THE PROJECT IS AIMED AT UNEMPLOYED ADULT WOMEN AND IS AIMED AT TRAINING THE FIGURE OF RECEPTIONIST, BOOKING ACQUISITION, CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTION OF THE TOURIST-RECEPTIVE OFFER. THE PROJECT HAS BEEN DECLINED ACCORDING TO THE CHARACTERISTICS AND EMPLOYMENT DEMAND OF THE TERRITORY (AUTONOMOUS PROVINCE OF BOLZANO) AND THE SPECIFIC NEEDS IDENTIFIED AT THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES, BOTH IN HOTELS AND NON-HOTELS. THE COURSE AIMS TO TRAIN PROFESSIONALS ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY MANAGE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMER AND THE PROCESSES OF BOOKING MANAGEMENT AND OPERATE WITH MODERN IT MANAGEMENT TOOLS SUPPORTING COMPANIES ALSO IN THE MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTION OF OFFERS AND SERVICES THROUGH THE USE OF ADVANCED ICT TECHNOLOGIES AND TOOLS.
