.00 km to 58.18 km. Works will take place in Telšiai County in Plungė district municipality; • reconstruction of the national road No 145 Kėdainiai-Šėta-Ukmergė section from 41.950 km to 45.177 km. Works will take place in Vilnius county in Ukmergė district municipality; • reconstruction of the national road No 144 Jonava-Kėdainiai-Šeduva section from 76.400 km to 90.058 km. Works will take place in Šiauliai county in Radviliškis district municipality. The project would ensure safe traffic conditions in line with traffic flow rates, road category requirements and established international standards. The implementation of the project will improve the infrastructure of the national road network in the territory of Lithuania and will have the following long-term effects: the conditions for transit and local traffic will be facilitated, the number of accidents will be reduced, car time will be reduced, road safety conditions will be improved and the costs of road maintenance and repair will be reduced. The implementation of the project will contribute to the creation of an attractive and safe environment and will have a positive impact on Lithuania’s economic development. (English)

La phase II" comprend la remise en état des tronçons routiers suivants: • reconstruction de la route nationale no 141 Kaunas-Jurbarkas-Šlutė-Klaipėda de 18 heures à 22,70 km. Les travaux auront lieu dans la municipalité du district de Kaunas; • reconstruction de la route nationale no 164 Mažeikiai-Plungė-Tauragė s’étendant de 48,00 km à 58,18 km. Les travaux auront lieu dans le comté de Telšiai, dans la municipalité du district de Plungė; • reconstruction de la route nationale no 145 Kėdainiai-Šėta-Ukmergė de 41,950 km à 45,177 km. Les travaux auront lieu dans le comté de Vilnius, dans la municipalité du district d’Ukmergė; • reconstruction de la route nationale no 144 Jonava-Kėdainiai-Šeduva de 76 400 km à 90,058 km. Les travaux auront lieu dans le comté de Šiauliai, dans la municipalité du district de Radviliškis. Le projet garantirait des conditions de circulation sûres conformes aux débits de circulation, aux exigences relatives aux catégories de routes et aux normes internationales établies. La mise en œuvre du projet améliorera l’infrastructure du réseau routier national sur le territoire lituanien et aura les effets à long terme suivants: les conditions de transit et de circulation locale seront facilitées, le nombre d’accidents sera réduit, le temps des voitures sera réduit, les conditions de sécurité routière seront améliorées et les coûts d’entretien et de réparation des routes seront réduits. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la création d’un environnement attrayant et sûr et aura un impact positif sur le développement économique de la Lituanie. (French)

Phase II" umfasst die Renovierung folgender Straßenabschnitte: • Wiederaufbau der Nationalstraße Nr. 141 Kaunas-Jurbarkas-Šlutė-Klaipėda von 18.00 bis 22,70 km. Die Arbeiten werden in der Gemeinde Kaunas stattfinden; • Wiederaufbau der Nationalstraße Nr. 164 Mažeikiai-Plungė-Tauragė erstreckt sich von 48,00 km bis 58,18 km. Die Arbeiten finden im Kreis Telšiai in der Gemeinde Plungė statt; • Wiederaufbau der Nationalstraße Nr. 145 Kėdainiai-Šėta-Ukmergė von 41,950 km bis 45,177 km. Die Arbeiten finden im Kreis Vilnius in der Gemeinde Ukmergė statt; • Wiederaufbau der Nationalstraße Nr. 144 Jonava-Kėdainiai-Šeduva von 76,400 km bis 90,058 km. Die Arbeiten finden im Kreis Šiauliai in der Gemeinde Radviliškis statt. Das Projekt würde sichere Verkehrsbedingungen im Einklang mit den Verkehrsströmen, den Anforderungen an die Straßenkategorie und den etablierten internationalen Standards gewährleisten. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird die Infrastruktur des nationalen Straßennetzes im Hoheitsgebiet Litauens verbessern und die folgenden langfristigen Auswirkungen haben: die Bedingungen für den Transit und den Nahverkehr werden erleichtert, die Zahl der Unfälle verringert, die Autozeit verkürzt, die Straßenverkehrssicherheitsbedingungen verbessert und die Kosten für die Instandhaltung und Reparatur der Straßen verringert. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zur Schaffung eines attraktiven und sicheren Umfelds beitragen und sich positiv auf die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung Litauens auswirken. (German)

De uitvoering van het project zal de infrastructuur van het nationale wegennet op het grondgebied van Litouwen verbeteren en zal de volgende langetermijneffecten hebben: de voorwaarden voor doorvoer en lokaal verkeer zullen worden vergemakkelijkt, het aantal ongevallen zal worden verminderd, de autotijd zal worden verkort, de verkeersveiligheid zal worden verbeterd en de kosten van onderhoud en reparatie van wegen zullen worden verminderd. El proyecto garantizaría unas condiciones de tráfico seguras acordes con los índices de flujo del tráfico, los requisitos de categoría de las carreteras y las normas internacionales establecidas. La ejecución del proyecto mejorará la infraestructura de la red nacional de carreteras en el territorio de Lituania y tendrá los siguientes efectos a largo plazo: se facilitarán las condiciones para el tránsito y el tráfico local, se reducirá el número de accidentes, se reducirá el tiempo de los automóviles, se mejorarán las condiciones de seguridad vial y se reducirán los costes de mantenimiento y reparación de las carreteras. La ejecución del proyecto contribuirá a la creación de un entorno atractivo y seguro y tendrá un impacto positivo en el desarrollo económico de Lituania. (Spanish)
