UAB "BALUX" - logistikos įmonė, kuri specializuojasi išimtinai farmacijos produktų pervežime. Pagrindinį kompanijos privalumą – specialiai vaistų pervežimui sukomplektuotą mažagabaritę, temperatūrinį režimą turinčią transporto priemonę, puikiai įvertino klientai. Augančiam užsakymų kiekiui aptarnauti 2016 - 2019 m. planuojama atnaujinti ir plėsti turimą automobilių parką, tačiau įmonės veiklos organizavimo principai ir turimos technologijos nėra pakankamos net dabartinio užsakymų kieko sklandžiam aptarnavimui. Šiam tikslui pasiekti įmonė inicijuoja projektą "Elektroninio verslo sprendimo diegimas UAB "BALUX" veiklai optimizuoti ir darbo našumui didinti". Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus sukurtas e-sprendinys, apimantis verslo valdymo sistemą bei mobilios aplikacijos, tolimųjų reisų vairuotojams, sąsają. Verslo valdymo sistema apjungs ir optimizuos pagrindinius (pardavimų, užsakymų ir pervežimų valdymo) bei pagalbinius procesus ir bus integruota į kitas šiuo metu įmonės naudojamas sistemas. Sukurta vieninga duomenų bazė užtikrins patikimos bei pilnos informacijos operatyvų pasiekiamumą, jos dalinimąsi tarp darbo vietų, leis efektyviau paskirstyti darbo krūvį ir maksimaliai išnaudoti automobilių parką. Automatizuoti procesai bei naudojami šablonai taupys darbuotojų laiko resursus, "vieno karto" duomenų įvedimas eliminuos informacijos skirtumus sistemose, sumažins žmogiškosios klaidos tikimybę. Mobilios aplikacijos dėka tolimųjų reisų vairuotojams bus suteikta prieiga prie sistemoje esančių duomenų, pagerės komunikacija su administracijos darbuotojais, paprasčiau ir greičiau vyks informacijos bei duomenų perdavimas, pagerės įsipareigojimų klientams įvykdymo kokybė. Šis projektas sparčiai augančiai įmonei yra svarbi priemonė veiklos efektyvumui ir darbo našumui didinti. Todėl, netgi neskyrus finansavimo, UAB "BALUX" e-verslo sprendinį diegtų savo lėšomis, tačiau projekto apimtis būtų mažesnė ir pailgėtų jo įgyvendinimo trukmė. (Lithuanian)

UAB “BALUX” is a logistics company that specialises exclusively in the transportation of pharmaceutical products. The main advantage of the company — a small-sized, temperature-moderated vehicle specially designed for transportation of medicinal products, was highly appreciated by customers. In 2016-2019 it is planned to renew and expand the existing fleet to service the growing number of orders, but the principles of the organisation of the company’s activities and the available technologies are not sufficient even for the current number of orders for smooth service. To achieve this goal, the company initiates a project “Deployment of electronic business solution for optimisation of UAB”BALUX“activities and improvement of productivity”. During the implementation of the project, an e-solution will be developed, including a business management system and a mobile application interface for long-distance drivers. The business management system will combine and optimise key (sales, orders and transport management) and support processes and will be integrated into other systems currently used by the company. The creation of a unified database will ensure the expeditious availability of reliable and complete information, its sharing among workplaces, allow for a more efficient distribution of workload and maximise the use of the car fleet. Automated processes and templates used will save employees’ time resources, “one-time” data entry will eliminate differences in information between systems, reduce the likelihood of human error. Thanks to the mobile application, long-distance drivers will have access to the data in the system, communication with administrative staff will be improved, information and data transfer will be easier and faster, and the quality of compliance with obligations to customers will be improved. This project is an important tool for increasing operational efficiency and productivity for a fast growing company. Therefore, even without financing, UAB BALUX would implement the e-business solution at its own expense, but the scope of the project would be smaller and the duration of its implementation would be longer. UAB «Balux» est une entreprise de logistique qui se spécialise exclusivement dans le transport de produits pharmaceutiques. Le principal avantage de l’entreprise — un véhicule de petite taille, modéré par la température, spécialement conçu pour le transport de médicaments, a été très apprécié par les clients. En 2016-2019, il est prévu de renouveler et d’étendre la flotte existante pour desservir le nombre croissant de commandes, mais les principes de l’organisation des activités de l’entreprise et les technologies disponibles ne sont pas suffisants même pour le nombre actuel de commandes pour un service en douceur. Pour atteindre cet objectif, l’entreprise lance un projet "Déploiement de solution d’affaires électroniques pour l’optimisation des activités UAB"Balux et l’amélioration de la productivité». Au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet, une solution électronique sera élaborée, comprenant un système de gestion des affaires et une interface d’application mobile pour les conducteurs de longue distance. Le système de gestion des affaires combinera et optimisera les processus clés (ventes, commandes et gestion des transports) et les processus de support et sera intégré dans d’autres systèmes actuellement utilisés par l’entreprise. La création d’une base de données unifiée assurera la disponibilité rapide d’informations fiables et complètes, son partage entre les lieux de travail, permettra une répartition plus efficace de la charge de travail et maximisera l’utilisation du parc automobile. Les processus automatisés et les modèles utilisés permettront aux employés d’économiser du temps, la saisie de données «une seule fois» éliminera les différences d’information entre les systèmes et réduira la probabilité d’erreur humaine. Grâce à l’application mobile, les conducteurs de longue distance auront accès aux données du système, la communication avec le personnel administratif sera améliorée, l’information et le transfert de données seront plus faciles et plus rapides, et la qualité du respect des obligations envers les clients sera améliorée. Ce projet est un outil important pour accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle et la productivité d’une entreprise en croissance rapide. Par conséquent, même sans financement, UAB Balux mettrait en œuvre la solution e-business à ses frais, mais la portée du projet serait plus petite et la durée de sa mise en œuvre serait plus longue. UAB „Balux“ ist ein Logistikunternehmen, das sich ausschließlich auf den Transport von pharmazeutischen Produkten spezialisiert hat. Der Hauptvorteil des Unternehmens – ein kleinformatiges, temperaturgemäßes Fahrzeug, das speziell für den Transport von Arzneimitteln entwickelt wurde, wurde von den Kunden sehr geschätzt. In den Jahren 2016-2019 ist geplant, die bestehende Flotte zu erneuern und zu erweitern, um die wachsende Anzahl von Aufträgen zu bedienen, aber die Grundsätze der Organisation der Unternehmensaktivitäten und der verfügbaren Technologien reichen selbst für die aktuelle Anzahl von Aufträgen für einen reibungslosen Service nicht aus. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, initiiert das Unternehmen ein Projekt „Einführung der elektronischen Geschäftslösung zur Optimierung von UAB“Balux„Aktivitäten und Verbesserung der Produktivität“. Während der Projektdurchführung wird eine E-Lösung entwickelt, darunter ein Business-Management-System und eine mobile Anwendungsschnittstelle für Fernfahrer. Durch die Schaffung einer einheitlichen Datenbank wird die rasche Verfügbarkeit zuverlässiger und vollständiger Informationen, deren Austausch zwischen den Arbeitsplätzen, eine effizientere Verteilung der Arbeitsbelastung und eine größtmögliche Nutzung der Fahrzeugflotte sichergestellt. Die verwendeten automatisierten Prozesse und Vorlagen sparen die Zeitressourcen der Mitarbeiter, „einmalige“ Dateneingabe eliminiert Unterschiede in den Informationen zwischen Systemen und verringert die Wahrscheinlichkeit menschlicher Fehler. Dank der mobilen Anwendung haben Fernfahrer Zugriff auf die Daten im System, die Kommunikation mit dem Verwaltungspersonal wird verbessert, Informationen und Datenübertragungen werden einfacher und schneller und die Qualität der Einhaltung der Verpflichtungen gegenüber den Kunden verbessert. Dieses Projekt ist ein wichtiges Instrument zur Steigerung der betrieblichen Effizienz und Produktivität für ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen. Daher würde UAB Balux auch ohne Finanzierung die E-Business-Lösung auf eigene Kosten umsetzen, aber der Umfang des Projekts wäre kleiner und die Dauer der Umsetzung wäre länger. (German)

UAB „Balux” is een logistiek bedrijf dat zich uitsluitend specialiseert in het vervoer van farmaceutische producten. Het belangrijkste voordeel van het bedrijf — een klein, temperatuur-gemodereerd voertuig speciaal ontworpen voor het vervoer van geneesmiddelen, werd zeer gewaardeerd door klanten. In 2016-2019 is het de bedoeling om de bestaande vloot te vernieuwen en uit te breiden om het groeiende aantal orders te bedienen, maar de principes van de organisatie van de activiteiten van het bedrijf en de beschikbare technologieën zijn zelfs niet voldoende voor het huidige aantal orders voor een vlotte dienstverlening. Om dit doel te bereiken, start het bedrijf een project „Deployment of electronic business solution for optimalisatie van UAB”Balux„activiteiten en verbetering van de productiviteit”. Tijdens de uitvoering van het project zal een e-oplossing worden ontwikkeld, met inbegrip van een bedrijfsbeheersysteem en een mobiele applicatie-interface voor langeafstandsbestuurders. Dankzij de mobiele applicatie zullen langeafstandschauffeurs toegang hebben tot de gegevens in het systeem, zal de communicatie met administratief personeel worden verbeterd, zal de informatie- en gegevensoverdracht gemakkelijker en sneller verlopen en zal de kwaliteit van de naleving van verplichtingen voor klanten worden verbeterd. Dit project is een belangrijk instrument voor het verhogen van de operationele efficiëntie en productiviteit voor een snel groeiend bedrijf. Daarom zou UAB Balux, zelfs zonder financiering, de e-business-oplossing op eigen kosten implementeren, maar de reikwijdte van het project zou kleiner zijn en de duur van de uitvoering ervan zou langer zijn. UAB «Balux» es una empresa de logística que se especializa exclusivamente en el transporte de productos farmacéuticos. La principal ventaja de la empresa — un vehículo de tamaño pequeño moderado a temperatura especialmente diseñado para el transporte de medicamentos, fue muy apreciado por los clientes. En 2016-2019 está previsto renovar y ampliar la flota existente para atender el creciente número de pedidos, pero los principios de la organización de las actividades de la empresa y las tecnologías disponibles no son suficientes ni siquiera para el número actual de pedidos para un servicio sin problemas. Para lograr este objetivo, la empresa inicia un proyecto «Despliegue de solución electrónica de negocio para la optimización de las actividades de UAB»Balux y la mejora de la productividad». Durante la ejecución del proyecto, se desarrollará una solución electrónica, que incluirá un sistema de gestión empresarial y una interfaz de aplicaciones móviles para los conductores de larga distancia. El sistema de gestión empresarial combinará y optimizará las claves (ventas, pedidos y gestión del transporte) y los procesos de apoyo y se integrará en otros sistemas utilizados actualmente por la empresa. Los procesos automatizados y las plantillas utilizadas ahorrarán los recursos de tiempo de los empleados, la entrada de datos «una sola vez» eliminará las diferencias en la información entre los sistemas y reducirá la probabilidad de error humano. Gracias a la aplicación móvil, los conductores de larga distancia tendrán acceso a los datos del sistema, se mejorará la comunicación con el personal administrativo, la información y la transferencia de datos serán más fáciles y rápidas, y se mejorará la calidad del cumplimiento de las obligaciones con los clientes. Este proyecto es una herramienta importante para aumentar la eficiencia operativa y la productividad de una empresa de rápido crecimiento. Por lo tanto, incluso sin financiación, UAB Balux aplicaría la solución de negocio electrónico a sus propios expensas, pero el alcance del proyecto sería menor y la duración de su ejecución sería más larga.
