THIS TRAINING PROJECT ADDRESSES THE ISSUE OF SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE VENETO SECTOR OF PLANT PRODUCTION, EXAMINING THE AGRONOMIC PRACTICES AND THE TECHNIQUES OF ORGANIC AND BIODYNAMIC CROP MANAGEMENT OF THE MAIN AGRICULTURAL CROPS AND, IN SPECIFIC INTERVENTIONS, THOSE CONCERNING VINES, OLIVE TREES AND ARABLE CROPS. THE INNOVATIVE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BUSINESS PROCESSES ARE DEEPENED AND THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABILITY IS DECLINED FROM AN ENVIRONMENTAL POINT OF VIEW (AGRICULTURE THAT RESPECTS NATURAL RESOURCES SUCH AS WATER, SOIL FERTILITY, BIODIVERSITY) AND ECONOMIC (FAIR INCOME, PROTECTION OF OPERATOR’S HEALTH AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE). THE STRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT INCLUDES TRAINING OF MEDIUM DURATION, SHORT DURATION AND STUDY/COMPANY VISITS IN LIGURIA AND FRANCE, WHICH WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO EXAMINE TECHNICALLY EFFECTIVE TOOLS AND TO ANALYSE INNOVATIVE PROCESSES SUITABLE FOR SALVAGUARDAR (English)

LES PROCESSUS COMMERCIAUX INNOVANTS ET RESPECTUEUX DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT SONT APPROFONDIS ET LE CONCEPT DE DURABILITÉ EST DÉCLINÉ DU POINT DE VUE ENVIRONNEMENTAL (AGRICULTURE RESPECTUEUSE DES RESSOURCES NATURELLES TELLES QUE L’EAU, LA FERTILITÉ DES SOLS, LA BIODIVERSITÉ) ET ÉCONOMIQUE (REVENU ÉQUITABLE, PROTECTION DE LA SANTÉ DE L’OPÉRATEUR ET AMÉLIORATION DE LA QUALITÉ DE VIE).
